I am very good at creating custom techniques that really fit a character, if you would like my help on creating new or better techniques, or just to help translate your technique into more guild and or naruto friendly terms simply quote me with a link to the profile and brief description of what you are looking for, I have a living crap ton of time on my hands and this helps alleviate that plight. Naturally as I am not a mod, this thread in no way makes the custom technique and accepted one, you must still apply it in proper.
