Grrel was badly wounded, she'd flown all the way back to Serenia after getting chewed out by an Ayrala Dragon and her wounds still bled. Pain, blood loss, and exhaustion dragged her out of the sky and she crashed into a small clearing on Serenia. she whimpered in pain from her curled position on the ground, the bite and scratch marks dripped blood onto the newly grown grass. weakly flapping her wings, Grrel struggled to get to her feet, knowing that the forest of Serenia was a dangerous place to be when wounded, you never knew if a Magescian or Dragon were about or if they would attack. She managed to stand briefly before she collapsed unto the ground again, her head spinning from teh loss of blood and pain.

Rosetta swept through the little stalks of young grass, warm beams of sun making them glow with the essence of spring. She was on her way home to the little cottage nestled at the edge of the golden forest that rings the lake Tyulafel. She made the trek to the lake to gather more inspiration from its clear, tranquil depths, and was on her way back when she heard a, inhuman sound coming from a small glade she had passed through to get to the lake. Cautiously, Rosetta peeked around a thick tree trunk and couldn't believe what she saw. The most elegant creature in the land splayed across the small glade, bright blood seeping from jagged wounds. The drakien appeared to be in immense pain, judging by the awkward position she was lying in and the strangled noises coming from its mouth. Rosetta slowly stepped from behind the tree, remembering some of the notes from her fathers studies. She drifted into the drakien's feild of vision with her fingers twined together infront of her stomach. "Oh my..." she mumbled, her hands slipping over one another. Rose's manners suddenly returned to her, and realizing that she was in the presence of an all-knowing being, bent her legs and bowed her head in a deep curtsey. "Please, forgive me..." she tittered, "but are you alright? "

The – and… show her gasping not sure how to actually write those in…
Grrel saw the flash of bright red as the Orderite approached. She would have been worried if the tiny girl had a weapon or looked like anything other than the nervous little thing she was. But the Orderites posture and words told Grrel that there was no coming danger from this girl.A weak laugh escaped her mouth at the tiny tikes words.
“Forgive? Why… y-you weren’t the one wh...o did this to me.” She gasped out. It’d been a long flight back and the pain was very strong... how did Kadryn manage to get damage this much and still have energy? Grrel had seen her many wounds before and knew that she took a beating regularly.. how did she mange to take so much pain so regularly?
A hissing rumble emerged from her teeth, “I ... hate to ask this. But co-uld I ask a favor? I cannot de-fend my-self in the shape I am… but I need …rest. Could you show me to a cave or… something where I ca-n hide and recover?” She really disliked showing her weak sides but there was no helping it, plus she needed somewhere to hole up and heal, she would never make it to her cave on the beach in the condition she was in…

? Rosetta looks down at her hands, embarrassed for asking such a magnificent being such a stupid question. Of course she wasn't alright! The creature couldn't even stand, let alone fly back to her cave to heal. Rosetta silently reprimanded herself for acting such a fool in front of the Drakein. Rosetta brought her gaze back up to meet the drakein's, her look of surprise fading into a small smile. "Well, you see..." she mumbled, fiddling with her fingers again. "...I'm a healer..." her gaze softened at the edges. "...I'm still learning though, but I think I can help." she finished, pulling a small clay bottle decorated with simple markings on the outside. She twisted off the cork with a bit of difficulty and held the base of the bottle with both hands. "This is water from the lake near by, and it is rumored to have healing properties..." she explained, leaving the cork in her bag and slowly taking a step toward the wounded Drakein. "...the rumors are true, though. I figured out how to heal with it, quite by accident, but if I practice enough, I think I will be able to heal without it." she took another step closer. She poured a small amount of liquid from the bottle into her palm and let it run down her fingers and drip off the tips. She returned her golden gaze to the magnificent she-Drakein, smiling shyly.

Grrel snorted at the small amount of healing water that the little Orderite had. The only way to completely heal herself with that water was to immerse herself for a few days in a lake...
"If you have a safe place for me to ...rest and some food to eat, that is all I can ...ask for. The healing waters of Serenia's lake is powerful... if you bathe in them or use them to make potions are help you cast spells... " She snorted weakly and continued on with a small amount of amusement.
"The little bit you have is not enough, though I thnak you for the thought. My wounds are bad, and I think that as small as you are your powers are only good for small wounds now.. perhaps when you are older and stronger then you can heal more... but for now." She gave a shrug and growled as her wounds sparked with pain at the movement. As if one who looked as young as this little red head could heal her wounds! Such a strong spell would take an older and stronger mage for sure!
All she needed was a place to hide for a day or two and then she could fly to her cave... or safely go to the lake to bathe in the waters.... Though if she had to, she'd sleep right here and hope that no dragons or Magescians looking for an easy kill would find her....

