A hellish place that once was a town, until the gods of the underworld decided to take over. Not many people survive when living here, and those who do have to face nightmarish monsters on a daily basis. Don't cry, things could be worse.

Nicholas watched as the area around him was filled with a strange red light. From what it seemed he was simply floating in space where no gravity had no hold over him. He wondered how he had ended up here and then remembered that he was flung into a portal by the final boss, the Great Demon, who was planning to destroy all of the world. After defeating the Demon he remembered that everyone including himself let their guards down as they all left seeing as the threat was defeated already. All of a sudden he felt something grab his leg. It was the Demon who used the last of its strength to create a portal and threw Nicholas and his sister into it. They probably got separated during the transfer to wherever. He couldn't believe how stupid he had been to actually allow himself to let his guard down.

He sighed when all of a sudden a bright light surrounded him. Next thing he knew he was falling from the sky. The sky being dark and evil similar to where he had come from. Next thing he knew he crashed onto the concrete below. He sat up rubbing his head. That was painful very painful. Luckily he hadn't appeared high enough to actually kill him but it was enough to feel a large amount of pain. He sighed and then looked around. The aura around the area was similar to the Great Demon's domain but not as strong. He wondered where he was especially since there shouldn't be places like this anymore now that the Demon was killed. He sighed when all of a sudden a monster appeared in his path. He whistled and pulled out his Night Fowl. The monster began to run towards him and Nicholas smirked. When the monster was near enough he began to spin his gun as the sword in the rear flipped out and slashed the monster in half. The sword would then return back to its sheathed slot as Nicholas held his gun normally. He whistled and began to walk slowly when he heard a large amount of growls. Looking around he saw himself surrounded by monsters. He smirked as he pulled out his other gun the Longtomb Special. He then began to open fire on the monsters as they began to attack him.
