How long have you been in the guild? A day
How active are you in the guild? I have just submitted a profile, but once I am able to RP I will be as active as possible.
Why do you want to hold the rank of Lieutenant? I designed this character around being a Lieutenant or Captain, so I was just wanting this position to complete my character.
Why do you think you will do well as a Lieutenant? I have held high positions in many guild throughout my time on Gaia, and I feel I am suited for a high ranking position, considering most people think their characters are the best and cannot get hit, I on the other hand like placing my characters in danger.

Rin just returning from a mission decided he would brief his Captain on how everything went, Rin knocked a few times and waited for an answer, "Captain Hinamori, are you here?" It was odd that his Captain was away, so he decided to search around the barracks for her, after awhile of searching he gave up. Instead of wasting his time searching, he decided to report in to the Head Captain, after explaining the details of the mission and its success he decided to ask where Captain Hinamori was. The Head Captain told Rin that she was sent out on a mission and for the time being he was to look over the 5th Division in her absence. Rin bowed his head signalling that he would follow orders, Rin returned to the 5th Division where he sat doing paperwork as usual, but this time he had twice the load, having to do his and the Captain's paperwork. Shortly after reaching the end of the stack, he decided to get some fresh air, walking outside he sat down and relaxed. Rin with his eyes closed sensed a dangerous reiatsu, he could tell the person was hostile just by the feel of the reiatsu. With his eyes closed he heard a loud explosion, moments after a light engulfed the Gotai 13, Rin with his eyes closed sighed thinking 'just when I was about to take a nap, this happens.'
Rin made it to the area that received the explosion, seeing nobody he stood still for a second sensing the reiatsu. "you can come out now, I know you are here." A man with chains embedded deep in his skin walked out from behind a tree line, and began to speak. Rin looked at the man knowing this man was dangerous, he decided that he would attempt to reason with him, after a few minutes of back and forth speaking Rin realized this man was here to cause harm not to negotiate. The man admitted to being surprised that Rin had stayed conscious after he had released a technique that forces others to fall asleep upon seeing the bright light, and since it was in the middle of the day most people did see the light. The man went on a rant for quite some time, as he reached the end of what he had to say he stood there for a moment waiting for Rin to say something. Rin looked at the man, "sorry were you talking to me, I have a habit of ignoring annoying people." The man got angry and threw a chain towards Rin, reacting to the attack Rin spun and kicked the chain away from his body with ease, as he planted his foot another chain flew towards him, Rin grabbed that one and pulled the man in towards him. The man now flying towards Rin had no way of stopping since his feet were off the ground, Rin flicked the man in the head, using Oni Dekopin, as he got within arms length, the mans head left a huge creator in the spot of impact showing the power of Rin's simple technique. As the dust cleared the man was gone, but Rin could already feel the mans reiatsu spike, hearing the chain shoot towards him, Rin turned around and deflected the chain. The man speed towards Rin unleashing a furry of hits that were quite fast, Rin dodged the attacks with ease before throwing one punch towards the mans abdomen, using Ikkotsu, sending the man flying back breaking through multiple trees.
The man emerged from the tree line and he looked a bit different, his muscle mass had increased greatly and the chains were now glowing red. Rin smiled, "are you finally taking this seriously?" Rin knew that talking to him in such manner would get him angry and cause him to make mistakes, since. The man angered by the word dashed in at Rin, Rin threw his head forward to meet the opponents, using Chōhigezutsuki, knowing the momentum of the man alone would cause the man a great deal of pain, as the man flew back he had wrapped the chain around Rin and pulled him in, Rin felt a sharp pain, realizing that the chains were glowing red due to the temperature it was at. Rin was slammed into the ground and the man began to unload a mass amount of punches to the back of Rins head, after a few seconds the man jumped back thinking he had already defeated Rin. Rin stood up after a moment and cracked his neck as he turned and faced the man. Rin smiled, "was that your best, this is going to be much easier than I had originally thought." The man sped towards Rin in a fit of rage, Rin used Utsusemi and the man colided with the afterimage, the afterimage seemed to take damage which left the man open for an attack, Rin used Hiryugekizokushintenraiho sending a massive blast of electricity towards the man, as it made contact an enormous explosion rang out. The man still alive had released what was his final stage, he took on a more demonic form, Rin felt the reiatsu rise significantly, knowing now that the man would finally go all out.
The demon rushed in at Rin with blinding speeds, he got a hit off sending Rin airborne, shortly after reaching the maximum height from the hit the demon smashed him in the back sending him barreling towards the ground. Rin crashed into the ground leaving him injured, Rin stood up only to be hit again sending him through a few trees before the chains wrapped around him and pulled him back only to be punched into the ground once more. Rin stood up staggering from the opponents onslaught of attacks, he knew now that he would need to release his Shikai. Rin held himself up with his Zanpakuto and began to speak, "Come what may, all bad fortune is to be conquered by endurance. Endure the present, and watch for better things, Yamato." The man laughed, before making fun of the chant. Soon after Rin stopped speaking his hair hands and feet looked as if they were covered in blue fire, the Demon smiled, and made fun of his appearance. The demon attacked once more but as he neared, Rin had already created six blades around himself, one shot out and missed leading the Demon to doge straight into another one of the blades. Rin forced the man to teleport to him confusing the demon Rin had released his second attack, sheathing his blade after unsheathing and sheathing his blade nearly 20 times blades flew out and all 20 hit the demon. Barely on his feet the Demon stepped forward, only for Rin to use Tsukiyubi, extending his index and middle finger and making contact with the demons head, the demons flew back lifeless as he landed on the ground for a final time.
Rin sealed his zanpakuto as he walked over and retrieved the body, Rin reported in to the now conscious Head Captain. After being thanked for saving the Gotei 13 his Captain returned only to be briefed on both the mission Rin had completed and the fight that saved the Gotei 13. Rin felt good about his performance and even better that he was being noticed by the Head Captain and his own Captain as well. Rin returned to his normal duties and now is recognized by many as a savior of the Gotei 13.
