The only way to reach Tsukigakure without flying is through the ocean. Tsukigakure boasts a large and constantly busy seaport. Exporters and importers are always shipping things around and there seems to be a steady flow of tourists. The seaport is sectioned off based on areas of business. All military related business has its own dock, business another, leisure its own, and diplomatic arrivals as well. Most people do not know but there are countless ninja strolling around, keeping the peace. They do not give away their identities until they need to defend.
[AS OF 1/3/2014] Kaisen Uchiha managed to connect land bridges from the mainland to Tsukigakure, which means there are a load of entrances now. Keep that in mind when entering the Moon Village.
The waves of the ocean slapped against the side of the boat, sending spray over the edge. The deck was bustling with activity; sailors running to and fro as the captain shouted orders. The moon was shining brightly in the sky, lighting the way to their home. Another wave rocked the boat as they approached the harbor, a gaggle of people now rushing to the docks. All heads on deck turned when the main cabin door opened. A white haired vixen exited the small room, closing the door behind her. Her golden eyes seemed to flash in the night, giving off a very feline-like image. The sailors removed their hats, sheepishly casting their eyes to the floor. She was dressed in her normal attire, which was always a cause for a blush or two. The woman wore her hair tied above her head, feathers and colorful string hanging from it. A dark scarf covered her neck but fell downward to be used as a shoal. She wore an incredibly tight black 'shirt' that barely covered her body, under a white and deep v shirt. Fingerless gloves adorned her hands. Her boots came far up her thighs and were latched onto the shorts that barely existed. There were reasons for this clothing, many of which she had explained numerous times.
One of the sailors peaked up at her, and then nervously looked down. The woman approached, placing her hand under his chin and raising it. She smirked at him with heavily lidded eyes, winking at him. "Lady Jade! The captain called from the bow of the ship, causing the men to jump. Jade turned around and looked at the captain. "Captain Teach, it seems you were lucky tonight. Such lovely weather we are having." Jade said, her voice like silver honey. The men watched her as she walked to the steps and climbed them, her hand on the banister. One look from the captain sent them scrambling back to their posts. The captain waved a hand in the air and shook his head. "Please mi'lady, call me Edward. He said, extending his hand to aid Jade up the steps. Jade graciously accepted and headed straight to the bow, spreading her legs to keep her balance. It was clearly not her first time on a ship. "Surely it is a sign from above, a welcome for you, the Lady of the Moon." The Captain said with a smile on his face. Jade smiled modestly and remained silent, her eyes studying the islands before her.
It had only been a week but Jade sorely missed her home. It was as fragile as a new born baby, barely able to walk on its own. The world had torn itself apart and Jade had put the pieces back together. Now all of her villagers were trying to keep it from falling apart. Even though they were experiencing a peace between the villages, it was an unsteady one. She had met the other Kages, and did not particularly enjoy what she saw. One of them was vindictive, the other seemed to always be plotting. A soft sigh escaped her lips as Jade rolled her head, trying to ease the pain in her neck. The cabin surely was not the most comfortable place to rest.
The harbor grew closer and the ship grew busier. Men ran to secure rigging and extend the oars, readying the ship for docking. The first roar of the crowd went up as the ship grew closer. A smile spread to Jade's lips as the boat bumped against the wood of the docks. "Lady Jade! Welcome home!" A voice shouted from the crowd. Jade tried her best to locate it, but there were just too many people. She gazed calmly at the crowd, and then extended a single hand in the air. Yet another roar erupted from them, echoing across the water. "It never changes, does it?' Jade said to no one in particular, looking for one specific person.

Those fairly new to Tsuki let out gasps and startled looks as a direwolf just below the size of an adult male on her four legs made her way through the crowd greeting Jade's crew. Before the wolf was a man who himself was not a native of the Shinobi World, but had definitely become renown in certain circles. To most, he was known to the villagers of Tsuki as Jade's right hand and her shadow. He officially had a clean slate when it came to shinobi affairs, but there were some who knew what he had been unofficially sanctioned to do. Through all of this, sometimes he was just seen as Jade's man-candy; her husband. It was odd, seeing such a free woman attach herself to someone in such a manner, but it was not questioned; they were the only two fit to be with the other.
Hands behind his back, Aeden made his way through to the front of the crowd, Nymeria approaching Jade first. The direwolf bowed before the Tsukikage, and let out a howl. Seconds later, howls of her pack rang out across the village. Nymeria turned her head to Aeden, who nodded. The wolf made her way through the crowd a second time, returning to her den. "It's been quiet since you set sail. Nothing major as far as humans, but Nym's given birth to a pup. He still has yet to open his eyes, but he's as much a beaut as his mother." Then he flashed a small grin. His hands moved quickly, grabbing her wrist and pulled her to him. He then wrapped his arm around her waist and kissed her passionately. Cheers rangs out from the ship as gasps and other sounds came from the welcoming committee. Aeden had either tuned them out or simply did not care. He backed off only slightly, still having his head close to her's. "You kept me waiting."