Rosetta glanced at the jug of healing water and bit her lip. The Drakien was right, her healing powers were meager at best, and the water wouldn't nearly be enough to heal the deep wounds she had suffered. "I'm sorry..." she mumbled, cursing her insolence. Then she realized what part of the forest they were in and a small smile returned to her lips. "My cottage is not far from here..." she piped up, glancing in the direction of home. "You could stay there while you heal, and i would do my best to keep others that would further injure you away." she blinked innocently at the orange Drakien. "And maybe i could practice a little with your smaller scratches..." she added hopefully. Rosetta realized with happiness that the small clearing around her cottage was the perfect size to keep her safe and snug. She shook her head mintely and cursed her insolence again. How could she be so rude as to forget to introduce herself to the all-knowing beast? "M-my name is Rosetta." she squeaked, curtseying once again.

Grrel snorted loudly, "You needn't apologize so much!" This little girl was so very different than all the others Grrel had met so far. Only the tiny Dovaa that had the head full of large horns had even come close to how shy and... timid this one was. She heaved herself up painfully and gasped as she came to her feet. The small rest had done her some good, she had a bit ore energy now. Looming over the tiny red head, Grrel looked down at her.
"I will take you up on your offer. And yes, you may attempt to hela the smaller wounds. With them out of the way it will be faster and easier to heal the larger wounds.."
She stood shakily and nodded a the girl, Rosetta, to lead her to the safe place. "Lead on small one. You may call me Grrel."

Startled by the loud snort the orange Drakein emitted, Rosetta stumbled back a few steps. "I'm so-" she caught herself apologizing for apologizing so much, bit her lip, and nodded. She cowered under Grrel's immense gaze, the large drakein towering over her. She breathed a small sigh of relief when the dragon accepted her offer, letting go the thought of the beast squishing her with one blow. She was even excited that she would allow her to try and heal the smaller wounds that she had. She blinked several times before realizing that Grrel told her to lead the way. She turned and picked up her stuff, glancing back at the dragon. "Follow me." she chirped, and glided out of the small clearing toward her cottage. Grrel is a nice name for a dragon~ Rosetta thought to herself as she brushed past the green bushes and shrubs. A few moments later, Rosetta broke through the denser forest that ringed tthe clearing that her cottage was nestled in. "I'll see what I have for you to eat." she said, and motioned to the clearing. "Go ahead and make yourself comfortable." A small smile sit up her features as she swooped back into the house, grabbed her wand from her bag and returned it to its hook, then stopped tho think about what a dragon would eat. She twisted her wand between her fingers, and moved over to her pantry realizing that they probably had a mostly carnivorous diet. She unhooked a slab of salted meat from the back and made her pay outside, moving much slower with the heavy, bulky piece of meat on her back. She plopped it down in front of the magnificent beast and beamed up at her, proud that she managed to heave the meat as far as she did. "I hope this'll do..." she added, dusting her hands off on her skirt and picking up her wand. She wanted to take a closer look at Grrel's smaller wounds, but decided to wait until the dragon had finished her meal.

Grrel slowly followed the small Orderite; it was easy to keep track of her since her red hair stood out even more against the back ground than Grrel's bright orange scales did.
She was lead to a small clearing with a cottage in it. Grrel could tell that the house was much too small for her too fit in, such a pity. She liked looking around inside people's houses, visiting Kadryn's home village had been a blast.....
She curled up near the door to the house, at least this place would be safer. Animals and dragons did tend to avoid obviously inhabited areas if they could.
When Rosetta brought out the meat her stomach growled happily, though she was disappointed to notice that it was uncooked.
"My thanks small one," she mumbled as she ripped into the haunch of meat. Too tired, hurt and hungry to bother with manners. Once she was done, she snuggled up to the house and mumbled sleepily, "Go ahead and look at any small wounds you can find.. I won' mind... though.. next time.. cooked food would be nice." Her voice slid into a hoarse whisper as she fell asleep. Her breath ragged, but not as bad as it had been. Sleep was what she needed now to heal. Sleep, time, and tasty food preferably.

~ Rosetta continued to tend to Grrel's wounds for a couple of weeks until she seemed fit enough to make it to her cave safelyRosetta set out one more giant piece of meat for the dragon to consume. She had enjoyed the time she spent with the dragon, working on her healing abilities and bringing the magnificent beast sustenance. She admitted that she would be sad to see her go, but knew she made a friend of an all-knowing presence. "I hope your trip home is... nice." she stuttered, bowing one final time to the orange-scaled dragon. She smiled up at her, golden eyes beaming with admiration and accomplishment. robot kitten we can end it here, or you could do one more post c:

Grrel looked down at the small girl and smiled. She'd stayed by her side and helped to heal and feed her. Grrel leaned down and nuzzled Rosetta in thanks before grabbing the meat and turned to leave. She took a running leap up into the sky before zooming away. This was one more Orderite Grrel put on her list of people she liked.
