User Image His stomach growled as the young stallion wandered aimlessly in the darkness he placed himself within, but he didn't think himself that hungry. Head hanging low with his muzzle just about dragging the ground. Soft grass shoots tickled his muzzle as he moved, that long tail behind him twitching at the early season flies. What made these things come out now? He could still feel the chill of winter along the ground in patches of wet. Stopping a moment, Dragomir raised his head as if to look upwards, he didn't know what time of day it was. He couldn't feel the warmth of the sun anymore, had it turned so swiftly to night? No, he didn't think so, it couldn't have he hadn't been awake that long.

Risking the chance, Dragomir pawed at the cloth that covered his eyes and took a glance around with a blood colored eye. Trees scattered the area as far as he could see. It seemed safe enough to go without the fold, but did he really want to take that big of a chance? Could there be others living out here? He didn't know, with ears flicking back, Dragomir let the cloth slide from its place and to the ground. From there he picking it up in his mouth and carried on walking. This time with his head slightly higher above the ground, minding to keep an eye out for other beings. Who knew when someone would turn up and trouble starts...

The seasons were changing but the elder was not, nor had she since she'd fallen, her mind in a haze from the pinning of her heart. Yet again her distractions had seized, though a wonderful friendship had bloomed with the other mother of the herd Tanith she still found her days becomming longer without a set goal. Parvati was grown in fact all the foals born to the herd had and though they were still young this world matured them faster than she quite knew how to handle. What was there for a dragon to do when such precious moments where so short? In the more gloomy days her mind had even wandered to death, for if the young grow so quick, was her and even Mareks time short for this world?

Tiamat had so many things she wanted to resolve, so many questions to put to the mechanics of this world. What she had learnt was that dragons came in a number of shapes and sizes, and that a social structure she had grown and learnt to know had needed some serious council when the herd was re formed.

Today was a day to enjoy the turning weather, even if the cold never truly effected her it was nice to feel a warm breeze against her scales. This was time away from the herd, from the faces she considered family and to seek out alternative ways to keep her mind away from him. So as it was she had exited the vast tunnel system leading out from the herd and enjoyed a brisk walk taking in the scents of the new season. Where would the day lead her? Perhaps she should hunt... it would be easier now as prey emerged from hibernation. It was as her eyes started to scout for signs of movement or burrows that they landed on the male, and without a second thought she headed towards him with a cheerful smile but the posture of someone confident and not afraid. "Greetings, I am Tiamat Daariv of Darastrixi di wer Iski" Even though most had no idea what that even meant it was a wonderful conversation starter, and if they did they tended to be exactly the folk to take back home with her.

Dragomir was enjoying the sights around him, be it that it was a lot of trees and still melting snow. The sound of someone else in the trees made him stumble. The sight of something blue crossed his vision just as he ran into a tree. Sinking to the ground the voice of the other muddled into the ringing of his ears. Shaking his head, Dragomir blinked up at the mare? Dragoness? He wasn't sure what to call her, with those wings and horns. Certainly looked like a dragon to him. "What?" was all he could say before his head dunk to the ground. It seemed that he had taken a harder hit then expected. Dragomir's red eyes fluttered closed, watching the blurred image of the mare that stood near by, his mind lapsed into oblivion.

The hole dropped beneath him as he fell, blackness engulfed everything before he came to a halting stop. At the bottom of the hole he could still see nothing. Turning in any direction left Dragomir disoriented and even the more befuddled. "Hello? Anyone there?" Dragomir called out to the darkness. All he was met with was laughter, it echoed around him. Ears flicking back he couldn't tell where it was coming from or who it was from. All he did know was that his head hurt and that was getting worse.

"Oh my, I don't believe you intended to that." A soft smile lit her face however when his what reached her ears and she opened her mouth to explain....

Then he hit the floor and she was quick to travel the short distance "Hello? Can you hear me?" Tiamat found smile quickly face as concern was swift to show. A herd leader, a dragon, a female but most of all she was a mother and the unconscious figure of the stranger was alerting all her senses. It didn't matter to her who this other was, what he was like all she could see was the limb form of a fellow star of this world and if he didn't respond soon she would use her larger form to carry him elsewhere.... safer.

'Hello? Can you hear me?' Dragomir heard someone calling to him, even in the blackness he could still hear, sometimes. Lifting his head through the darkness, a light showed down over him, in this place he was not a hooved creature, but something with claws. Reaching out with a paw, something else took hold of it and pulled him from the blackness and into the light.

Slowly his eyes fluttered, his vision still blurred in and out. Rolling himself a little to get his legs beneath himself. Dragomir shook his head as he lifted it off the ground. "My head is killing me." he muttered before turning to face the mare close to him. "Sorry, I don't ever see many others. Guess I jumped." he looked to the ground, where his cloth had fallen when he too had fallen. "Sorry I didn't catch your name, I was called Dragomir. A seerer, before the great fall." His gaze rose towards the branches over head.

A frown found Tia's features as she watched the stallion recover, eyeing him from top to bottom to try and settle her mind that she still wouldn't need to take action. With his swift move to his feet and the lack of wobble she felt her maternal instincts back down but she did still wished to help. Shifting her head she rummages behind one of her many scales and took out a dry herd, with many thin long leaves and small purple blossom. Taking the half step to reach him she placed it by his hooves then backed up with a nod towards him.