Something was pushing the crowd apart, like a knife through butter. Jade turned her head and smiled at the white wolf known as Nymeria. She knew what this meant; Aeden was just behind her. Jade bounded off of the gangplank lithely, landing on the balls of her feet and not pausing to recover. She extended a hand and patted Nymeria, sidestepping and letting Aeden pull her in for a kiss. Her hands wrapped around his neck, one tangling itself in his hair. It had only been a week, but it was a week she had not wanted to spend away from him. The crowd brought a smile to Jade's lips, but Aeden brought on a smirk. "It was my turn." She said to him, referring to the last time he went off on a personal mission.
Much too early the crowd separated them. Jade linked them together by the hands and began to leisurely stroll through the docks. People were reaching out to touch her and ask for her favor, and to Aeden as well. Many eyes watched Nymeria but few were brave enough to reach out. "The traveling was fine, though I wish I could say the same for the event. The other Kages are-" Jade's words were cut off as a child ran forward, stepping before Jade and Aeden. Jade let go of Aeden's hand and knelt to the floor, reaching a hand out to touch his cheek. The little boy squirmed and reached up, asking to be lifted. Jade lifted him and smiled, carrying him onward until the mother emerged to collect her child. "Perhaps these matters are best spoken in private." Jade said, intending to head to her office.

Aeden nodded as Nymeria soon left his vision. It was a five foot tall wolf... why would anyone try to stop it? Though the Den Mother did not hate the attention; she was a beautiful wolf and deserved to be a little prideful. "I assume they acted like children without their silver spoons." His expression went blank, as was one of his staples. "Speaking of, I received word from the North," 'The North' being his home, "Clans Bara and Valk are still kicking. Lynne and Garth have extended their weclome to you, should you wish to see the Highlands." Of all of the people, Those two being alive surprised Aeden the most. Highlanders lived long lives, this was a given. But those two must have been ancient.

Aeden waited at the Seaport, Nymeria behind him with a new pup on her back. He would wait three hours total before setting out, with or without his entire squad.

Komuru walked through the port, looking around the place. He had his pack ready to go, with all the supply he needed for now. It was surprisingly windy to him, as the trade winds seem to blow a light breeze. The breeze was a freshing one, more so than the one that blew around back in the village. He opened his water bottle, one he picked up along the way way, and began to take small gulps of it. He was thirsty from earlier today and of course he was still sore from the training his father had put him through. He sighed as he put the lid back on his water bottle. He began tossing it, up and down still looking for Aeden.
It didn't take long to spot the man, as he had a large beast. The beast had a pup as well, so it made the appearance of the beast less frighting. Of course, Komuru was one to never underestimate or be decieved by such appearances. He was wise when it came to things like that. He appoarched Aeden and his 'friends.' He didn't say anything, he didn't know what to say exactly, which was strange. He just kept tossing his water bottle up and down and staring at the ocean as if he was hypnotised. Then he stopped tossing the bottle up and down so suddenly.
"I see we have more friends joining us Sensei? What is their names?" He said looking at Nymeria and the pup with a smile. He took a seat on the ground, his legs still sore. He opened his bottle of water and let out a sigh of relief, and closing his eyes, as he took a sip.

Sotera was behind the rest of her team, looking at her squad captain for guidance, but, she then noticed Nymeria and her new pup on her back. She wondered why she never saw them before or why she never noticed them before. Sotera loved dogs, wolves, all sorts of canines, it made the young assassin's eyes sparkle and gleam with intreague. If her teammates saw that, then they'd see a new emotion in her besides nervous lesbian and robotic hetero. She never had a canine companion before, but as a young assassin, she had seen multiple clans come through to become assassin's, including Inuzukas. Sotera awaited for the next upcoming orders yet didn't utter a single word as her eyes shined and sparkled.

Isphet turned up a half hour after Sotera and Komuru. Back slung across her shoulder, umbrella and Velvet covered cage in hand. She stood back from the other's, head bowed, veil falling down passed her chest. She awaited Aeden's instructions whilst her mind was occupied with thoughts of her mother, and the long passed death of her brother. A shiver ran down her spine and she shuddered briefly, her fingers tightening around the handle of the cage till her knuckles turned white. After a few moments she relaxed her hand, the moment of overwhelming sadness easing.
Aeden looked over at Nymeria, who nodded. "Her name's Nymeria, her pup's Faloin. It's his first time outside of the village." He smiled quietly, remembering Nymeria's first time outside of Yukigakure. Then he eyed over the three genin. "I know what the files say, but that's all they are: papers. I want to hear from each of you what you are good at and bad at in terms of combat, communication, etc, things you consider vital to a group performance." As he finished, a somewhat older looking sailor approached and said something in Aeden's ear. The Jounin nodded, and the salior returned to his ship. Their ships were ready to depart, but Aeden would stick to the three-hour time limit just in case. During the wait, he would decide how best to divide the team amongst the ships. Something about how Jade said it told Aeden it would either make or break the mission before they even hit dry land.

