A new night, a new chance to meet new faces and get her court one step closer to being a more solidified force for good, Eternal Sailor Tsui thought. Despite recent affairs, flubs, and the late but impending little brother, Tsui had powered up and made her way out into Destiny City. She couldn't let past mistakes and new brother jitters get the better of her, not when their enemy continued to carry about their business without her. If evil could not rest, neither would Tsui. She wasn't quite sure what part of town she was in, but Tsui didn't care. The Senshi of Tigers was adventurous and confident that she could always find her way back if need be. For now, she kept her attention focused on any new aura signatures, as well as signs of youma and the even crazier mirror wraiths that were running amok as of late. "This city gets crazier by the day, it seems," Tsui said aloud to herself, continuing her patrol and stretching her sore muscles. "Ain't so rest for the wicked indeed! But that's okay... I won't rest either!" Sleet Tempest Snape Let me know if we want to change this to a battle.

Ian had for the second time this week slipped out of the house and powered up. Like the last evening he'd been out he was walking the side walks. The glow from the tiara and the center of his chest shone softly in the dark of the night. Sidewalk lights in this area of the city mostly functions, with the exception of only a few, and the area was safe as far as he knew. It wasn't too far from home, safe for him mentally, as he turned a corner putting more distance between himself and home.
The flower shop he passed, on the corner, was closed for the night and yet the smell of flowers still filled the air. It was a nice smell, reminded one that spring was here finally, and while he wasn't much for flowers his mother was. It was a place he'd visited a few times over the years to get his mother flowers, since his father was too busy inside a bottle to do so himself.
A late night cafe down the block was just reaching closing time as people, the few who'd stay out this late having a cup of coffee or tea, exited the place as the door was held open for them by a polite worker dressed in black and white. This was when he stopped for a moment and watched them, wondering if any would stop and stare or point at him, it seemed a few glanced at him but the lack of a skirt perhaps kept him from being categorized as a terrorist? He could only speculate, he wasn't about to go over and ask them.
Once the last few people left the cafe he continued on his walk, right past the closing cafe, and down the tree decorated sidewalk. All felt well and nice for him. But given this was his neighborhood it should feel this safe and nice. That was why he was staying here, close to home.

Tsui's route had made a drastic change, now that she had obtained a part time job at Padma's Bouquet, and it now included the business district and just a little it beyond. She understood now what she didn't understand when she was younger, more brash and stupid, and that was that their war often left the citizens and their livelihoods as victims, and Tsui wasn't going to allow for that to happen. That was why she was here in this area, and this was where she felt the faint energy of what she suspected to be a new Order senshi. Immediately, her golden eyes beamed to life and she moved towards the aura, hopping from rooftop to rooftop until she finally closed in on his location, right over a late night cafe. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee made her stomach gurgle and would have likely given her position away, but it wasn't as though she meant any malice to the newcomer. She simply wanted to introduce herself and help him out with a little orientation, Tiger Senshi style! When he made it to the tree decorated sidewalk, Tsui decided it was time to let her presence be known, and never the type to do the usual meet-and-greet, she decided to play things a little differently tonight and gave a friendly whistle. She did it loudly, hoping to catch his attention, as she peered over the side of the building. After that, she gave a friendly shout, "Up here! On the roof!" Stealth was a trait mastered by all tigers, except for this one. But she wanted to let him know that she was a friend, and she had no reason to hide from an ally any longer.

This part of the city had thankfully not been affected by the war, the streets, sidewalks, and homes were all still intact and well maintained. Even with trees growing from areas cute out in the sidewalks. It was a nice area, and area that gave a rather close knit feel. It was just beyond the business district and into a residential area that was filled with eclectic stores for people to amuse themselves in, most of which were closed at this hour.
While he was watching people leave, and taking note of the few who glanced him over, he felt it. Someone like the other one and they were close. It wasn't the dark feel he'd been told he'd feel if it were someone on the other side. So he didn't worry but he also didn't hurry to see who it was, to glance around for the owner of the aura he felt.
He'd have continued walking, he didn't want to stop and look around while talking to the air like an idiot, but it seemed he didn't get to continue his walk. The voice which reached him was female and close. Looking around, and finally up, he stared. She was on someones roof...why? "Why are you on a roof?" He asked while green eyes looked her over. A very interesting outfit and those wings again.

