So I just learned Homestuck won't be updating for for a while, if not months.
And for good reason to! When reading the 'news' section on the mspaintadventures webpage (posted a few days back), Hussie says that he will be working on the game! I am sure you all know, but it the official Homestuck Adventure Game! A supposedly small project that started on Kickstater that quickly escalated into a something big. Homestuck may be ending, but not for a while!
"So what it comes down to is, either I delay finishing Homestuck by a few months, or delay the release of the game by what would probably be a lot longer than that. Considering people threw 2.5 million bucks at me to make a game, I think that choice is obvious."
"If I could do both at the same time, I would. But that's not realistic. Working on HS is an all consuming thing. Designing a whole game I believe will be too."
So, what will you be doing during this long wait?

I would just like to say that I didn't get the chance to donate to the project and that I won't be getting the game. Nevertheless, I am still pretty excited for it. And I am actually pretty happy Homestuck isn't so soon! uwu I will be re-reading Homestuck and also getting starting Problem Sleuth!

Yep, I started re-reading too. It's funny to see how much stuff I missed the first time; small references etc. Also makes me feel sorry for all the newbies that don't know why there are random arms and blue glows on so many pages now. As if it wasn't confusing enough already.

As if it wasn't confusing enough already. Exactly! I probably have missed my fair share of things when reading through the first and just stick to the updates. I think to those who start reading Homestuck and find the arm, would stick to reading just to kind out why there are arms in there! While more confusing, it will also be more interesting! mspa probably gonna re-read it like most people. cool Yessss! A lot of people are going to re-read it. How long did it take you reading the first time? I think the average read-through is 2-3 months.

I will be re-readng Homestuck. maintaining my Homestuck thread in the Heaven forum (It's a nice place that could use more contributors!), and writing and reading fanfiction.
I have The Loaded Key on my reading list and I'll be constantly checking for a Brainbent update.

I'm not sure if links to the Heaven forum outside of Heaven work, but you can copy and paste it. Maybe. http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/heaven/the-dreambubble-homestuck-is-on-hiatus/t.83821809/
