Videos of the speeches made by Student Council hopefuls had been circulating around the school via email. For those unfamiliar with technology, a group of oh-so-helpful gnomes had set up a screen and video projector had been set up in the cafeteria for the pure purpose of playing those videos.
Over, and over, and over, and over again.
After a week of videos, the gnomes finally remembered that there was a "next step", and promptly set up a voting booth - it was really just an old portable toilet with the... Well, toilet removed. In its place was a table high enough for most students to reach; for the vertically challenged, a stool had been provided. Once students are done voting, they leave the booth, and drop off their voting slip in a box outside, heavily guarded by gnomes armed with pepper spray.
... All the effort put into this event showed that they were probably really bored when they did it.

OOC Instructions It's really easy! Just follow these steps to vote; you may vote once per character but please be reminded to keep things IC. <3
Type up an rp post about your character going into the booth and voting; it can be as short/long as you like!
Include your minipet sn in the post, and post it in this thread!
After posting, PM ToT Seething with Rage with a list of people you are voting for; remember that you can only vote for one student per position! Here is a quick link to PM ToT Seething with Rage!

PMs with the votes will only be opened for tallying on Midnight pst on 7 April, which is when voting will close! That's when the minipet site rolls over on Sunday. Yes, I won't know the results until then too! So much suspense.

Sparrow, his heart hammering in his chest, decided that it was now or never. It was voting day, the big Kahuna.
But really, he thought, as he stepped up to the voting booth, he shouldn't get all worked up over it after all. If he lost, he lost, and that was okay. The other student running, he had heard, was a great person for the job. And somehow this made things a little better, a little easier.
But if he won, well, that was pretty good too.
So he stepped up, carefully wrote his votes down, and slipped it into the box.

Yin's life had taken a turn for the busy, but not so busy that he would not take the time or make the effort for his bonded. If he happened to vote for a few other names he recognized...well, hopefully it helped out a few of his friends.

Danny was never one for politics.
Actually she'd spent the entire speech assembly trying to chuck spitballs at Alex from across the audience to the stage. Obviously, it hadn't worked.
She was probably just going to write down the names that looked pretty.

Frost stared at the booths, arms crossed, ears twitching as he wondered if this was the best process. What if someone filled out a bunch of forms, or burned others, what if they already had decided?
WHAT IF- wait no he was pretty sure that being a ghost didn't render anything null. He was good.
A deep breath, the white wolfos went in and cast his own vote.

Voting was exciting. So exciting! It was the first time the hellhound was going to try and get his candidates out there, he was going to help them WIN.
"President..................................Bacon!" There was a lot of muttering in the booth as each personality went about switching the votes numerous times and maybe Damien was biting his own arm to stop the counter vote.
But in the end, the ballot was cast.
"Next time, I want to be Baconresident!"

Fiona bounced in excited to cast her vote for student council. Thankfully one of her friends had stopped by to remind her to vote. After reviewing the videos one last time she stepped into a booth and cast her vote.

Gene, like Danny, wasn't a very political person. The similarities stopped there, though, and there were no spitwads hurled from her. Just a few waves to people, a cup of coffee downed, and a flirty little wink towards Mot.
Once in the voting box, the ghoul scrawled the names she knew would do a great job. She believed in all of you!

Time to vote! Michi hopped into the voting booth and quickly wrote down some names. She kissed the paper for good luck, then chucked it in with the rest.

Student Council Voting was kinda boring, at least the head thought so. There was no food for it to drool over even it's cafeteria, just video of boring speeches by students, over and over again. On the other hand, AJ found those "lectures" interesting.
Tournament? Baking Club? Inter-club competition? Vampire Appreciation Day? Cultural Fair?
All the awesome idea, he didn't get into a voting before, so who should he choose?
"FOOD! FOOD! FOOD!" The head was yelling something. AJ picked up a pen and select the one he found more interested, yep, not only the speech mattered, but also the student was considered. He smiled when he recalled some of the speeches in the video, there were some familiar faces.
He better get some foods for the head now.

Spinar watched the voting booth with mild interest, really he had only came today for one reason and he had already caught sight of it. Smirking he strolled towards the booth when it was free and began the process of casting his vote. Writing down the names of his chosen candidates he slipped the paper into the box and was gone.

Meixiang had little experience with the whole...well voting experience to say the least. Even though she had been at the school for some time it would be her first time voting. It made her a bit anxious, like a ghoul on her first date ever.
Not like it was anything serious right? This wasn't voting on who would become Mayor of Halloween town or anything.
As she stepped into the booth she recalled the faces of each candidate and what she knew about them. Or what little she knew. Some were those she was familiar with, others not so much. So she quickly choose who and who and this person and that person then scurried away letting the next person use the booth.