"It is Rosemary, I am advised it holds healing properties that promotes circulation in the blood and reduces aches and pains." Then she let a gentle smile fall on her face to encourage the other it was truly safe before continuing "I am Tiamat Daariv of Darastrixi di wer Iski, a pleasure Dragomir, I must admit this is one of the more interesting ways I have met another, and it feels like an age since I have come across a seerer. Does this world alter your gift?"

Averting his gaze towards the flower that was dropped on the ground close to him. He was a little leery of eating strange plants, even those that he was advised could help. Taking a hoof he pawed at the plant a moment before reaching down to take it into his mouth. Passing the Rosemary over his tongue a couple times, he found it a little bitter tasting, which was eased with quick bites and swallowing. A shiver tumbled down his spine, his face was even scrunched up by the taste. "Why do things that are said to help have to taste so bitter." Dragomir complained softly as he reached for his cloth to painstakingly put it back on.

It wasn't the easiest of actions, but he got the cloth back over his ears, thus sliding it back into place. The darkness eased his headache, though the whole hitting the tree never helped. During his actions of getting his cloth back over his bloodshot eyes, Dragomir nearly missed the question that was asked by the elder. "I don't know if the fall has disrupted my sight. I dare not look upon other too long. I fear triggering something." His head was low, the same way he would be if walking. "My sight never comes to me when I expect it, its often random or comes when there's strong emotion in the air."

Lifting his head up a little, his long tail flicked behind him as he remained against the tree for support. He sensed that there was interest about his abilities, or lack there of. He hadn't had any visions since before the fall. He often did wonder if he could still see the possible future. But his fear made him wary and dared not try, unless he was commanded to..

A soft chuckle rumbled from her chest as he complained, it was refreshing to hear another so easy with their words, something that had become less and less within the herd. Thinking back to her previous land she considered if such a free flowing sentence would get her a clip, she figured it might but she was a grown up and no longer in that world. Sure she had responsibility to be mature but sometimes it was nice to just be free of such titles and expectations. "I believe I was once informed that if the taste was pleasant we wouldn't avoid or fight of alignments to start with." Tiamat's smile broadened as she settled into feeling more confident that Dragomir wouldn't harbour any long term damage.

Watching the male re apply the piece of cloth she fought the desire to assist, if being around Marek and the other proud males had taught her anyone was that most didn't want help. As agonizing as it was to watch him struggle she successfully held herself back and mentally praised him for accomplishing the task, pondering that it was perhaps something he'd had to do many a times. Whilst he described his sight she considered life in his shoes, Tia didn't think it could be all that pleasant to have such a 'gift' on a permanent basis but was something that required a very different approach to life. Even with that she still was curious about it, it's effects and well just this stranger overall.

"Is it a painful experience for you?" She couldn't resist asking with a little frown, it was the obvious reason to her for why he would be uncertain of his own abilities. For if something hurt it was rather discouraging but a phrase she recalled implied that anything worth doing would not be painless. "Perhaps it is an ability that could be homed and improved upon in time, have you seen anything being near me?" Curiosity killed the cat... but hey she was a dragon not a cat.

Dragomir didn't want to really learn more about something that might have been lost. Turning his face away from the mare, that eye marking on his blindfold staring off in another direction, he gave a sigh. He had been asked if he had seen something, it was hard to tell from waking moments from visions. Ears flicking in thought, he turned back towards Tia's direction.

"Its not that simple. Things never some that easy. Something might have been put in front of my nose, but I don't know." Tilting his head he remembered what happened just after walking into the tree.

It was darkness and something or some one laughing. The laugh he didn't feel anything from or know what gender it was from. Everything didn't add up, nor made any sense. What the darkness and laughter had to do with each other was a puzzle. It was something he had to put together on his own, when he had time to think...

"This Darastrixi, thing, is that where you are from? Are there more of you around here?" Dragomir asked ears swiveling to try and hear if there are others around.

Nodding she watched the eye on his blindfold but was careful to alter her gaze so not to linger for an unpolite amount of time before returning her line of sight to it. Was that his sight, did his eyes work? It wouldn't be appropriate to ask but she was allowed to wonder and consider all these things perhaps there would come a time she'd be able to ask, but not now. "I see, my experience with seers even from my own world is limited, one would imagine it would be a constant frustration for you, I apologize for my questions."

It was the right thing to say, and she praised all the lessons in patient and restraint, how to be a good dragoness, learning to control her impulses though she'd hated them at the time. Tia found her own head tilting briefly with his as he seemed to be thinking, she could only guess as to what, such a mystery this one.

"It is my... clan... herd, I believe that is the correct term here. We have gathered those like us, like you into one place, a safe place to call home in this foreign land." She figured that answered his questions, it was a shame he didn't seem to be aware of what it meant but his interest was promising. If he was even a tad as interested in her world and life as she was his then it was entirely possible she'd have company on her return. Then it was also possible she'd get a chance to learn more from him, no... Tia she scolded herself and eased her thought. There was no need to hurry things, if he was interested that was enough she should not seek a return only to give what she could if he needed.
