The time period? 1609, also known as the rural era of olden Japan. A time when technology was never going to be invented nor was anything like cars. But back to the place, it's a small rural village, many shops and many villagers. Possibly one of the largest rural villages in all of olden Japan as this village is famous for its amount of food stalls and resturants. The most famous one is a small noodle bar known as Nūdorubā and owned by a small family who have obviously got it all. Money, land, the lot. But they don't care too much for that. No, they just enjoy serving their customers and watching them leave with a smile on their faces.
Oh! There was something else we forgot to tell you about, this village is also a hotspot for samurai, ninjas and demons. Yup, demons of all kinds, samurai from all over the land, let alone ninjas. Yes, the Nūdorubā is the hotspot for all these as not only does this store serve all types of noodles, they sell alot of other hot foods too like taiyaki and even have a hotspring of their own which they allow regulers to use. But that's for regulars only.
Recently, the store has been packed full of ninjas and the owner and co-owner didn't know what to do so handed the job of owner and co-owner to the, apparently, kids who were old enough, obviously, to take care of themselves as they have to resolve the problem as to why there are so many ninjas in one place at a time. Not only that, but it's kind of obvious that even the demons and the samurai of this place are getting angry and the sudden fill of ninjas at the store. But this whole sudden fill of ninjas seems to be the least of the owners worries as it's now starting to snow. The first day of snow for the year. That means they will be more people piling in to get food and buisness will be great now. So this is olden Japan, the rural era with a very famous rural village which holds demons, ninjas and samurai who have a love for Nūdorubā. Now, what could happen in this small village? Could there be love in the air? Or will people just be tripping over thin air with all the buisness as they try to discover the reason why there's so many ninjas.

Personality: Su is a very strange woman. She has a main summon named Haku that she argues with. She also draws all the time that results in her staying in the noodle shop the whole time. She likes to people watch and learn about how they act and view others. She is blunt and sometimes blurts things out without realizing it. She can be dainty and flirty, but choices not to.
Powers: Animation, Summoning and Healing Su has been able to summon creatures since a young age. She recently started talking to mortals. Haku and her are closer then she was to her parents and four siblings, which are all still alive. She sits in the noodle shop and eats noodles, drinks sake and draws. She sometimes even talks to people.
Biography: Su grew up in a big city with the rest of her family. She had it going good. Yeah too good. Once she started writing, she drew all the time. When she wasn't helping her family with the food shop, she was drawing. She eventually figured out her ability and summoned up Haku, a red Dragon that travels with her. Her older siblings let eventually for her parents retired and so Su moved. She is now in a small house by herself and goes into the noodle shop almost everyday. She might as well work there.

Crush: "T-That's a bit personal!"
Personality: Yorihime is supposed to be a cold hearted woman who hates those who come near her, that's what every Yuki-onna is supposedly supposed to be like. That is definately not what Yorihime is. Instead, she's a bright and cheerful girl who likes to play cupid and try to be a love guru. She has a habit of tripping over thin air and is almost very much like a child, despite her appearance. She's very polite and makes it very easy to start up a conversation with. She loves to talk. She's very innocent as well, once when one of the drunk demons tried to flirt with her, it took her some time to catch on with what they were going on about and when she caught on, she was completely embarrased. That's another thing to say, she's easily embarrased and pretty much like a kid, but can be very lady-like during conversations with important people or events like that omiais her parents arrange for her. Is very motherly as well towards those younger than her.
Powers: Can manipulate snow at her will, often using it to make snowstorms or even make small snow creature-like decorations for the store. Can also change the temperature in a place, if it's a hot day, it's best to be close to her since she's always giving off a cold feeling that's nice to bathe in during hot summers. She can also alter the shape of ice when she feels like it but that takes a lot of her energy as it's harder to change the shape of ice than it is to manipulate snow on a whole.
Biography: Yorihime was born and raised in this small village, but most of the time, she had to wear a cloak to shade herself from the sun. Her parents told her if she was exposed in the sun, she'd melt like snow and ice. Fearing that, she'd always wear a cloak and hood during the hot summer days and was picked on by the other kids of the village. One time, the kids had pushed her over and caused her hood to fall which ended up with her having a fever the next day. That was when young miss Yorihime started to dislike the children of the village but, because of her being a very cheerful girl, she wasn't mad for long as she was laughing the next day and looing around for herbs.
When the noodle bar was built, she grew up in the Nūdorubā, living and growing used to the environment. Chatting with the customers and laughing, she didn't need to talk to the children, people of her own age. Instead, she grew up in an adult environment with her younger siblings. Though, when her parents passed on the ownership to herself, she started to enjoy working more and more. Though, she kinded dreaded the fact that her parents were setting her up with every man they met. But that's the only downside to taking ownership of the Nūdorubā, plus the fact that there's a lot of ninjas but other than that, it's all great. Spending time with customers, having nice conversations, the hotspring and the snow, it's just great!
Likes: Her siblings, customers, the Nūdorubā, noodles, the hot springs (she can't melt in there), snow, onigiri, snow rabbits, her family, laughing, talking, her hood, kimonos, traditional things, tea and just making people happy. Especially playing cupid! That's a definate.
Dislikes: The sun, her parents setting her up with random strangers, annoying people, brain puzzles, having to guess things, being betrayed,crying, being alone and well, of course losing her family and also her friends along with the Nūdorubā.
Extra?: She always has her hood up, even when it's snowing and usually makes small snow rabbits outside the shop. She also lives in the shop and gives out spare rooms to customers if she thinks of them as very good friends that're lik family to her.