It was a rare occasion when Tsui was in such a playful mood, and while it was a little childish, she couldn't help herself. She felt as though she were the Cheshire cat floating just above Alice's head, but before she could even think about dissolving into thin air (not that she could), the Tiger senshi motioned for Chaldene to join her on the roof. "Because that's probably one of the safest places you can be when you're a Senshi," said Tsui, making sure not to shout as she didn't want to startle the civilians. She had her fair share of dirty looks and even was chased out of a hotel by an angry mob before, and while these folks seemed fine with Chaldene's appearance, who knew what they'd think if they saw someone like her, uniform torn and wild looking at the animal of her sphere. That wasn't even including the scars! "Come on... I think you'll like it up here!" She wouldn't force him up here if he didn't want to come up, and she made that apparent when she laid her stomach and flat chest onto the edge and hung her arms over, much like a cat would do when perched on a high vantage point and content to stay up there. "Don't worry. We're part of the same court."

"Safe from the other side? I've had no issues with civilians." He didn't look like what people thought of when they thought of the terrorists. He didn't have the generally accepted terrorists uniform on, he was glad for that. He hadn't, till he'd met that other eternal senshi, learned that he could travel via roof top. At least he knew how to get up though, it wasn't as hard as he'd thought it would have been.
"Same court?" He asked even as he approached the building, getting closer, so he could jump up and easily join the winged senshi. "Who are you?" He asked, now standing up on the roof top and looking down at the senshi up lay across the roof top, still peering down at the side walk.
Dark hair was swept from his face, despite how useless the action actually was, as his hair flopped right back into one green eye. Straightened up, as he'd landed in a crouched position, his green eyes took in the ripped up uniform of the senshi and wondered if that was all from some sort of recent fight.

"Then you're either extremely lucky, or pretty darn new," Tsui said when he mentioned not having any problems with civilians. Or maybe Tsui was just that terrible of a senshi, either way, she envied him. She waited until he had joined her before pushing herself to her feet, and it was then that she introduced herself. "The name's Eternal Sailor Tsui, Senshi of Tigers. And yep, we're both members of the White Moon Court. Did the cat that awakened you explained much, or will I be the one doing your orientation?" Not that she minded helping out new Senshi, she just wanted to see what kind of night was waiting ahead of her with this one. She was never good at the information dump orientations, as she was a more hands on kind of gal, but she wouldn't be opposed to it. She took a glance at the civilians below, before extending a hand of friendship towards the new Senshi. "One thing they probably should have told you was to be a little careful when roaming the streets. Some civilians don't take too kindly to us, thanks to lies from the Negaverse... I've been chased out of an establish once or twice." She waited for him to take his hand, before asking, "So, what's your name?"

"I'd say both. Lucky that I look normal in this uniform. And I am new." He said with a shrugging of his shoulders, not saying just how new he was. But it seemed to be obvious he was new and he figured that not to be a good thing. "It was mentioned but I didn't know that was what you meant when you said court." He answered while looking her over. She certainly had an interesting uniform, and scars. He hoped he never got into a fight like he was sure she'd been in, to gain those she must have been in a hell of a fight.
"Of course, we are seen as terrorists. I knew that from the news. And it seems that not wearing a skirt, or looking like the ones on tv, helps. I may glow but I don't look like the ones seen on tv. So people may look or glance ubt no ones said anything or really pointed to me. But my clothing." Indicating what he wore. "Is still a fashion style so they just assume I'm in normal clothing." While he said this he took the time to inspect his painted nails. Now though, as he'd gone quite, he took the time to push at one of his facial piercings with his tongue.
She seemed nice enough, and he'd had no problem before giving out his name, so he finally spoke again. "Sailor Chaldene, Will of the wisp." He said while shaking her hand. "Umm...are you going to be wanting to spend the night out with me? The other two with wings on their backs did." He said wondering how it was that the only ones like him that he met all had those wings in common.

Tsui gave a tilt of her head and when he mentioned it, she took a closer look at his attire. He did seem to be blessed with an outfit that could simply pass off as a raver or just some stylish fashionista, and it made her glance at her attire in comparison. Maybe they feared her because of her ragged outfit and the scars at her waist? Yeah, that seemed like a logical reason to show some caution. Or maybe it was because she came crashing in through the window and gave the poor citizens a scare? Either way, it wasn't something Tsui wanted to expose to the new Senshi now, and it did please her to see that she wasn't the first senshi he had run into. Of course it made her feel a little silly that she had talked down to him, but there was nothing that an apology couldn't fix. "So you've met others like me? That's good to know! Sorry if it sounded like I was babying you just a few moments ago- sometimes I get newly awakened Senshi that have no idea what's going on, so I've sort of just treat them all like their new nowadays." Not that Senshi orientation was all that great, but at least Tsui was trying. She wanted to make sure that the new ones knew what they were getting themselves into, unlike she did, and it already seemed like Chaldene had a good start. "Only if you want to. You seem like you have a good head on your shoulders already, and I don't want to flood you with information that you already know."

