Thamin
Fruzan Duff: *grazes quietly as the sun rises over the horizon*
Nyhility
Trygger: (Gallops through) >D
Thamin
Duff: *head turns slowly as she chews, her eyes following Trygger as he galloped around*
Nyhility
Trygger: (continues his silly exercise and nods at his friend)
Thamin
Duff raised a brow as Trygger continued, returning the nod of greeting before quietly ambling over to the same vicinity as her friend to watch.
Nyhility
Trygger: ( Dashes back around and halts in front of Duff with a lopsided grin) Tag?
Thamin
Duff raised a brow at the question, speaking before thinking. "But.... What would be the purpose?" She knew it was a game she should have played as a child, but other things had occupied her mind then - and to be honest she didnt quite understand it because of that.
Nyhility
Trygger: "Wait, what?" (He tilted his head in confusion, not used to such to-the-point mannerisms.) "Well, for one thing it helps the hours go by. And if you must have an analytical reason, it is to help build your agility and endurance. emotion_c8
Thamin
"But what would be the point of us playing such a game?" Duff questioned further. "It may help build agility and endurance, and if one were to really over analyze the game it also helps with high pressure problem solving. But with my understanding of the game, we would only be chasing each other back and forth. And if one of us is quicker and more agile, it would only be hours on end of one chasing the other...."
Nyhility
Trygger: (Huffs in a frindly manner.) Well if it's a one-sided chase, all the more it helps to motivate the player! ( Shrugs) But who am I to force a game on somebody. Even if I'm half blind for said game....

Thamin
Duff shrugged, a frown slightly forming on her maw at the huff; she hoped she had not upset her young friend. "I have never played much, and dont really know the purpose or reason for it. I am sorry...."
Nyhility
Trygger: Hmm, okay then. What do you do for fun then? Or to help the time pass without feeling too melancholy about it? (The male lifted a brow, truly curious about a life without any kin around)
Thamin
Duff blushed a little. She had not really felt melancholy about the pace at which time passed. She had never really felt as though it needed to pass more quickly, nor had she ever really been bored. "I...." Duff started before furrowing her brow and looking to the ground. How would one answer such a question? "I dont know?" She offered as a reply. "I had never truly thought about it." He paused to think of how she spent her time and her days - most were lacking in events she came to realize. "I wake each day and immediately look for a pleasant place to graze. I consume my breakfast, then set out in no particular direction - I wander." She shrugged before turning and wandering off a short distance, her head hanging as one's would if defeated. She plopped down on the ground before raising her gaze to the sky. "I am fascinated by the world around me. I look, I listen, I watch, I learn... I imagine how things could be and recall how things use to be. I seek answers to an endless trove of questions... That is what I do."
Nyhility
Trygger: (Oblivious to any signs of discomfort, himself not aware of how sensitive the topic might be)
"Eh?" Clearly that had not been the answer he was expecting. If anything, he might have assumed she'd bark back a list at him of events and schedules she held. But to answer his question with a question? Needless to say it left the younger Soquili a tad bit confused, not knowing how best to respond on the topic. "Well, it is something to think about. Most definitely." He shrugged then, and his pale mane shifted with the motion. "Afterall, no one else is going to think about you, as much as you think about yourself. At least that's the way it seems, when it boils down to things." 8c Sure there were others out there who'd care for you, but when it came down to it, Trygger realized you have to care about your own life to make it truly flourish. He watched somberly as she relaxed in the grass, before trotting beside her to still show sign of company. "Those are activities, yes! Something worth investing time in, and teaching to the next generation. But...do you ever interact with the world around you?"

Thamin
A soft chuckle and sigh escaped the starry mare as she wrapped her tail around herself. "Yeah, It does seem that way for the most part... But rarely do my thoughts ever settle on myself. In fact, I only cross my own mind when a need must be fulfilled; food, water, shelter... Those sorts of things." She paused as he came near, listening despite her gaze never leaving the sky above. "I would say that I do, there have been things that I have found myself taking part in, but for the most part I would have to say no. It is difficult to interact with the world around you when there are no events to create and no opportunities to arise. Those that do I take advantage of - I managed to get myself a few souvenirs from a luau I managed to stumble across; and Tickles, a mouse I rescued, has for the most part stuck around to be company and a friend. To say that I seek to avoid interaction would be a lie, I wander in search of such. To say that I have found a way to interact with the world, though, for more than a minute moment would be a lie as well."
