How to Play Spinnerbox

Overview
In Spinnerbox, you are trying to match the symbols on a set of magical spinners in a game similar to a slot machine. The more you match, the more you win! A spinner box is a decorative box containing several "flit switches." A flit switch is a magical spinner that will randomly cycle through a variety of symbols. To play Spinnerbox, all you have to do is place your bet and spin; it's that easy.

Chains
A "chain" is two or more adjacent symbols of the same type. When a chain appears, you'll win an amount of gold based on which symbols you get, and how much you bet. For instance, if you spin a chain of two Tavern symbols, you'll get a x3 multiplier to your bet, so if you bet 10, you'll win 30.

Bigger spinner boxes means bigger chains and bigger payouts (and bigger losses, too).

Bigger Chains
Some spinner boxes have three switches, some have four, and some have six. Bigger boxes mean better chains, as many as six of a kind! You'll get bigger payouts on these larger boxes when you win, but you'll also lose more gold when you don't.

Bonus Symbols
Some spinner boxes have symbols that enhance the game instead of simply paying out gold. These are called "Bonus" symbols. On the Cow and Corset spinner box, for example (which is a three-switch spinner box), when you get a chain of three bonus symbols, a fourth switch appears in the middle of the box. Whichever symbol appears on this single switch pays out as if it was three-of-a-kind.

Coins symbols on four-switch spinner boxes earn you free spins.

Bonus Symbols, Part 2
On a four-switch spinner box, every Coins symbol will earn you a free spin. You earn free spins whenever you get a chain of two or more Coins symbols. You can even earn more free spins while playing your original free spins.

Bonus Symbols, Part 3
On the Flower Garden spinner box, Crowns give you a payout multiplier, which applies to your next spin. Your multiplier grows with each Crown that appears, and keeps growing for as long as they keep popping up. The multiplier will reset if a spin produces no Crowns.
