Corinne is a no-nonsense sort of girl. She takes her job very seriously, and the attitude often carries over non-work environments and social gatherings. She's cautious, always aware of her surroundings, and finds it difficult to trust, which in turn, means it takes time for her get to know people, and to find herself comfortable around others. She's sarcastic, and honest, almost to the point of being harsh. She has few close friends; truly, she'd be be hard pressed to name anyone other than Verena. But she's loyal, and should someone manage to worm their way into her heart, she would defend them until the end.
BIO
Corinne has never been uncomfortable around the dead. Her parents died when she was young, and where she should have mourned, she simply found herself curious. Of course, she was sad to lose them, but being an insightful and intelligent child, she understood that life was unforgiving, and unpredictable; that a life could end at any moment. With no other relatives known or willing to take the straggly girl in, Corinne lived as an orphan on the streets, begging, picking up odd job, and occasionally, stealing, in order to survive. But she was a scrappy thing, determined to persevere, and always found a way to get by, if only barely. Giving up was never an option, was never even a thought, especially once she was chosen at thirteen, and was graced with Verena's company and companionship.
At sixteen, she stumbled into her current line of work. Late one night, she'd been milling about, and mistaken as a boy - her hair had been short at the time, clothing baggy, and covered in grim - she was propositioned by two other men to aid them in a job. She had been promised pay, so she agreed, and made a note to keep up the act of being a boy. They took her to a nearby graveyard, and together, the trio had robbed a body of it's grave, thus introducing Corinne to the work of a resurrectionist. It was an unorthodox line of work, one she never previously would have considered, but despite the initial shock, she hadn't minded the task. She quested the men briefly as they departed, and came to the conclusion that she could make a decent amount of money - so long as she didn't mind the dead, and the danger.
The threat of execution or imprisonment, should she be caught, did little to deter the young woman. With great risk, came great reward; so long as one was smart about it, and a little lucky. It took some time, but eventually, she was working regularly. She poses as 'Cori Vaughn', binding her chest, dressing in men's clothing, and tucking her braid. So far, it has worked, and she often poses as her masculine alter ego when not on the job, for the sake of practice.

Impish in nature, and largely unpredictable. She wears many masks, adapting effortlessly to each environment and situation. She's not a subtle doe, preferring attention, and adores mischief and adventure. She's graceful in the way she moves, and uses her beauty to her advantage, blinking those emerald eyes to worm her way out of trouble. Only Corinne seems capable of controlling the doe, and even then, it's just barely.
