Sin slammed her door behind her and sighed as she stalked down the hall with a black silk wrapped bundle in her arms. She loved her pets really she did but Ladyluv and Pantaloons had staked a vicious claim over her room and guarded their territory with a ferocity that was unacceptable. She just didn't know what to do anymore, she could barely ever take any of her other pets out of the closet for fear of what her Unmentionables would do to them.
The only pet that survived their company long was Mr Scruffles a Hazcat who was missing patches of fur, had a crooked tail, and preferred to live under her bed when he could. Even poor Mr Scruffles usually ended up in the closet because LadyLuv and Pantaloons accepted no interlopers for long. She had beautiful and exotic pets creatures she would love to play with or groom but no. With a sigh she walked out of the Demon Dorms and started to stroll about towards the area most people played with their pets. She looked down at the bundle in her arms with a frown.
The little fuzzball was tan and adorable but it looked up with pained eyes and let out a rumbling noise that sounded like a cross between a whimper and a roar. The mini was the cub of another of her pets that was relegated to the closet, but apparently the father had neglected to teach it not to leave the closet. Now that Pantaloons had caught the scent though she didn't think it would be safe for her to keep it, he could be quite vindictive and the fierce lion like mini had managed to get it's claws into Ladyluv for yanking on his tail.
She gave a slightly proud smile and then sighed and sat down, now what was she going to do with it? She flicked a strand of black and pink hair back over her shoulder and let her wings fold in against her back. She'd hate to have to leave the little darkling at the pound but taking it back to her room was out of the question.

The outside campus of Amityville was, on this particular day, not really that full of people - a fact Ren was quite grateful for, as he was not really in the most socializing of moods. He smiled at those around him and gave nods to those he knew, but mostly Ren was in one state of mind currently:
Getting Rhys out of his room.
The lepus was, as usual, wreaking havoc - and by noon, Ren was dragging him out of the dorm and practically throwing him down the hall because his shorts had all gotten chewed on again.
"Damn rabbit," Ren grunted, half dragging, half carting Rhys down the hall. The lepus made a small chittering sound, bit Ren on the ear, and then proceeded to wriggle free and bounce back down to the room, disappearing under Ren's bed.
Ren threw up his hands in defeat, and decided it was time for a break.
Outside, it was much nicer, and as he walked, he decided he felt much better. It was rather nice out, and Rhys was...nope, he wasn't going to think of Rhys, he was going to think of positive things, like LW or Jove or -
"Ow."
He'd tripped unintentionally over a twig on the ground and landed rather pathetically on the ground. Hoisting himself vertical again with a push of his wings, Ren found himself next to a vaguely familiar ghoul.
"Afternoon!" he said, with a bright smile. "Sorry to disturb you!"