Personality: River is more, well, at first she seems to be a very lazy girl who barely has time for anything, so she says. She helps out around the house and works at Nūdorubā with the others though she always appears to be rather sleepy and is seen sleeping in random places throughout the day, after all of that sleepiness she's a very mature woman with a kind and gentle soul, she will help anyone in need and will stand up for what she believes in and to protect those dear to her, River isn't the type to get mad very easily nor get very shy like her older sister Yorihime, she can be very motherly to people too yet seems to highly dislike people being motherly towards her since she dislikes feeling like or being treated like a little child.
Powers: She mastered the skills of controlling lesser spirits, toys, and enemies in a marionette-like form and is able to once she has created something being able to bring that inanimate object to life which is what she would like to call her 'child' from then on.
Biography: River spent her childhood at home being taught whatever she was able to learn by her siblings or parents because since birth she was more of a sickly child, her body was very weak and fragile so she spent her days in her bedroom, mostly reading books that she found around the house, she young girl was very afraid of the outside world and as she was inside the house one day she had come across D.R who had posed as her shadow that time, she was intrigued and later found out about her powers, so she'd start making different things and bringing them to life so they'd play with her yet none of her siblings nor parents knew about these creatures for whenever they'd enter her room they'd make themselves look like inanimate objects, hide or 'vanish'.
As time passed and the family started the Nūdorubā, River was afraid of working there and refused since she was so fragile, though as she watched her siblings work there she began feeling more and more lonely even with her 'children' around so she decided to give the whole working thing a chance and ended up enjoying it which was much to her surprise. River started working as much as she can yet taking time off because of her weak body, the reason why she's seen sleeping a lot yet the only thing odd and inhuman that's seen by mere eyes is D.R, none have yet discovered those beings in her room with whom she still plays with to this day and she hopes it stays so.
Likes: Her siblings, the Nūdorubā, the moon, the stars, her 'children', books, music, flowers, nature, tea, cooking, kimonos, traditional things especially attire, seeing people/making people smile, a few other things.
Dislikes: being alone, being called either sick/weird, seeing someone get hurt, not being able to protect someone, her siblings or parents upset/hurt, someone messing with her 'children', people snooping around her room, very warm weather, a few more things.
Extra?: ninja and she is constantly followed by one of her works known as D.R or Dark/Death Rabbit who poses as her shadow, it's rather more of a parasite than anything else and of course she also lives in the Nūdorubā and highly dislikes people coming into her room without permission.

Personality:Gin is a very quiet and laid back ninja he rarely speaks and if he does its very important thats why he has a familiar with him at all times to speak for him its a little black ferret named Vee the only thing Vee can do is make is eyes turn red when him and Gin are mad or Vee senses danger
Powers: He can control shadows and he can appear and disappear out of any shadow
Biography: Gin grew up in the shadow Ninja clan and his mother was the head of it and his father was there "God". His father was a Shadow demon who....well ummmm you know "bow chicka wow wow" with Gin's mom and that is how Gin was made but enough with that to the main point of the story Gin was hated by his clansmen to the point where they killed his mother and sealed his father into a katana that Gin uses now but thats besides the point. When they tried to go kill Gin well Gin fought back and killed them instead. So ya Gin has been on the run from the rest of his clan for well about all his life now. But when he came across this little town with this noodle shop he had to stay because the food there was just amazing

