 This is a village for those who can't really afford the fancier places. There are huts and wooden homes to live in, a school, a medic's tent, an inn, taverns, small cafes, and even some riding wildlife. There are said to be dragons and wyverns nearby and sometimes warriors come here for a cheaper place to stay temporarily.

  I dont feel like I am real......۞ It had been just an average day in the village for Viel. He woke up, did his morning routines and headed to work at the school. He was in his classroom of Magic Arts Study and Control teaching the students the importance of emotional responses and their effects of magic flow.
"Most times, anger or fear impulses can trigger a high burst of energy and mana, but this has a negative effect to the caster's heart and mind reflexes. Often a physical recoil from the unexpected energy can decompose some of the skin, bone, and muscle cells instantly giving injury to the user and sometimes paralysis. This is why many magic users try to focus their emotions in the midst of battle, rather than act without thinking calmly. Some people may find a difficult moment in their life however and become unable to control their emotion. That is why others study channeling techniques or use items and gems with magic properties to redirect the burst of energy or consume it so there is no side effect." The mage said as he wrote every word on the chalkboard in the front of the class. His face showed now emotion as he spoke. Viel finished writing and turned to a podium to face everyone. "I will give you all a list of preferred talismans, mystic gemstones, and rare items along with their effects and where they are commonly found. Class is dismissed for the day. I will see you all next week, as I am taking some vacation time."
۞The students closed their books and finished their notes as Viel ended the day's class. Most of them went right away to their next class or to lunch. Viel just merely watched them all leave and gave a small wave to each one, trying to show a smile although it didn't seem genuine. He walked over to his desk which was covered in all sorts of books and moving objects of some magic property or useful nature. There was a metallic stand that had several twisting prongs and miniature metal bubbles that slowly moved to each prong. It was a strange form of a magic clock. Viel sat at the desk and stared at it as if anticipating something. She should be here by now, she always visits right before 1st lunch... He thought to himself and gave a small sigh.

That's what I've been taught

Because cσℓσɾs are born within anything and everything inevitable ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ It was a nice sunny day in Draken Village, everything started nice and smooth with nothing going wrong. Normally Nix would be out on a job or just exploring the area but she was home for a reason. A dear friend of hers was taking a week long vacation starting today and would most likely want to go with her. It would've been rude to go somewhere without him if he had plans on joining her, possibly bringing along the third member of their little group. So the woman thought it would be right to start the vacation on a positive note and cook up some lunch for Viel and Tren. Chances were the green locked student would be there with the teacher so it wouldn't be right to leave the poor lad hungry. What was Nix making exactly? Spicy chicken curry, sandwiches, and cookies. An odd menu but it was for three people with different tastes. Her golden eyes looked at the clock, realizing that it was almost time to head to the school, grabbed the items, and headed out the door.
"Come along, Cho. Let's head to school to meet up with everyone! Don't worry I have your greens like usual." Nix grabbed the reins on the large yellow Chocobo and lead him down the street towards the school. It might've seemed a little odd to take the riding animal with her when she wasn't riding it but truth be told he would've followed her regardless. It didn't take Nix long at all to reach their destination and after setting down some greens for her feathered companion she entered the building. As expected there sat Viel at his desk, most likely waiting for her as usual. "Hey, Viel! Sorry for the wait, things took a little longer today. Today on the menu we have~.. Spicy Chicken Curry, I made sure not to overload on the spice." Nix set the bowl down infront of her friend, obviously looking proud of her culinary accomplishment. She pulled up a chair to join him at the desk, setting down the other food items down for Tren. "How is your day going so far?" ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Where:

Tren was in magic class, like any other day, and was taking notes as his friend and teacher began explaining controlling emotions and magic flow. The class had come to an end though, and it was time for lunch. Normally Tren liked to stay and eat lunch with his friends Viel and Nix, but Nix seemed to have taken longer to get there that day. He could tell Viel was getting worried by how he stared at his strange clock he had on his desk. The boy got out of his seat and appraoched the desk. His little monkey tailed flickered happily. "I'm sure she will be here soon." He said with a friendly smile.
No sooner than he had said that, the 'sister' of the group had showed up and had even brougth them food. Her cooking was always amazing. Tren waved his arms in the air as cheering and began digging through the food supplies she sat down. The boy wasn't a fan of spicy foods, but Nix new what to bring him. He dug out some sandwiches and cookies and began his meal happily.
After taking a few bites, the boy swalled and addressed the two older group members. "Are you guys planning on going on a journey today? I would like to come if so!" He knew the mage teacher had mentioned a vacation so he hoped he would be allowed to journey them.

