I have no idea where to go or where to jump into a roleplay at.

I also say no one playing Roy Harper or Roy Harper any where. Can I be him?

Hi!! Welcome to the lot!

The best place to look would be in the Plot subsection as soon as you're done creating your character. As for characters, you can make your own or make a claim for him. As long as nobody else is using one of the Roy Harpers you suggested, go for it!

Well no on is, there is no Red Arrow, Arsenal, Speedy (Roy). So how do I make a claim for him, do I just plant my flag and go mine all mine. or what?

Just go to whichever profile section he would fall under (DC Heroes, etc), and make a profile for him. Since he isn't a god-mode able character, you can go ahead an make a claim for him.

Once you've made your profile, you can jump in wherever you want and post. If there's a problem with your profile or anything, we'll let you know.
