Feliks had been sitting at home watching the snow it was a few nights before Christmas. His parents had gone out Christmas shopping; his two older sisters were out as well. His Grandparents had drifted off to sleep in the main living room and he was sitting listening to the background noise of the TV with his little sisters watching it.

Though it wouldn't take them long to be bored of the usual Christmas programs. "Feliks~" They whined, "This is the same old Christmas stuff we watched last year." Well at least Kata was whining about it, Zoya just kind of went along with it. Feliks looked at them both, what did they want him to do? It wasn't like he could make a Christmas movie for them to watch.

"Maybe, they ran out of things to make Christmas movies out of. Hey look here's Tim Allen in the Santa Clause, all three of them. You liked that didn't you?" He asked trying to find something that maybe they hadn't seen in a while. Though they turned that down too, and every other Christmas movie he was finding. "But it's Christmas guys, it's tradition. We watch Christmas movies, when mom and dad get home we fix up some hot chocolate and we find the large batch of marshmallows for s'mores and then we decorate the tree! You can't tell me you two are tired of hot chocolate and s'mores."

The children both frowned and Feliks sighed. It seemed he wasn't going to win this battle. "Okay, what about..." He seemed thoughtful as he watched the clock, it'd be a good few hours before his parents got home and it'd take so much to entertain the kids as far as games or something went. Finally, he turned off the TV and gave in to their stares. "Fine what do you want do? We have a couple of hours, but remember we can't go outside. It's already dark out."

He didn't think even the Negaverse gave it a rest on Christmas. He wished they would though.

Finally Zoya spoke out, "What about a story?" She shifted a little so her hands were neatly folded on the couch and she was staring up at Feliks. "I always like your stories."

Kata sighed, "As long as it's something different than what we see on the TV." The child was clearly not pleased with the idea. After all, she'd 'out grown' story time.

Feliks sighed at Kata, "If you get bored you can go play a video game, I'm sure pops won't mind as long as we're not out in the cold."

Kata nodded and Feliks seemed thoughtful of what to tell the children. Spur of the moment story times weren't always his thing, but Zoya kind of made him do it all the time. His crimson eyes closed as he thought a moment more before starting. However, Feliks copped his way out of telling them an original story; remembering something from his childhood.

"It was a Christmas eve night," He began "It looked much like tonight in fact! No one was stirring, not even a mouse." It was starting to sound a lot like one of those stories they were tired of and Kata just groaned. Feliks shot her a look before continuing. "Rudolph was at my Window, his nose shining bright, so bright in fact that it woke me up!" He paused for a second before continuing.

"Feliks!" He said pawing at my window, "'Feliks we need your help!' I flung open my window and peeked out to see Santa sitting in his sleigh with eight tiny reindeer and Rudolph. 'Feliks!' Santa began, 'Feliks we can't deliver all these packages without help! We need your help in order to deliver all these children's' presents on time!' Santa was serious, they were running behind because of a blizzard up at the north pole, one which slowed them down tremendously."

Zoya interrupted Feliks, "What's Tre-mend-ously?" She asked looking a little confused at the word and stumbling over it.

"A lot." Feliks answered as he rubbed a hand over her hair to muss it up a little, "Anyways, so Santa and the reindeer wanted me to help them! What could I say? I mean I possibly couldn't turn down Santa asking for help could I?"

"That'd put you on the naughty list." Zoya added, as Kata just sounded crossed again.

"Yes that would have put me on the naughty list." Feliks said ignoring Kata's crossed sighs. Feliks certainly couldn't please them both. "So I got on my slippers and grabbed a robe, and climbed out my window to help Santa deliver presents."

"But we're not supposed to leave with strangers without telling mommy and daddy." Zoya said.

"Hush Zoya it's just a stupid story." Kata grumped as she turned around leaning on the couch with her arms crossed.

"Well Zoya's right, but its Santa, he got me home before our parents even knew I was gone." He smiled a bit before continuing the story. "Where was I... Oh yes! I hopped into the sleigh with Santa and Rudolph to help deliver presents; I even got to drive the sleigh! For the most part though I and Rudolph navigated the sleigh all the way; while Santa went down the chimney to deliver presents to all the good little girls and boys. It was a long night, and we stopped at every house from here to China, I would toss bags down the Chimney for Santa when he forgot them; and he'd wait down at the bottom for the presents."

"Wouldn't that hurt the presents though?" Zoya asked again tilting her head curiously.

"You know, I think normally that would, but Santa's bags that he carries his presents in are made to keep presents from being hurt, plus Santa use to wrap his presents really good before throwing them down the chimney or going down with them himself."

Feliks sighed, "Anyways we were all but caught up, and back on time when suddenly we hit a big storm on the way back home. The Blizzard had followed Santa from his home in the North Pole to right here in Destiny City. Santa still had houses to deliver to as well! However, the storm was so bad we couldn't see anything, even Rudolph's bright red nose couldn't cut through the snow! It was so scary."

Feliks took a moment to catch his breath and train of thought, "What happened?" Zoya asked him looking curious.

"Well, we found the closest rooftop and landed there, but it took us a while to figure out how we were ever going to deliver presents in this storm! We couldn't let down the children after all they are all counting on us! If we didn't get them delivered, why soon kids would stop believing he's real and then he'd slowly fade away... and we couldn't let that happen!" Feliks made his point by slamming his fist into his own hand in a determined manner. "Between me and Rudolph though, we figured out something! We had to fly low, and since we could only see so far in front of us we'd have to trust Rudolph to not land us hanging off a house. It took a few tries to get it right, or we'd just slide off the roof with as much snow was falling."

"It wasn't long until we managed to get out of the Blizzard, and be on our safe way back home. Dawn was just starting to break and it wouldn't be long before our parents would be up fixing breakfast. We had to hurry to get me home."

Feliks paused, "Just as I climbed back in my window and turned to Close it I watched as Santa and Rudolph pulled away, shouting 'Thanks Feliks! Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night!'"

Zoya stopped, "Hey Feliks....."

"Yes?"

"What did you get from Santa."

Feliks paused, "Well that's the funny thing about helping Santa. We forgot to leave me a present. So after I'd gotten warm in bed I'd expected there to be no presents, because we simply didn't have time." Feliks stopped and watched as Zoya yawned a bit, "Well, I expected not to get anything, because honestly helping Santa was the biggest present of all. But when I got to the Christmas tree in the hallway, I discovered Santa actually left me presents! He must have those placed there before Rudolph woke me up."

Feliks paused, "Anyways everyone was very happy, I learned the true spirit of Christmas, which is helping others and giving gifts without expecting to receive anything in return and over all, to cherish mankind." Okay so he just threw that last one in there, but he wanted to make a point, "And that Zoya is how I helped Santa clause!"

Kata sighed, "Is the story over yet? Can I find something on TV?"

Feliks paused and stares at Kata, "Oi, first you don't want to watch anything that's on and now you do?"

"Because that was a dull story Feliks." Kata shook her head and started flipping through the cartoons before she settled on how the Grinch stole Christmas.

"Oh I like this one!" Zoya chirruped as she turned around to watch TV with Kata, "Oh and thank you for the story feliks!"
