Hmm... that is a bit of a toughy. Are you happy with having a Genesis start to the game? Are you more curious to see the start of the series, or the end?
I think I'm a bit more inclined to say to pick ME1 so that you can finally experience the whole series.
Ya that's what I thought. I heard that it is hard going back to a not as modernized game like Mass Effect 3 unlike ME1. But I think it will be worth it because I will know what it was like playing the very first Mas effect game to come out.
