Founded by Neone, a sweet and loving dragon, this harem is rather free. The requirements to join are loose, and there's no requirement to breeding. In her mind, even if you are part of a group, you are allowed to do what you will. But if you're hurt by someone outside of the group, then woe be they. She is protective of her family and friends.
The rules are rather simple though. To Join, you must meet with Neone, and have a pelt with more than 5 colors, or a visible spectrum of any kind (pale or dark accepted). If you do not meet her join requirements, but she does like you, then you are accepted as a friend of the Harem. To meet Neone request RP from me either in the shop thread or in PM, please do not post in this thread! And there is no gender restriction! Males, Females, and other may all come to this Harem!
Other requirements are that you get along with others in the harem, and don't bother the young. You are free to come and go as you please, and mate with who you wish, though if out of the harem it is preferred if you ask as Neone does worry. She loves all her friends and her family.
