The buildings of this division are well-kept and freshly painted.
Each is whitewashed with bright creamy paint and lined with dark wood.
The style is intricately designed and shoji themed. Colored lanterns are strung in zig zags across the alleyways- adding some color to the area.
The presence of nature is strong- as there is grass everywhere in small patches-peeking between the cracks of the cobblestone.
Above is the canopy of a few trees placed strategically. The scent of freshly made ramen and baked goods waft throughout the alleys.
There are orchid gardens by the Office that the Lieutenant often tends to.

Nyhil Dakkar
- - Captain of Squad Twelve - -

Nyhil glanced along the rooftops of the Sereitei, the early hour was filled with more to take on his senses than he was generally comfortable with. Usually during the day he was forced to mute his abilities, lower his ability to pick out the finest details. While it still left him more perceptive than most it also made him feel a bit as if he’d imbibed alcohol, something about the world was consistently muffled just so it could be livable. Yet it wasn’t something he’d turn off either, the discomfort was a minor price next to the edge it provided him. Rarely was the Captain of Squad Twelve ‘snuck up’ on.

That didn’t stop him from quite often sneaking up on others. In fact, his heightened abilities had over time left him with a softer step of his own. When any motion screamed in ones ears they did what they could to dull the roar. His own squadron was of little interest to him, he’d spent the better part of two years getting to know inside and out what they were capable of. Now he was more concerned with other individuals in the Court and how their abilities could be harvested to aid his own. Only secondary to that was how they could aid the court as a whole.

Which was what lead him to investigate the other squads, his reasoning for squad nine? He’d smelled breakfast starting there before several of the other squads and had paused just long enough in their cafeteria to have some tea – much to the chagrin of the other members inside. Now that he’d finished however he had a new target of interest, foremost to his research were other Captains and Lieutenants, peoples whose power was of significant enough strength to be worth harvesting.

For the time being he had his eyes out for Captain Ruka Kusabana, her swords ability with fire interested him given he had no specific resistance to the elements and perhaps her abilities would provide some insight into what could be done about it. Or at least what personal modifications would help provide protection – he had several hypothesis but needed to learn more in person.

【Should the Squad 12 Captain heighten his senses any more, he would detect the slightest trace of another presence. For a moment, a splotch of atmosphere beside the Captain warped and shifted- and a man took form before him. His grin was just as dazzling as the brilliant turquoise in his eyes. The wind tugged and pried at his shaggy black hair, giving this man the appearance of seeming unruly. His shinigami uniform seemed to be the standard issued one, aside from a few modifications to the sleeves and the Lieutenant's armband wrapped tightly around his arm. The fact that this man was able to warp into reality would likely imply he had some version of control of space, time, light, or illusion. "Why hello there...." The Lieutenant chimed, crouching as followed the Captain's gaze and peered over the the ground. He was particularly happy today, for whatever reason.

'I wonder what this Captain is up to.' Raine pondered as he looked over the man's figure. He deduced already that the man was of the Twelfth Division- and that he was a Captain. Judging by the man's bland expression, he couldn't quite determine his emotions. Raine silently hoped that the Captain of Squad Twelve wasn't another Byakuya Kuchiki. In his opinion- the Soul Society only needed one to keep the order of things. What struck Raine as particularly odd, however, was the fact that the Captain was within their territory. Naturally, it wasn't a problem, seeing as Raine trusted most of the Captains- but he hadn't received any prior notice or any indication that this Captain would be visiting. "You're the Captain of Squad Twelve- no? I haven't had the honor of really talking to you. I'm guessing you're here to see Kusabana-Taicho. She hasn't signed into the office yet- but I've been out here for about a good half-hour- so I assume she's already there. If you're here to conduct experiments... I'm afraid you'll have to give me some documentation beforehand so I can run it through the department- with all due respect, Taicho." Raine didn't want to come off as demanding. While he certainly didn't care that he was being excessively talkative, he hated having a negative reputation. He had gone through enough to restore the status of the Shiba Clan.

Nyhil Dakkar
- - Captain of Squad Twelve - -

Nyhil canted his head slightly, his crimson gaze settling on Raine a moment before the 9th squad lt. completely appeared. Raising a hand to tuck some bangs away from his face as they tickled his forehead with the rush of wind that followed the end of a flash step. A moment after he moved the dark locks they fell back into place yet this time he ignored them, his mind on the young man stepping into his presence. His mind was quick, revisiting what he remembered of the man's file. "Raine Shiba, Lieutenant Squad Nine, Well Acquainted in Combat, Light Based Zanpakuto."