Shaking his head he brushed his hair from his face, only for it to flop back into place. "It's fine...and yeah. Two others with the same wings. I am new though...only a few days." He answered slowly, hesitating. He felt new, so very new, and felt awkward really. He was comfortable in this uniform but he didn't feel so comfortable on a whole. The power...this senshi thing wasn't bad. But thinking on how new he was - that was where he felt awkward. He supposed that in time that would go away and be replaced with some amount of comfort.
"I have some idea. I'd say I have enough of an idea to be comfortable with this whole...thing." Shrugging as he didn't have a proper word to use. He didn't like the term war. Fighting made him uncomfortable - really uncomfortable. So he tried to stay away from that word, almost as though if he didn't use the word than it wasn't true. And that was likely the case with the dark haired senshi.
"I - I don't mind spending the night in someones company...I'm just not good with people." As he'd told the dark haired female senshi a few nights back. His people skills were limited and just not all that good. He didn't dislike people, he disliked what many did, thought, and said but he didn't dislike them. He just didn't know how to approach them and what to talk about. He couldn't tell them some things he did and other things he felt uncomfortable talking about, having people tease him or whisper or comment on what he did. No, sometimes it was better not to tell people about yourself at all.

"The wings indicate rank, and with enough practice and some fights under your belt, you'll be sure to get them too." Tsui turned around to show him her wings, wishing she could give them a flap but knowing it to be impossible. They weren't real, only for decoration, but that didn't stop her from giving it a little shake to give that impression. "It means I'm Eternal rank, pretty much the highest I'll go for now." There was always ascending to Princess, but Tsui wasn't even going to pretend to set her goals that high. Even if she could, would she want to be a princess? With all those frills, and that long dress to get in the way? No, it just seemed like a terrible idea all around, and she couldn't act as a leader to others. She was a warrior, through and through, and she was content with that. She turned back around to face Chaldene, taking in his words and nodding to show that she was paying attention to him. When he admitted to not being good with people, Tsui tilted her head in slight confusion, but eventually she understood what he meant. "Oh, I see. Well, you don't have to worry about me. I might be the Senshi of Tigers, but I'd never hurt my allies or friends." Intentionally. "Was there anything in particular you'd like to know about, or do you have a good enough idea? Because I may not know everything, but I know a lot. Like... which Negaverse officers to not piss off, for example."

"You have to fight...?" He asked, sounding very hesitant and shy. Unsure and uncomfortable he tugged at one of his sleeves with the opposite hand. Watching her turn he slowly, as if they had nerve endings and could feel things, he reached out to touch one of the wings. "Do - do the fights have to be serious?" He asked with some nervousness entering his voice as he glanced over the wings and than back up at the back of the senshi's head.
"For now...? You can go higher? I mean I heard about princess..and prince. But I mean how do you go higher? How do you go from me to super? And super to eternal?" He asked while she turned to face him again, another minute and he'd have walked around her so he could face her. "What separates me from...what's higher than me - appearance wise? I mean between you and me there is a rank. But what's the difference in appearance between me and super? I can see the difference between us physically - the wings." He asked. Wanting to know how to physically tell the differences in rank. There had to be some standard things, right?
"Ummm....Sheena spoke of magic but aside from the pen and powering up I really haven't done anything magical - though I guess jumping onto roof tops is magical. I mean since normal people can't do it but I can. I didn't want to get ahead of myself and try my...attack. I mean Pasiphae asked me if I'd tried my attack but I told her I thought it would be a bit soon, after all I didn't even have a hang on jumping onto roof tops yet." And he had magic, or so Sheena had said and he'd seen and experienced it while powering up, and jumping onto roof tops. Pointing to her then he nodded his head. "I'd like to know that. I'd really like to avoid getting into any fights if I can. I don't like fights - even between my friends." He said. All this was spoken quickly and in a manner most would classify as babbling. He really couldn't help it though. He just sort of babbled when put into certain positions, like now.

"Yep, all the time," Tsui said, in regards to being asked if she had to fight, and while she knew that showing such enthusiasm in that department could have had the completely opposite effect and scare the other Senshi, she couldn't deny who she was. Tsui was a fighter, through and through, and the way she flexed a muscle reflected this. In response to his other question, she grew a bit more serious. "Sometimes... they can be heart-pumping, that's for sure." The way she twisted about was meant to show the three scars at her waist, and she didn't bring up the stories with those yet. If he wanted to know, he'd ask, and she'd be happy to tell him. But she was always told to practice some subtly, and given her nature and appearance, the motion was pretty subtle in her opinion. "There's Princesses, and we have two of them in the White Moon Court right now. Really saved our butts last summer, that's for sure." Tsui said, remembering the ambush with vivid details but once again, not wanting to drown Chaldene with the details. That was Pasiphae's job, apparently, and it made Tsui happy to know that her friend was still holding strong. "As for how rank goes, you start at basic, then make your way up to super, and then, Eternal. All of that is obtained through experience and when it's your time to go up, a Guardian cat will bestow it upon you." She thought about the ordeal with the princesses, and she answered truthfully. "I have no idea how one obtains their final rank. That's something you'll have to ask Iris and Polaris, I think." When he mentioned not being sure about magic and how he feared fighting, Tsui had to bite down her initial comment. Another pacifist? Or, perhaps someone just too new and not clear with what they were being thrown into. "All senshi have magic, as far as I know. I haven't met one that hasn't. If I show you mine, would that help you in figuring out yours?"

