Shikai Incantation: Obscure Eiluned
Shikai Appearance: A crossbow formed from flickering and undulating shadows that envelopes her arm. As long as at least her Shikai is activated Fiona is immune to shadow based effects as darkness seems infused somehow into the very essence of her spirtiual pressure.
Shikai Abilities:
1. Obfuscated Shot – The shadowy nature of her spiritual energy allows for her to blend her spiritual arrows into the world around them. They have an illusionary quality but more than they simply blend into the background when she desires which makes them translucent projectiles. She is able to ricochet her shots when she desires which makes them even more difficult to track, much less dodge fully.
2. Blending Shot – This sort of ‘shot’ doesn’t do damage but people who are shot in this way feel incredibly cold. This ability allows her to cloak herself as well as anyone she ‘shoots’ with a temporary shield of invisibility. It covers spiritual pressure, vision, thermal, and even sonic detections in the air or ground but would not stop someone from creating noise to be noticed. Once someone so shielded attacks they break the effect and she cannot use it on them again for 30 seconds. (4-7 posts by her judging by time passed)
3. Mind Shot – This sort of ‘shot’ doesn’t do damage but people shot in this way feel incredibly cold. This ability if it hits the target steals one memory or emotion from the target (Fiona’s choice). If it’s not a memory she’s aware of she cannot steal it, but instead be general (you lose a memory of one of your days of training, of a loved one, of something more specific). It would take many shots to make someone lose all memory of long term training but not something they’d only seen once. If it steals an emotion she can only guess which emotions are present and ‘choose’ to remove one from the victim’s mind. This ability lasts for 24 hours at which time emotions and memories will return to the victim.

Bankai Name: Vanish (Note: She doesn’t yet possess Bankai, just writing it out for future knowledge as I hope for her to develop it during rp.)
Bankai Appearance: Where the crossbow only shades to her shadow at the longest tendrils in it’s Shikai form, in this form her entire body grows shaded and there does not appear to be a crossbow at all by the time the shadows completely envelope her.
Bankai Abilities:
1. Masquerade – The shadows will congeal to form whatever she wishes. She can form any sort of weapon that will still do real damage and take any sort of illusionary form she likes. Down to the spiritual read, weight, vision, she becomes a true copy of whatever she wishes to embody. This will not work if she is unconscious and anything she forms from shadow will cease to exist if it gets more than a hundred feet away from her. (Where it turns back into shadows and quickly fades away.) Otherwise it is treated as completely real for the purposes of damage.
2. Heightened Abilities – In this form she retains all abilities of her Shikai form (though she must create a shadowed crossbow to use them) and they are stronger. She can create more shots at once to ricochet. Her Blending Shot can effect more targets and she can reset it more often. 2-3 posts instead of 5-7. Mind Shot strengthens to allow her to remove an entire portion or skill from someone’s mind as well as taking an emotion then replacing it with another of choice. These emotions don't need to be present to be suppressed but the person must be capable of feeling them. A robot that cannot feel emotion at all would be immune to this ability as she cannot force them to feel. However if someone is capable of the emotion she wants to inspire or suppress at all then she is capable of heightening it to frightening results or taking it to a completely muted point.

Personality: Fiona will be friendly as long as people are to her though not always naturally polite. She can take situations with more than a healthy amount of sarcasm and tends toward being a skeptic as opposed to a dreamer. Friends are important to her, as is keeping her word, even if keeping ones word can come down to a matter of semantics in many cases.

History: Fiona was the oldest of a pair of twins. She was part of a family where the Quincy ability was strong but it tended to skip a generation so she didn’t receive an exceptional amount of training. Her parents, her mother didn’t know about the Quincy issues at all, her father was afraid she would be in danger if they allowed her to be heavily trained by her grandparents – both of which on her father’s side were powerful Quincy that were later killed and she had to start training on her own with lessons that they’d left her in letters within the will.
When she was very young she pushed her brother into the pool behind the house because of an argument they were having and he didn’t drown, their father fished him out. Later that week however he died of pneumonia and Fiona still isn’t over that, she thinks she murdered her brother and got away with it. Her interest in the gothic culture was a result of so much death at a young age. When she was in middle school her grandparents were killed by a pack of large hound like hollows, the hollows died as well, but not before doing enough damage to kill them.
Fiona’s been frightened of large dogs ever since that incident, and even smaller canines an animals in general tend to make her uncomfortable. Her mother died of cancer her senior year of high school, her father killed himself not long after – overdosed on pills. Her entire life was darkness, so her seeking a subculture that takes shadows and makes them beautiful was her attempt to survive. Fiona was then in Soul Society and it didn’t take long for her to recognize it and seek out training as a soul reaper. She’d been there once before during her Quincy life and she still retained spiritual ability that was impressive – though her energy was nye impossible to read because of the shadowy nature of it. Before long she had finished at the school and got into a squadron. In many more years she worked herself up the ranks and is a fairly recent appointee to lieutenant – though she’s not really certain why as she tends to avoid paperwork and there are always stacks of it.
Family Line: Other Quincy – all dead.
Friends/Acquaintances: Baraku in her opinion. She would have fun drinking with others sometimes and tends to nickname everyone.