"Good morning Lieutenant Shiba. Yes, I am Nyhil Dakkar, Captain of the Twelfth Squadron."
He returned a greeting, relaxed and offering a light smile at the politeness. So few offered even basic courtesy that he appreciated it when he received it, though so quickly that turned to the usual behavior again. People were so boorish, so predictable...his moment of interest at the mention of the Squadron's Captain fell to distaste at the implications. "You do know what is said about assumptions Lieutenant? If I were to conduct experiments I am aware and more than capable of following the proper protocol. I am here to speak with your Captain though I have spent little time in your squadron so I'm certain you wouldn't object to escorting me to her yourself."

Nyhil offered a slight smile, though he was looking at Raine critically, as though he was picking apart not only social actions but body language, stance, he was a sponge for minute detail. His following comment was jubilant despite it's questionable wording. "It'll give you the chance you want to keep an eye on me without skulking in the shadows. They wouldn't fit you and besides; the weather is still enjoyable enough to walk in it openly. Shall we?"

【Raine was slightly confused. Did the Captain think that Raine assumed that Nyhil had no knowledge of the proper protocol? He offered in smile in return to the remark, and followed with a reply. "Ah- well it is a pleasure to meet you Dakkar-Taicho. My name, as you may know, is Raine Shiba. I'm the Lieutenant of the Ninth Division." He bowed his torso lightly- enough to be accepted as both casual and formal. "So at least one of my assumptions is correct. I know you know the protocal, sorry. I just wanted to make sure that wasn't the case." Raine explained as he lightly waved his hands. He was a little more casual with his approach to the captain. Part of Raine hoped that the Nyhil would stay for some time, because it would distract Ruka from the pile of paperwork that Raine had left on his desk the night before. Naturally- Raine was preparing the Shiba House for the festivities that were to be happening next evening- so he had little time to spare for paperwork. Perhaps his priorities were not sorted correctly.

"I'd be more than honored to escort you. Though I'll assure you I wasn't skulking in the shadows. I am not very fond of them- I prefer to be in the light. I was simply invisible so that my visual presence could not be detected so easily. I'll explain the mechanics of it some other time as I imagine your mind must be on other things..." He paused, allowing for a brief moment of silence to slip past. "Anyways, we should probably return to the ground. Going via rooftop is slightly impractical. On the ground I could show you the route so that next time you'll be able to visit without any difficulties. We'll be better prepared for you next time. We have lots of tea blends back at the office too... So feel free to stop by whenever you want some. We always love to have guests over." Raine gestured for the Captain to follow, before flickering down to the cobblestone pathway below. A few squad members bustled about, weaving around Raine while frantically carrying papers. "We're close to the printing building- so it's a little busy out here considering we have to have the next issue of the Sereitei Monthly out in three days. Watch your step." Raine warned Nyhil.

Nyhil Dakkar
- - Captain of Squad Twelve - -

"The pleasure is mine Lieutenant Shiba."
Nyhil's comment was practiced, the automated response to the social cue that the younger man put forward. He was staring at Raine, and the captain blinked incredibly little which tended to unnerve many without the leader realizing it. He watched Raine back petal slightly and glanced forward again once an apology was offered - as though that might have been what Nyhil was looking for.

The comment as to invisibility returned his attention to Raine quite shortly, a slight grin curling his lip enough that his pronounced canines were visible. "I look forward to the explanation, I haven't had much chance to study light based zanpakuto's - such as yours. I'll be certain to take you up on that offer."

Nyhil wasted little time, at the prompting he hopped to the ground, straightening his captain's coat and falling into step with the fellow member of the courts. "I appreciate the invitation, another I'll have take you up on. Particularly if you don't mind supplementing the tea with my peculiar needs."

He stepped occasionally out of the way of oncoming traffic rather than be bumped into, it seemed natural to just get out of the way than forced. "No concern needed, I am accustomed to working around people carrying various equipment. One learns to become light on their feet in an alchemical lab. Chemical burns tend to take members of the squadron out of commission for some time, best avoided."

He was rather cheerful about the conversation, again despite the somber topic. His nose twitched slightly as they walked, lots of scents he was unaccustomed toward were coming in at once, which made him less comfortable. Still he nodded a bit. "You keep your squadron's in fair condition, better than several I've seen."