I dont feel like I am real......۞ Viel watched as his friend approached his desk and gave the boy a nod. He watched the clock until finally Nix showed and had brought spicy chicken curry, which was one of Viel's favorite dishes. She had brought non-spicy food as well for Tren, since she was thoughtful like that. She always seemed caring of others, even during the orphanage days. Viel stood up, slightly excited to see his friend, although his face showed an emotionless facade.
۞"Ah, finally. I hope your trip was decent." Viel said, giving a small nod when he spoke. He slowly dug into his food, careful not to make a mess on his desk as the others ate as well. Nix and Tren both had asked Viel questions, and he wasn't sure who to answer first.
"My day? It was fine I suppose. Like any other day. Once my vacation is over, I plan to have the students begin practicing the studies I have given them while I let them use magic harnessing items." This was more or less a heads up to let Tren know what to expect when they return.
"Hmm, I was just planning on going someplace relaxing, but there aren't many places in this kingdom sadly. I suppose we could explore to the other kingdom and make it a group trip. We just need to be prepared in case we get into trouble." The mage said addressing Tren's question and hoping the two of them would like the idea.

Because cσℓσɾs are born within anything and everything inevitable ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Tren had an excited response like always, the teen always had so much energy it was a surprise he was able to sit silently in Viel's class. Though she didn't mind his hyper behavior, in fact the woman would've been worried had the tailed lad not been practically bouncing off the walls. He quickly dug into his meal and already started asking to come along with them on a trip. It wouldn't be much of a vacation if the whole family wasn't together, plus Tren would've followed them anyway. Viel seemed to have the same thought of them all going together. From the sounds of it he really needed a vacation with all the lessons he'd been doing lately.
Nix ate some of her meal before deciding to give her opinion on the topic of traveling and where they could go. "If you want to go somewhere to relax we could always see Peach Village! I heard it's a relaxing place though I've never been there to see it myself. That's in Ninetega.. Precurse Village in Sonidan is also a peaceful place but it's a small island so it might take a while to even get there." The snow haired woman wanted to help give Viel the relaxing vacation he wanted but the neutral areas could've been quite a ways away from their little village. This reminded her of the choice she made a few days ago, something the two probably wouldn't approve of. That news could wait though, it would only ruin the trip if Nix mentioned it now. "Anyway there are plenty of places to see.. Well just as long as we avoid Netherworld Metropolis." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Where: Draken Village, School House

Tren nommed some more cookies while Viel told the plans for next week's class. The boy could use some control practice, since his energy was always random bursts. That usually meant he got weary easily after using certain techniques of his.
The other two began discussing ideas of where to go. Tren just ate cookies, with crumbs all over his face, and listened excitedly. "We should go somewhere exciting!" He said, spitting a few crumbs to the floor as he talked. He wiped his mouth with his sleeve, realizing the small mess he made, and tried to talk without spewing food this time. "Like a place that we could relax, but have a ton of fun and advneture while there at the same time!" Tren said with a smile.
He knew they did have to keep in mind the distances between kingdoms, and avoid warfare too, but that made things more exciting.

I dont feel like I am real......۞ Viel was pretty much done eating, and he positioned his hands in a steeple to listen to what the other two had for suggestions on where to go. "No, definitely not the Netherworld Metropolis. I'd like to go somewhere out of this kingdom. Although I'd avoid Tanuki City as well, that is to say if we dared venture that far across the ocean to the Capeco Kingdom."
۞ Viel stood up as began talking, he preferred doing stuff as he talked anyway to keep himself occupied during conversation. He opened a few of his drawers and began taking small stones, writing utensils, a few bits of magic candy and stuffed them in his cloak pockets. "Hmm. The most ideal place I had in mind was to go to some ruins in another territory or even that one beach In Sonidan. Although in terms of length of travel, the wisest decision would to go somewhere in Ninetega, Sergwaii, or Pokeria. I don't really quite mind which place honestly." The mage said as he made way for a skinny wardrobe in the back of the classroom. He opened it and grabbed a satchel out of it and threw it over his shoulder. He made sure to grab various items from the room and other cabinets that he thought they'd need.
"I'll let the two of you decide where to go for sure. We must keep in mind that most of the borders will be in the midst of battle however." Viel was now packed and ready at this point. He stopped in front of the door way of the classroom and turned back and gave a small wave to let them know to follow him out.
۞ Viel made his way down the corridors of the small school and headed outside. Once outside he saw where Cho, Nix's chocobo, was tied outside. He walked up to the large riding bird and began petting it as the others followed him.