Komuru sat through the silence that was in the group after what was asked of each of them. Komuru had never worked in a group before or was ever part of one, so this was very new to him. However he had answer about that the other stuff. "I'm a close range fighter." He said breaking the silence. "My father has been training me for years in that regard, but I do know some Ninjutsu, so I am of use in Mid range fights. Don't expect me to do well in a long range fight or even against Genjutsu. Those are the areas I lack in." He said sighing at the end. He took a sip from his water bottle again, looking at the other two girls now.
'Hopefully that breaks the silence...' He thought closing his eyes and taking another sip. He was comfortable where he was sitting for now, so he didn't plan on getting up until it was time to leave. He didn't know what to said in terms of teamwork or communication. 'Right now everyone seems quiet and shy, but hopefully we all get along well later on.' He thought again opening his eyes.

Aeden spoke, this snapped Sotera out of her daze of puppy love, oddly enough. She stood and simply listened as Komuru began to go on and speak of his capabilities, what was noted by Sotera: Komuru Takihara, Close Range Fighting Expert, Weak to Long Range and Genjutsu.
She stood there after he was finished, she was gathering her thoughts in order to speak next and after a moment of abrupt silence, Sotera spoke, her voice wasn't very robotic like before, it was calm and gentle yet still seemed dull. Her blue eyes glanced amongst the rest of her teammates, "I'm an assassin, made for silence, which is golden, close range, and I'm also well trained in Genjutsu, interrogation, and covert operations. I was taught amongst multiple expert assassins during my younger years. Sadly, I have no family to speak of, nor friends, and the last of the assassin's group within my family has scattered. I am lacking on long range combat to an extent and close range combat to an extent."
She then glanced over to Isphet, to see what she had to say and when it was said, Sotera would collect it within her memory and lock it shut.

Chewing softly on her bottom lip as she mulled over the responses of her fellow team mates and sighed inwardly. Resigning herself to having to tell them about herself. "I am Isphet of the Nara clan, I am hoping to become a great assassin, I excel at combat of all ranges, or hope to once I learn how to handle some weapons. I can perform both ninjutsu and genjutsu, and was born with the ability to manipulate fire and earth. I can also hide my chakra signal from people, to move about undetected." Probably the most words she would ever say to any of them at one time ever again. She closed her mouth and shut down once more. Quietly awaiting further instruction, fingers forever scratching at Andy's neck.
Aeden crossed his arms before his chest as he listened to each of the genin. For a sporatic group, the composition was rather well rounded. He himself pretty much covered all area with a mix of ninjutsu, genjutsu, weapons, and bloodline abilities. It was then that he thought how to divide the group. "Isphet and Komuru will board one ship with Nymeria. Sotera will board the second with Faloin and myself." That was the best way he figured to mix it up. If his inkling was correct, Komuru excelled at a more strong fight style than speed fight style. This mixed with Isphet's Nara bloodline combined with a bit of luck would allow Isphet to control what Komuru could not reach. Nymeria would be able to provide some terror. Essentially on Aeden's ship, it would be two combatants, not three, as Faloin had yet to understand danger or hostility; he was but a mere pup. And in a twisted thought process that actually held accurate, the fewer people on the ship the better he could protect the pup. The thought process behind the Aeden/Sotera team up would be that Aeden was deceptively strong; he could hold his own in an up-front fight. This would allow Sotera to use her more subtle tactics to dispatch foes.
Soon after the group spoke, a larger man came off one of the ships. He was an oddity for a world of shinobi, and stranger still he seemed to caught guards who were sensors completely off guard. He was no shinobi; he was an average man with great strength. "Oi, Aeden." His deep voice seemed to carry despite the man talking in a normal volume. Aeden turned to the man, and they both placed their right hand on the other's shoulder. "Glad you could make it, Damian." The man nodded, then removed his hand from Aeden. "The ships are ready to sail once you are ready." The two men nodded at each other as Damian returned to his ship. "Damian will be navigating Isphet and Komuru's ship." A short explanation for the confused. Then he looked at the sky and placed his hands behind his back. ""Our time's up. Time to board." As he spoke, he walked to the second ship as Nymeria boarded Damian's; he would be navigating his ship.

Komuru listened to each of his teammates. He took in each of their skills, bits and pieces of course. His memory was good, but not keen enough to remember everything so clearly. Then he heard who was going with who, and on what boats. 'I get the Isphet and Nymeria. Interesting decision. I still don't know her face and I have feeling this is going to be a quiet trip... He thought closing his water bottle up and go himself on his feet. He felt the soreness in his legs, but don't grunt at them. He simply stretched them out a little but standing on his toes. He lowered himself back down and stood normally, watching as a larger man appoarched them.
For him, Isphet and Nymeria, he was their ride. "Alright lets do this." Komuru said with some enthusiasm but not much at all. He followed Nymeria who seemed to know where to go.