"Oh?" Raine raised an eyebrow at the compliment he had offered. Part of him wanted to look back, but deep down the Captain's gaze unsettled Raine. He didn't want to have to engage the Captain to the point where he'd need to stare into his eyes. Did the Captain not need to moisten his retinas?Raine disregarded the minute detail as something he'd think about later. He kept quiet about his concern, so as not to offend the guest. "Kusabana-Taicho does a good job of making sure everything's in order. When she's not around, which is usually never the case, I do my best to follow in her example." Part of Raine wanted to add in several little details, but he bit his lip to prevent himself from saying too much. 'Of course, it's mostly because of what happens when she gets mad...' Raine thought to himself. Last time he had skipped out on his duties, Raine (quite vividly) recalled being launched across the Squad 9 Grounds. Then again, he hadn't quite remembered if it was because of the prank he had pulled earlier in the day, or the actual lack of assignment completion. It could've well been a mixture of both.

"I can give you a further explanation at a later time with regards to the zanpakuto. I like to claim that I host one of the best light-based zanpakuto- but of course that's always subject to argument. It's relatively versatile. I usually never find myself losing a battle with it." Raine explained with a shrug. "Ah... we're getting closer!" Raine pointed a finger to the tallest building. Here the traffic was much denser- as people were struggling to get to their stations for their morning shifts. "Members of Division Nine" Raine barked aloud, causing everyone to stop and freeze.
'Yes Shiba-fukutaicho?'
'Lieutenant Shiba?'
'Yes Sir!'

The voices each addressed him at once. Raine gestured with his hands so that the squad members would move aside- allowing room for the Twelfth Division Captain to move through. "Please, make some room..." He said with a voice that was both kind but authoritative. The members moved to the side, some of them even waving to the Captain. The opening in the crowd revealed a large courtyard. There was a large white building overlooking the courtyard- with portions of the barracks that hugged the courtyard tightly. There were stairs placed strategically around the courtyard- and a miniature garden that the sunlight pooled down upon. A balcony wrapped around the walls of the courtyard, overlooking the garden. The garden consisted of small tree, which to it had several orchids that hugged the trunk (they were Raine's personal orchids. He often tended to them). A single stone bench was nestled into a groove of the roots of the tree.

【Taking a glance back to ensure the Captain was following, Raine ascended the stairs at the far end of the courtyard, reaching the balcony. He finally reached one of the Shoji screen doors- which he slid aside to reveal the Office of Squad 9. "I'm here~!" Raine called, moving aside so as to allow the Captain to step through.

- - Captain of Squad Twelve - -

Nyhil kept in easy step, nodding a little to the lieutenant's compliments of his captain. He really would have to find a lieutenant of his own sometime, though he doubted he would earn akin praise. He smirked slightly, doubting that he would easily accept someone or that he would go easy on them, unlikely anyone would last long enough to be truly worthwhile. "It is to be expected that you would do what you can to run the squadron the times she is not present. It is nonetheless good to hear that some members of the court wish to uphold standards."

When the conversation returned to Raine's zanpakuto abilities there was a notable interest that re-entered Nyhil's voice. "I look forward to it, if you wouldn't mind my presence I would greatly enjoy watching you in a practice battle sometime while you are working with your troops."

He went quiet when Raine called out to the lesser members of the ninth squad and waited for them to clear, glancing over them and offering a slight grin when one shuttered and glanced away. He didn't remark on it, he expected such reactions, instead he just followed, pausing to contemplate the plants in the garden a moment before continuing on up to the doors and moving past him into the office.

Nyhil Dakkar
- - Captain of Squad Twelve - -

Despite the fact that the sun was still just starting to rise in the distance there was already a bustle of activity in the 9th squadron. Nyhil couldn't know if that was average for them at this uncomfortably early hour or if it was a result of his search...the various screams or yelps of shock implied that they were not prepared to see the latest of his creations.

"T.S." He called the nickname his underlings had labeled the creature with as he walked toward the commotion, assuming that he'd be able to track the calls of surprise to their source. One of his hands raised to rub at a temple, the twelfth squad captain less than pleased by having to spend the morning after a lost puppy. "This is why I'm a cat person..."

Of course, most people weren't expecting the bounding ball of fur that was 'T.S.'. On a short glance someone might mistake it for a large puppy - or a couple of large puppies together. With even a little inspection however anyone looking at the creature would come to realize it was a dog with three separate heads - all of them having different colored eyes. The center head was the most steady and alert, looking around curiously. The left head panted, it's tongue lolled to one side and it's ears folding down near it's eyes giving it a much more goofy appearance. The right head meanwhile was sniffing at everything and everyone as the dog body danced between frightened members of the squadron.

