Dhoru had done it yet again! He'd managed to nudge the slumbering lioness from their den once more, far before the evening hours were upon them. He had told her he was needed on a mission, and that he would return soon, lecturing her on what a lovely day it was outside. She hadn't really wanted to listen to him, but his velvety voice was just too much to ignore. She had easily lost that argument, following him out of their new den and affectionately wishing him a good bye. Now she was alone, sitting outside their den and watching the birds fly across the sky.
Maybe she'd go cliff diving?! She hadn't been since Dhoru had proposed to her, which had been quite some time ago. Looking up the sky, she realized it wouldn't be long before darkness began to fall. Maybe another 3 hours tops, that didn't even give her time to get to the cliffs. Grumbling under her breath, she tried to look at the bright side. The birds were singing, such happy excited tunes. Such ... catchy tunes. Before she knew it, the lioness' head was bobbing in rhythm with the smooth tweets.
