What Of Your Past:
Vulcan was born into a typical vampire family in the wealthy quarters of Sanguis Terra. He was a proud boy, spoiled often by his parents' attention and expectations. He was carefree, never really caring about anyone or anything until it was too late. His parents scolded him for being so immature, but that was a trait that would follow him into adulthood. Life was great until he turned 15. The night of his birthday assassins crashed his party and lashed out at everyone. Vulcan and his younger brother lived since they managed to crawl out of an unattended window, but despite everyone's efforts to fend off the mass of assassins it was too overwhelming, and his parents, along with several of his family members and allies, perished that night. He and his brother were overcome by grief. They held a funeral the next day and buried the bodies in a private cementary behind the house. They were all alone in their mansion for several years, since their other relatives refused to take them in. But the wealth their parents left behind was enough to support them for a long time if necessary, but even that didn't last long.
Eventually a distant uncle heard about the massacre and rushed over to claim the house. With trickery and deception, his Uncle stole their fortune and their mansion. He threw the boys out to the streets to fend for themselves. Vulcan was bitter and enraged, but powerless to do anything about it so he complied. They moved to the busier part of Sanguis Terra, and lived in a small apartment for two years, taking up small jobs to pay for the rent. Eventually he and his brother split ways to see if they could find a better way to live. Vulcan wandered Sanguis Terra, alone for once in his lifetime with no one to watch over him or correct his mistakes. So he lived life as he pleased. He eventually concluded Sanguis Terra wasn't thrilling enough so he decided to travel between kingdoms.
Vulcan developed an immoral habit around this time. He's give in to his bloodlust by using his vampire charms to draw innocent young women, or men in a few occasions to him. When his victims least expected it he would lash out and drain their bodies of their blood. This earned him his nickname "Red Death" since the last thing his victims would see were his ruby-red eyes. This caused him to be hunted by several groups, but Vulcan didn't care. He lived his life in that fashion up until now, going to bars, tracking people; living a life of lust, sloth, and bloodlust.
What Are You Able To Do:
Vulcan is a decent swordsman since his parents made him take lessons as a boy. Like every other vampire, he has a heightened sense of smell and speed. He can see in the dark since he's nocturnal, and is consequentially weaker in the day. He can faintly sense energies. Vulcan replenishes his energy by drinking blood. He also has an affinity to darkness which he can use in his sword attacks.
----Sword Attacks:
-Lash: A simple wave of darkness
-Double-Cross: His blade would be empowered by the energy of darkness and he would send a frenzy of quick attacks towards his foe
-Maelstrom Strike: He'd send fragments of darkness in a storm around him. They'd be sharp as knives and strike his target mercilessly.
-His energy would coat the sword and expand along his blade, making it look double the size.

---Other abilities
-Frenzy: Vulcan will focus his all his energy on his target, increasing his strength,drive and speed. It is activated when his eyes glow red.
-Blood raise: Vulcan would get a taste of his enemy's blood. After having a taste, he'd be able to sense their energy more clearly so it would be difficult to sneak up or attack him. Vulcan shares a slight connection with those who's blood he tastes.
-Donation: Vulcan can donate his blood to another being. Doing so would strengthen them if they were weak or on the brink of death, but it would also leave him incredibly weak for a day or so.

----Second form:
Vulcan can transform into a beast if he is angered enough. He has the mentality similar to a wild animal and he is only barely aware of who he his so it's difficult to control himself. He uses darkness based attacks, has wings, and is incredibly fast. He'll mainly fight using his claws or his tails, but will resort to darkness if the foe is too powerful.