Personality: Karasuma is a heartless b*****d...that's the simplest way to describe him. He loves to tease people, especially women and his good friend Yorihime. He's an alcoholic who can be one of those silent yet deadly people and sometimes one of those people who'll annoy the heck out of you if you annoy him enough. He is a kind man at heart but no one can truely see that, especially if they're on his black list which is practically everyone. Having a lust for blood isn't the best of things but he obviously doesn't care too much for that. Not at all as he still is heartless and is a unruling lord of his land and with his little 'servant's. He plays around with people, especially their hearts since he finds them to be the most entertaining and more or less because they can break easily. He can worry for other people though if they mean a lot to him. He also adores getting into fights.
Powers: He has the power to manipulate fire, kinda not so unique for a kitsune but apparently his flames are pretty. That's what people say anyway. His other power is to see into peoples hearts, this is how he can find out peoples secrets and their embarrassing little sotries along with their history sometimes. He could go further but he needs only to uncover the first layer in order to get what he wants. His final power is simply speed. Every demon has this sort of power, let alone just kitsune. This one is also self explanitory.
Biography: Karasuma-Ou was born into a pure bred kitsune family, they had everything. Homes, riches, ladies, consorts, the lot. There was nothing they couldn't get. But Karasuma found out, reaching the age of five, that there was something he'd never be able to get. That was a friend. He wanted someone to laugh with, juts like all the other kids he'd spotted on the streets but it seemed he had t prepare himself to become lord of the manor. To become a demon lord, someone worthy of such a title. He had to train his powers, he had to make sure he would become the best. When he reached sympathy, he turned to his mother, despite him talking to the servant often and not living in solitude too much, he asked the older woman of what he should do. How he could gain a friend. Gaining sympathy from his mother, she allowed him to go to the market with her, despite it not being allowed, they still went there and this is how he met Yorihime. They encountered each other and he ended up protecting her from being bullied by burning the hands of one of the other kids which gained him a terrible reputation. Axctually, you could say it powered his title of Demon Lord as when he reached 20, he succeeded and gained the title and became feared by his mother, his servants and people in the surrounding area. Bored, he left the mansion and safety of his home, heading out to explore and ended up, instead, bumping into Yorihime again and ended up finding out she was running a noodle bar. That was the first time he went there and he now goes there everyday just to annoy the crap out of poor Yorihime along with other people as well.
Likes: Noodles, annoying Yorihime, watching the world burn, gaining new 'follower's, his servants, annoying people, blood, laughing in peoples face, the finer things in life, fire, burning things, smoking, drinking, looking into peoples hearts and well...can he say watching the world burn again?
Dislikes: Annoyances, flies, drunkards (he's kinda contradicting himself here when he's like this himself), people annoying Yorihime or picking on her again, people who bother him too much, those who spoil his fun and just plain out rude people.

Personality: Skye, the one and only, the one who's quite full of himself because of his powers, this monochromatic demon was able to do a lot of things and is very good in manipulating and persuading people to do things for him, after all they don't call him the overlord in that world for nothing, well just because he manipulated them and bent the truth. He's someone you should fear whether it be in your dreams, in reality or when you just think of him, you should definately fear this man, of course if you're on his good side you should feel blessed because you won't be having any kinds of trouble...really...any, he'll 'take care' of all your problems but to get through to him is hard, he's cold and mean and doesn't allow anyone to look down on him, he is very vicious and cruel, once he get's you...and he wants to kill you...you're already a goner, he can be quiet but if he starts being quiet after you start talking to him, you better watch out, or change the topic into something more interesting because he's planning something and that plan definately doesn't have a happy ending....for you, he can be nice when he wants to be and generous but then again...when he wants to be and likes teasing others.
Powers: He's definately not something normal, he can change himself to anything basically he's made from some kind of odd substance and is able to bend it and change it being able to create various weapons or just killing people by crushing them so basically his powers would be, himself and being able to travel through darkness, so if there's a dark space somewhere he can teleport himself to some other place.
Biography: Skye has a long past, a very long past, one that you'd not like hearing about maybe you'd even start having sympathy for this 'poor' little demon, the only things that need to be known is that he is the overlord of another world, meaning he has many minions which are also known as either lesser demons or Monochromatic Demons, he also has an E.S. an Execution Squad, he is neither alive nor is he dead, he doesn't need sleep nor does he need to eat yet he does enjoy some sweet things now and then, and if he has waffles...damnit stay away from the waffles or your life is gone! His pet Deadbird follows him around and collects souls for him which he later devours, basically he has 'tentacles', four of them to be exact that rip out of his 'body' and then that means...serious issues and he will attack, though there's a reason why he has four, well the rest isn't needed except if you're interested so if you're daring enough go and ask him, oh he also lives at the Nūdorubā after he was able to make Yorihime have sympathy for him after doing a whole ''I'm a beggar please could you help me'' act and man she bought it.
Likes: Blood, Death, Souls, Deadbird, Killing, darkness, the moon, killing, teasing others, did I mention killing, waffles (damn he loves his waffles man), a few more things.

Personality: Deadbird is more of a quiet servant, he likes to talk to other crows even though he knows they can't talk back he knows what they are saying just by their movements or how they feel, he isn't much of a talker when it comes to other people and seems to keep his mouth shut and only listen to orders from his master, and also only do things he is told by his master, he seems to be Skye's puppet more than anything else but this being has a soul...half....three quarters of his own soul..maybe and he does have his own mind...still..hopefully, so he does have his own thoughts on some things even if he dislikes it he will still do what his master tells him to, he protects people if he isn't told to kill them and will stand up for others...if he's not supposed to kill them, if he has to kill someone or has to collect souls he's merciless.
Powers: Ability to turn into a crow, also able to attack/kill in an instant due to his speed which makes it easier to collect souls, being able to summon his weapon at any given time.
Biography: Deadbird history before he was...brutally turned is unknown to everyone except to Skye all that is known is that he is his loyal pet and is with Skye wherever he goes other than that nothing is known from the collector.
Likes: Crows, that's about it, he doesn't know much about the world or things.
Dislikes: Most things even his job a lot.