He really didn't like the sound of that, and not because she seemed enthusiastic about fighting. The idea of having to fight and that they could be serious, or heart pumping as this senshi said, bothered him. He didn't like fighting - it bothered him. Biting his bottom lip he resisted the urge to say something, or to make some sound, he wasn't sure if words or a whimper might escape him.
"What happened that they saved you?" He asked wanting to know that - it seemed important. "What they are senshi of?" He asked, he may never meet them, then again he might, but it was good to know what he could about them if only to have a clue about them and some idea what they could, and couldn't, do.
"Is there some way to know when your ready for it or some..." Fishing for a word here he finally found it. "qualifications that need to be met?" He asked wondering if there was something which needed to be done or if it was random. Could you tell when you were ready or did the cats only know, just like how Sheena had found him and known he was a senshi while he'd been clueless about it.
So she didn't know how they became royal, that was ok. It seemed like a rare thing so he supposed that if they hadn't or didn't talk about than it was no wonder she, and maybe no one else, knew how that was obtained. He did hope there was some way of knowing how to gain ranks from where he was at, or a way to tell when you were deserving of it. But he didn't say as much; didn't mention that he didn't like being clueless and finding things out suddenly.
Chaldene might be a pacifist but that was because fights stressed him and upset him too much, unbalanced him in ways he couldn't handle. He dealt with enough unbalance in his home life that any more, i.e fights, just threw him so he couldn't handle it. And he preferred using pacifist ways of fighting, like he did often while in front of his computer screen. "I haven't used mine...I thought it best I learn the basics before I get to that..." Biting his bottom lip he nodded then. "Ummm...sure. C-could I ask how you know what your attack is or how..you - you know attack?" He asked feeling very nervous suddenly. Ok, so he'd really not been giving this whole thing much though. He'd been going around these past few nights as a senshi and not really thought on much. He'd gotten some information and learned to root top travel. But thinking on his attack - his magic - that hadn't crossed his mind really. He'd sort of pushed it aside. He'd pushed a few things aside and to the back.

"We got ambushed. We, the White Moon Court, were having a meeting, where not a whole lot was discussed, but then again, we can't agree on anything anyways, so no shocker there," Tsui said, recalling the event still with vivid detail. Tempers flared, heated words were exchanged, and a lot of stupid things were said... some of which came out of her own mouth. Tsui didn't want to get into too much detail, though, and she did her best to explain without it getting too lengthy for Chaldene. "Then the Negaverse and Dark Mirror Court attacked. Polaris and Iris did their best to protect us and a lot of us fought tooth and nail. Then, something or someone pulled us onto the Moon when things got too crazy." She didn't want to explain the casualty list. Those that weren't killed were forced to corrupt, and that was just as terrible as a fate as death, in Tsui's eyes. If they were willing, that's be one thing. But she had seen one get thrown through a mirror, screaming, and there was nothing willful about that. Still, she tried to keep this anger in, not wanting to risk spreading her anger nor any fear to the new Senshi, especially since he already admitted to not being the type to want to fight. That story was over, for the moment, and in response to his other question, she pointed to her stripes and proclaimed, proudly. "Senshi of Tigers. Not sure why they chose a white fur pattern and not the usual orange or yellow, but no one's confused me for Zebras just yet, so I guess I'm grateful for that." As for the qualifications of rank, that was an easy answer. "A Guardian Cat will know when it's time. The stars on their forehead will glow and they'll upgrade your henshin pen, and then you'll be able to upgrade to the next rank." She could see how uneasy he was, and in truth, she couldn't blame him. There were just some people that didn't like fighting, or never fought before in their life. Tsui still had some difficulty understanding that, given how often she got into schoolyard brawls herself, even before she became a Senshi, but she knew that no everyone lived the same life as her. She considered his questions, and she mused herself for the answer. "I... just sort of knew what mine was. When Pippin found me, we were already being attacked by a youma, and when I saw myself and Draconis in danger, I... just sort of knew what to say, what to do. I'd think that when the situation arrives, it'll present itself in your mind to you. If that makes any sense. I could show you my attack, but we'll have to do it on the ground, otherwise I'll risk flying right off the building."