"Take him for a walk they said...it'll calm him down they said..."
Nyhil grumbled, snapping his fingers as he came around a corner to garner his creations attention. This got him a short glance before the dog bounded off again, to the rise of more shouts of surprise. "Yes, I should have made a cat..."

Ruka Kusabana

Captain of Squad 9

Ruka Kusabana was an experienced captain. Not an ancient one, not anything up to par with Ukitake-sama or Shisui, but she had been around, seen a war or two and done pretty damn well in both if she did say so herself. She was good friends with her Lieutenant and fellow war buddy, Raine who, by extension, had known the 12th Division's former Lieutenant and other assorted odd and peculiar persons. So, really, she was used to seeing very odd things. That wasn't even taking into account that the 9th Division lived to take the rumor mill and crush it underfoot with accurate news and she was it's head. But still... a three-headed puppy?

"And just where do you think you're going? C'mere you."

She snatched the collar (collars?) of the pup(s?), halting the little thing in its tracks and, thankfully, before one of her squad broke down in fright. Still, she gave a nearby squad member a pointed, disbelieving look at his fear that had the man flushed with embarrassment at his reaction.

"Hey there, now" she directed her attention back to the pup, cocking an eyebrow at the three pairs of innocent eyes staring back at her "What do you think you're doing, harassing my squad? They have work to do. I, on the other hand" she grinned "Have just left Raine to do all the paperwork he's behind on. Do you wanna play, pups?"

She have expected a verbal answer, considering the only division that could churn out something like this. When she got a bark in reply she smiled and released the collar, straightening and idly brushing dirt off her haori "C'mon, then. The area round the koi pond's better for this- hm?"

The brunette cocked her head as she sensed the familiar spiritual power approaching and smirked "One of yours, Nyhil?"

Don't give me those looks! We can finish this!

Nyhil Dakkar
- - Captain of Squad Twelve - -

The puppy yelped in surprise when it was suddenly lifted from the ground, a bit heavier than one might expect for it’s size. As Ruka spoke to it the puppy’s tail began to wag along with it’s back end a little bit - it seemed happy to have attention at all. The center head with green eyes looked a bit annoyed, but the two outer heads were licking her arm where they could and whimpering happily at her arms. They appeared to recognize the word ‘play’ if nothing else.

Once they were put down the puppy did a circle of her feet with a bark, though if they could understand what she was saying remained to be seen. They at least seemed to get the general idea as they were prepared to follow her.

Nyhil letout a sigh as he turned the corner and his name was uttered, did his creation insist on bothering everyone possible? “Yes, he’s mine. T.S. is only four days old, he should know better than to run off like this and bother everyone however.”

Two of the three heads dipped toward the ground at being chewed out by Nyhil - the excitement dying down a bit as the dog was caught misbehaving. However, the third less-intelligent seeming head was chewing on the bottom of Ruka’s captain’s coat as if it found something new and tasty to devour. Nyhil pinched the bridge of his nose as he continued forward, this was going to be a long day, pushing the pup over and away from where it’d been chewing. “Stop that! My apologies Ruka, I hope he hasn’t caused any damages. If so I’ll make sure my squad helps with any repairs.”

For four days old the pup was already pretty massive, how big was it going to get? Would Nyhil even know that? Like most questions with the twelfth squadron, it was impossible to tell. The pups were edging back toward Ruka while Nyhil apologized and the blue eyed head was already back to chewing on her haori while the other two nipped at the chewing offender as if trying to stop him.

Ruka Kusabana

Captain of Squad 9

Ruka quirked an eyebrow, amused and wondering if that statement didn't need to be turned around. Four days old? Of course the pup was going to be overly excited. But he was already so big! She eyed the little ones next, an amused and exasperated smile quirking up the corner of her mouth as one of the three heads decided her haori was a chew toy. If Old Man Yamamoto was still alive he would have thrown a fit. As it was Nyhil shooed the little one away before any damage could be done. The woman observed him out of the corner of her eye, noting how she couldn't remember seeing him exasperated in their short acquaintanceship. It made him seem a little more human and she laughed slightly.

"He's been no bother. If anything, I obviously need more drills with this lot if they're running scared from a puppy" another squad member scurrying by flinched slightly at the look she was given but eased, laughing nervously as Ruka mockingly shook a fist at her "I'll give em somethin to be scared about."

