Fausta lives on the top-most floor of a huge abandoned skyscraper on the outskirts of the city. The apartment is a literal maze of rooms and doors, and only she has a map, in her head--the key to putting things where they actually are. Each room is overflowing in florescent, lively colors, and has worn oak furniture similar in extravagance to that of a queen. The outer rooms are lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that give a clear of view of the whole countryside or the whole city, depending what side of the apartment you're on.
Fausta's favorite room is facing the city, and is the most sparse on the whole floor, making it simpler to manipulate. It only contains a brightly colored couch overflowing with stuffed animals and pillows, a coffee table with a delicate tea set, and a hard metal chair set facing the couch with its back to the line of windows.