Only three kingdoms were nearby and who knows if they were embroiled in a war on the border or not. Also taking Tren's suggestion into consideration there was one place that jumped out in Nix's mind. A location that was considered peaceful at times but also served as a training ground with some monsters roaming about. The woman finished her meal as the teacher left the building, wanting to catch up with him. "Come on, Tren! I just thought of a place we might all enjoy." Her golden eyes seemed to sparkle with excitement as the Explorer left her chair, darting outside.
Cho had finished his meal of greens and was waiting patiently outside the school. As Viel pet the large bird it started looking over him curiously, as if looking for something. "Oh no you don't, Cho! Viel doesn't have any treats for you. You just ate some greens." Nix walked over to stroke the soft feathers of the Chocobo before looking at her friends. Hopefully both of them would like her idea on where to go. "We want a place that can be relaxing and yet exciting right? Well one place came to mind right away.. The Tek Ruins. It's in Sergwaii and located right at our border. I doubt a battle is brewing in a place like that. What do you think?" ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Where: Draken Village

Tren watched as Viel got ready for the trip and didn't hesitate to head out of the school. The boy stuck a few of the cookies in his school bag and got up ready to go. He followed Nix down the halls, and circled her the whole time with excitement.
Once the group was outside near the Chocobo, Nix told them where they should go. "Ruins? Yay!! That means there will more than likely be rare treasures and artifacts to search for. Plus I could practice my controlling my magic and such ahead of time for the next lessons in class." Tren said happily and randomly hugged Cho. His little tail flicked with excitement and he ran around the group ready to go.

I dont feel like I am real......۞ Tren and Nix made their way out and caught up with him near Cho. The black mage just patted the chocobo even though he had no streets. He listened to both Nix and Tren as Nix suggested a place. "Hmm. I suppose that isn't a bad idea. If we keep along the mountains and cut around, I'm sure we can avoid the war." This was a good plan, Viel had been asked to serve in the war once before but declined. As bad as things were getting now though, it would only be a matter of time before Viel got drafted anyway. He didn't want to be involved in the war.
۞ Viel watched as Tren ran around happily. "I guess it's settled then. If we leave now, we may make it to the ruins within two days. Are you two prepared or do we need to stop to get things for you?" Viel said, knowing he was easily ready, but not sure about the other two.

It was always good to have positive energy around especially on long journeys. After they both agreed on the destination all that was left was to head out. "We're bound to find something in Tek Ruins and practicing your magic is always a good idea, Tren. Especially when Viel is coming along, he can give you more pointers." Though since this was Viel's vacation he might have Tren try to figure it out on his own, which would still help the hyper young man out. The woman hopped onto the saddle, knowing that Cho would want to get a good run during the trip. "I already got my supplies ready before coming over. I keep everything in the pouches just in case you guys need anything." Nix patted the leather pouches attached to the saddle as she explained, just as a reminder even though they had been on plenty of travels together. A bright smile came across the snow haired woman's faces as she grabbed the reins, directing the chocobo towards the village exit. "I'll meet you both at the exit! I'm going to let Cho stretch his legs a little." I dont feel like I am real......۞ Viel simply nodded in agreement when the boy mentioned practicing his control. Viel would do what he could to help even if it was just a vacation. He never really liked being alone and having nothing to do anyway. He preferred the adventures with the other two. The made looked at the boy and grabbed him by the shoulders when he got close and gave him a smile. "Alright, I guess we better catch up with her then, huh?" Nix had an unfair advantage of using a chocobo. Viel patted Tren on the shoulder and began walking at a fast pace to catch up.
The trio was off to the borders and to the Tek Ruins.

Tren couldn't contain his excitement. Going on adventures with them also meant that he had an excuse to skip school. Although most kids had adventurous lifestyles in this village anyway and most would easily be exempted from school on any occassion. Nix had gotten on cho and had a head start. Tren didn't need to worry about supplies cause the other two usually had enough for him two. Plus he carried his daggers with him wherever he went, even at school. When Tren got close to Viel, Viel stopped him and suggested they better keep up with Nix. The boy gave a big grin and a laugh. "Heh, Alright. Race you there, Viel!" He said with a jump and began running after the chocobo faster than Viel could walk, his little monkey tail flowing behind him.