She huffed, amused, and then snorted slightly and kneeling by the pup when she felt a familiar tug on her haori "No" she ordered in a tone she'd frequently used with Raine's dog and tapped the chewer's nose. Freed by the flinch, she straightened and adjusted her footing to edge away from the little creature, purposely doing so in a way that would make the end of her haori trail enticingly through the air, promising a game. If the pup took the bait she'd keep her eyes on him, casually adjusting her footwork to keep the coat just out of reach and grinning teasingly as she thought of Old Man Yama rolling in his grave at her actions, may he rest in peace.

"Aww he just wants to play" she cooed all but dancing circles around the little one "I take it you don't have much experience with dogs? Raine has one and she's a sweet, excitable little thing" she adjusted her path to start leading the pup in the direction of the koi pond, gesturing for Nyhil to follow as she kept up their game "Lunabelle's her name. Speaking of which, what's this little guy called? Mm... little trio?" she tacked on the last part in confusion, unsure if she should refer to the pups separately by head. They certainly seemed to differ in personality.

Nyhil Dakkar
- - Captain of Squad Twelve - -

Nyhil schooled his expression and took his hands away from his face, it did him little good to argue - for whatever reason his latest creation seemed to garner like from most people around it. He shrugged lightly. “I’m afraid their concern was a result of them sneezing. They haven’t quite gotten to the point where they can control spitting fire. They got into a bit of grass with more pollen than they could have expected. Nothing caught for more than a minute or so from what I could judge while chasing after him.”

He straightened his collar, dusting off the shoulders - a sign he was still less than pleased but adjusting to more of a social situation. Watching as Ruka corrected one of the heads with a rap on the nose - he’d have to remember that solution for a later date.

“My squadron has taken to calling him T.S. and he was not crafted as a subject of entertainment. His DNA has been spliced in a myraid of ways, various aspects of other creatures added in as I felt fitting - he’s nigh destructible - which makes him the perfect test subject.”
Nyhil explained, a bit proud of that aspect of his work - even if the creature was still taking time to adjust to. “And no, I am much more of a cat person - but for this specific purpose I felt the loyalty inherit in canine’s made them a much better candidate. As for meeting other dogs, I'm not certain how well he would react, despite my best intentions he appears to be rather the coward.”

Nyhil let out another soft sigh but followed Ruka begrudgingly toward the koi pond. However, logic dictated if he allowed his creature some liberty time then he might do better in the experiments Nyhil had in mind for that evening... “I suppose a little time to himself cannot hurt.”

The dog/dogs continued to wag happily at the comment, they certainly seemed to understand more than just a normal canine would. “Don’t get used to lots of time off however. I shall not go soft on you just because of a pretty face.”

Even though that’s sort of what he was doing...

Ruka Kusabana

Captain of Squad 9

Fire? Now that startled a an abrupt laugh from her, making it come out sharper than intended. The glint in her eyes gave away her obvious amusement and she spun on her heel, making the pup dart around her in a circle before finding her footing again and resuming their journey to the pond.

"That makes sense" she couldn't help but comment, grinning "A conditioned response. Good to know."

Her amusement faded a little as he continued and she looked up long enough to quirk an eyebrow at him, stepping idly over the pup as they continued their trek. She ran over the name a few times in her head before it clicked and she made a faintly strangled sound as if she wasn't sure whether to laugh or be exasperated.

"Test Subject? That's new for a name" they had arrived at the pond at last. There were no people and more grass for the pup to romp around in and Ruka broke into a light jog to the single sakura tree so she could search for any fallen branches "Hmm Lunabelle loves people I don't know about other dogs, though. She's the only one I've ever really known though I saw a few strays" they hadn't been able to keep them, barely getting by on their own as it was.

"You're really going to use this pup as a test subject?" she quirked an eyebrow as if to say 'really now?' as she retrieved the necessary stick and waved it in front of the pup's nose to draw his attention to it, snickering softly as the other man put in his last word. He was so whipped. These puppy eyes could do anything.

"Fetch!" she threw it, limiting her strength to the confines of the area. It was pretty wide overall but if she didn't check herself, she'd end up flinging the branch for... quite some time. She wasn't sure how far it'd go. She put a hand over her eyes to block out the sun and watch him go "He's only four days. Give him time to grow and learn, hm?"

