Between her home asteroid and now this vacant space she had rented out, Asclepius was actually growing to appreciate the relaxing nature of cleaning. Admittedly a part of her resented how much it had cost to get this empty runned-down penthouse through anonymous and no-questions-asked routes, but at the same time, she had more than enough money to spare from her parents. Marcella was far more tight-fisted than her sister with her finances, though she never had any particular use in mind for what she saved. A hide-out for herself and other senshi seemed a worthy cause, though - after all, they were protecting the whole world.
This place would be secret, and locked, as well as she could keep it. For right now, the Senshi of Medicine had two keys to the place and she had both of them on her right now. Eventually she would have to ask for a hand from someone to help bring in a few pieces of larger furniture, though, she decided, looking through her list of contacts on her senshi phone. No matter how much strength powering up provided, there was no way Asclepius would be able to get a sofa or a bed frame in here by herself.
She set the phone aside and turned to appraise the dingy room, the bucket of used water, and the mop propped in the corner. Then she looked down at her uniform, laughing once at the dark stains on the pale fabric. At least her seifuku required no washing. Asclepius herself would need a bath, but--
Wait, what was that sound?
Asclepius looked back over to her senshi phone, and winced as she saw she had apparently hit a wrong button and dialed Sisyphus by mistake.
Sounding perhaps a touch sheepish, she picked it up and spoke into it, "Uh, hello?"

She could laugh, sure, and not worry about it too much; for Sisyphus, things were a bit different. Fancy shoes settled on the seat of a toilet and fingers curled over the top of a stall, his heart was hammering like crazy, his breathing still a bit quick after a bit of a run.
Two-thirty meant he was still in the middle of History class, counting the minutes left until the bell rang, when a buzzing went off in the back of his head, urgent and insistant that he power up and answer his damned phone. So now here he was, hiding out in uniform, eyes closed and trying not to panic.
Missing class. So unlike him.
"...hello? Hello? Is everything okay?" He sounded anxious, certainly.

She rubbed the bridge of her nose between two fingers at the sound of his concerned voice when he answered - exactly what she had been afraid of. Middle of the day, and she had interrupted him in the middle of goodness knew what. Probably school, when she thought about it.
"Yeah, everything is fine," Asclepius replied. "I have no idea how I managed to pocket dial you with my senshi phone, but that's all it is, I promise. I was cleaning and stuff and somehow I just managed to hit the wrong button."
There was an awkward pause for a moment before the brown-haired girl hurriedly added, "Sorry."

God help him. Sisyphus crouched for another moment before, slowly, sinking down to sit on the toilet, instead. It probably wasn't good for his white-on-white uniform, but what could you do? He drew in a slow breath, and then blew it out, trying to calm the frantic hammering of his heart.
At least there was no accusation. His feet hit the floor and he made a sound, something that was probably understanding. "...oh. Okay."
It wasn't, really. And that sounded in his hesitant tone, nervous, uncomfortable. Dreading going back to class after he'd raced out of there to head to the bathroom. The taunting alone was enough to make him panic.
"...where are you? I'm thinking...I-I'm thinking about cutting the rest of the day..."
Porsha'd be so proud of him; her little delinquent, checking in to the club.

Asclepius turned in a small circle, eyeing the bucket, the limp trash bag half full of dirty paper towels and dust kitties. "Uhh, cleaning." She had done enough of it in uniform on her hospital world and now in her safehouse in progress that it did not strike her as strange to perform such a mundane task while powered up. Until she said it out loud.
She switched the phone to the other hand and scrubbed her palm on the white cloth of her seifuku. At least the senshi of medicine did not have to worry about washing the uniform.
God, but she felt dumb bothering this other senshi she barely knew, probably in the middle of class or something. Asclepius felt like she owed him something. And, well, she would probably want to share her home base with other senshi anyway. She could just show him first.
"Uh, listen, I'm kind of making like a home base thing. It's still kind of gross right now, which is why I'm cleaning it, but I can show you where it is if you want?" She chewed her lip for a moment, and nudged the bucket towards the wall with one foot. "I'm going to keep stuff here, like first aid stuff. So." Unsure of how to finish, Asclepius shrugged, and waited to see what Sisyphus would have to say.

It wasn't exactly an invite -- it certainly wasn't an invite right now -- and as much as he'd wanted to skip out of class, the lack of encouragement made his desire waver, wobble, and then fall to pieces. There was a moment's pause, as he slid down off of the toilet, grimacing at the mess of the bathroom. "Okay. That'd be. Sure, yeah." A pause. "Just call me when you're done? I'm going to go back to class now..." He'd been gone almost ten minutes -- long enough, he was sure, that someone would snicker and make a comment, someone would poke fun. He puffed out a sigh and popped the hat up off his head, just cracking the door so that he could peer out into the bathroom: staring for a good long moment at the somewhat-unfamiliar reflection in the mirror. Sisyphus, at least, should have had more balls than this. Maybe not Jude. He drew in a breath. "Just call me whenever. Summer might be weird, but I can find time to come around. Look at stuff. Whatever we need...um." A pause. That was it, really. He shrugged. "Bye, talk to you later?" asahi Kumoru wanna just finish this up?

"Yeah, sure," she agreed. "It'll be better once this is all presentable." Frowning, Asclepius strode across the room and stepped on some kind of spider with her heel.
"So yeah, anytime in the summer, I guess." Hopefully she had not gotten him into any trouble for calling while he was in class. "I'll be working at the hospital, but anytime I'm not on the clock - well, the real Earth-job clock - I should be able to bring you here. And, if you need any help, too. Since I guess I owe you one now."
She rubbed her eyes a little and nodded. "Sure. And sorry again."

Fine. That was that, then. He hesitated another moment, like he wanted to say something to her, but hung up instead -- pocketing his sell and sliding thoughtlessly back into civvies. Still. He'd linger just a bit longer before he went back to class...
