It has come to my attention through our captain that sometimes, things get taken too far in terms of the members wanting something they can't have. In some cases, the crew has been unfair in the past, but in this revision of Way of the shinobi, that is not the case. The mod team here is fair, they stick to their values, and they enforce rules very gently.
As a general rule, I would like to say that you should not get in touch or try to get past something you do not like by speaking with one of the old captains of the guild. In the agreement for Roxas to take over, he has become the new leader and has full control of the guild. I do not see anything wrong with what has been happening, and so our contract for his captainship will remain.
If you have an issue, try to understand the reasoning of the mods for that issue, and talk to the current team to come to your conclusions.
On a final note, all past captains except for me are in their positions for the respect that at one time, they were leaders who were fair enough and good enough to make a difference in our community. Please understand that if they are not the current captain, they do not have the say the captain has. The captain of the guild works with the current crew to come to a conclusion in a way that majority agree on the subject.
Due to the circumstances presented by the old captains and mods being in moderator positions without performing any day to day duties or being up to date on the rules, they will be demoted by myself to a member position. should they want to come back, they should show effort for the position they want to have, so that others know they are a part of the community and not just someone who used to role-play here.
That being said, just to repeat, DO NOT contact an old captain because you didn't get your way. It will not result in any changes of the outcome, though it may result in a more negative outcome from you trying to go above your captain.