Nyhil Dakkar
- - Captain of Squad Twelve - -

Nyhil wasn’t quite sure what was funny about any of his statements, perhaps being up this early made Ruka a bit strange. He followed along behind them, making almost no noise as he moved - but then everyone was loud to him and his unusual senses. He frowned a bit when the sun peaked over the horizon, squinting in discomfort - he much preferred being inside during the day - perhaps part of why he was so pale. Not that his avoidance of the day had helped the rumors that he was a vampire.

He remembered what her blade did, it was the most logical jump that if they were conditioned to fear fire that she must burn them. He asked curiously. “Do you set your troops on fire often? I am surprised. I would assume you were kinder than that to your underlings.”

He blinked as her comment was followed by a strangled sound, he patted Ruka on the back as if concerned she might be choking then shrugged. “That is what he was crafted for. He’s a great test subject for future drugs and serums - he’ll show side effects swiftly but they won’t kill him thanks to his expedited regeneration process. It’ll make testing new supplies for the fourth squadron far faster than in the past. In addition the drugs only effect the left brain so the creature retains it’s ability to react to commands.”

He didn’t mention that of course the left head seemed to be the one that was mentally challenged, from the way he sounded he’d already done a few tests on the pet already. “I imagine it might help him get a little more brave, seeing other dogs. I know it won’t kill him but in the end I imagine it would be up to Lieutenant Shiba.

“Growing he’ll do a little more of but he’s already near fully grown - he won’t get much larger than he is now. His metabolism will keep him always somewhat close to a puppy’s age in appearance.” Nyhil continued to explain. “Learning he’s managing at a rate slower than what I’d prefer but still acceptably. He should make a suitable subject in time.”

The puppy meanwhile tore off after the stick in question, it’s outer heads bent low as they ran forward, the center one looked more annoyed than interested in participating in the event. It barked in annoyance as the two outer heads started tugging against each other - each mouth wanting to hold the stick on it’s own. Eventually the dog trotted back over with an end of the stick in each mouth, dropping it at Ruka’s feet and panting in such a way as to look like they were giving a goofy smile.

Siras had been in and about the Seireitei for some time, partly because he wanted to get out, get some fresh air, and have some exercise. The other part would be escaping the insufferable boredom known as office life. Ah yes, office life. One of the greatest royalties of being a Captain of the Gotei 13, one of the strongest people, one whose skills have shown true enough to elevate him above the rank and file. Now, what do they do with this power? They drown him. They drown him in a sea of papers and ink. That was the greatest use of his power. Not go out and purify hollows in droves, and certainly not go out and clean up the hellholes deep in the Rukongai. Leave that to the more useless shinigami peacekeepers.

Now, this wasn't exactly what a captain was meant to do either. He felt as if he was loafing, but it didn't matter. As long as he was out of that damned office. He couldn't help but applaud himself on his genius. Piling up the paperwork, the mischevious captain waited for his lieutennant, who was keeping him in the office, to come in. Then, at the perfect possible moment, the man pushed the paperwork over onto the shinigami, and burst out his office door in escape. Of course, he knew he couldn't just hide forever in the Seireitei, but the paperwork seemed so meaningless. It was just his signeature on whatever his officers passed up.

Now, he wandered the streets, his gait relaxed as he moved about on the balls of his feet lightly. His stance may as well have spelled out confidence as he walked past the Ninth Division's Barracks.

"Oh?" He asked himself, "What's this now?" He sharpened his senses, and felt two familiar energies. The Captain of the Twelfth Division, a man he scarcely spoke to. "What was his name again? Nyhil, I think..." He thought absently. Also, if he wasn't mistaken, Captain Ruka Kusabana. Now, the Ninth Division Captain he was more familiar with, for he sparred her regularly in his off time in order to keep his body strong. For a little one, she was a powerful little spitfire. Now, the Twelfth, on the other hand, he knew little about. He only saw him at Captain's meetings.

His spirit energy felt of barely repressed power. He kept his spirit energy low enough that it wouldn't utterly shock any lessers that he came across, but very few adept with their senses didn't know when Siras was about. Eyeing the Barracks, he walked in, the guards quickly moving out of the Captain's way.

As he walked into the garden, he caught sight of the two Captains, "Hoy!" He called out with a wave of his arm. Even without his spirit energy giving him away, he wasn't a very stealthy man in most senses. "So, I see Captain Ruka Kusubana, and Captain Nyhil Dakkar..." He began, "On such a beautiful day for fetch with a..." He squinted at the dog. "Pup with three... Heads?" Siras raised his eyebrow. "You know, I just won't ask..."
