___S t r o n g e r T o g e t h e r:
It has been some time since any major occurrence had occurred throughout the world, allowing the many lands to enjoy a very rare period of Peace and tranquility amongst the global political scene. The many villages simply kept to themselves, engaging in small exertions in their own lands, with nothing really tipping the alignment scale in any particular direction. Those who had survived and lived during the previous era had the life experience to know that this was just a transitional period. Peace never lasted, because peace was never sold...

A kage summit was called after the sacking and destruction of Yukigakure, to discuss the balance of power of this rare peace time, how to continue it, as well as discuss who would host this year’s chunnin exams. When making it to the neutral territory of the land of Iron, the 4 Kages of the Fire, Lightning, Wind, and Water counties would be surprised to see another visitor, and another player to the party. Waiting for them was “President” Horace Krasher, younger brother of the late John “Jigsaw” Krasher, to place a bid to host the chunnin exams. As leader of the newly formed Union of Hidden Villages, he had the sole control of the combined economies of ALL the lesser nations, and the combined military force of the Hidden Grass, Rain, Sky, Wave, Sound, Waterfall, and Star Villages, granting him a unique form of control over a vast part of the world. To the other 4 nations, the world will have seemed to be a whole lot smaller. Despite the deliberations and reservations, the UHV was chosen to host the Chunnin exams.

Although this new nation had power and wealth that could vastly surpass the other 4 Great Nations, not everyone was satisfied with its creation or its control. The City of Sasagi, dubbed “Gimangakure” or the Hidden Village of Lies, was the chosen site to host the Chunnin exams. This dark and dangerous town had a few forces of its own and had been brawling control since before the creation of the Union of Hidden Villages. The fight for Sasagi was a 2 way battle between the cutthroat and ruthless Kurokasa Mafia, and the ever resourceful Shinjiro Yakuza, and although the city fell in UHV territory, the fact the Chunnin exams were coming to their City did not make any of them any happier.

To make matters worse, more and more of these intense Chakra masses known as the Bijuu began to appear throughout the lands, giving the Villages difficulties as they try to handle the shifting in the balance of power. Where there was unity there was power, and people wanted power. Even amongst the newly glorified UHV, there was still mistrust, hidden agendas, and greed for the power that was just obtained. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The time of peace, it seems, was finally over.

○ The Third book of Shinobi Nations has begun!
○ Shinobi Nations second Time Skip has occurred.
○ Although handled differently by everyone, the formation of the UHV has placed an odd atmosphere amongst the world.
○ Ninja Kind has evolved once again (free class system)
○ Ninja kind, through scientific exploration or sheer dumb luck, now understands the cost and usage of the bodies systems during Bukijutsu and Taijutsu technique. (stamina system)
○ Sasagi City is now open to all villages, but warned and be careful of those who dwell there.
○ Otogakure is now open and an available village to choose from, but is apart of UHV territory and jurisdiction.
○ The Chuunin exams will START April 4th. Sign-ups will be posted soon.

"Why Fight Us, When You Can Join Us..."

The slender, suited man would step up to the podium, and pressed his glasses back against the bridge of his nose. He would take a deep breath, like the weight of many worlds rested on his shoulders. His voice was of medium pitch, a little softer spoken then one would expect of a great leader, but still demanded respect and obedience. Although a lot of his gestures and poise was subliminal, although a few obvious traits rang clearly through his appearance, voice, and words: intelligence, education, and sophistication. Throughout the Union of Hidden Villages, chakra holograms would appear in nearly every military base, and household to reveal this message.

"My Fellow Union citizens, I come before you with great triumph and great despair. Just now, our forces have entered the great Sasagi city while claiming it as our capital! This great and powerful city shall be a new stage, a new monument to freedom, security, equality, and opportunity for all people, of all nations! If you feel so strongly for these virtues and strength of character, sign up for the Hidden Military!

With despair, i must announce this. Shortly after our forces participated in the worlds Journeymen exams, Fort Kageho was attacked by a terrorist organization. This cowardly attack, this show of fear for Our Great Nation, has claimed the lives of 8 brave soldiers, who died hero's defending our freedom and security. Takashi Kiyomi, Kung Shin Lue, Silas Ortaga, Victor Isanvich, Jose Patrichi, Chi Yun, Bretn Smith, and Kuwabara Suichiro. Each man died with Honor and Dignity. Please, send your regards, thanks, and donations to the widow and the children who are know without fathers. Allow us to show the same virtues that these brave men died to uphold.

Attacks like this will not be tolerated, and the insurgent has been tailed back to Konohagakure, or the ninja Village Hidden in the Leaves. Despite our best efforts, Konoha would not assist our search for this murderer, and so much as even threatened our search team. Despite these actions, we will not falter, and justice will be served....with the Aid of Konoha or not. Negotiations will hopefully bring about a peaceful solution.

If you are a territory new to our strong and prosperous union, i welcome you into the arms of liberty, equality, and security. Our occupational forces will defend your land and freedoms with ferociousness unknown to this world, demonstrating to you our dedication to your improving lives. If you see a soldier, thank them for their service.

I would like to thank everyone who has served during this small time of crises. Citizens: do not be afraid. So long as I am president, my every action will go to defending your liberty, life, and your pursuit of wealth and happiness.

○ The UHV has begun to acquire, purchase, or occupy territory in many lands while claiming Sasagi City as its Capital.
○ Despite occupied, Sasagi city is still shrouded in mystery, showing there is a lot more then meets the eye.
○ Ninja Kind has evolved once again, revealing special rewards for those who dedicate themselves to a path (Specialization)
○ Even the summonings feel the growing tension in the world, and have gone on to train and prepare for a coming storm.
○ Travel too, from, and within Sasagi City is still open to the public, but soldiers and guards roam every street...some places more then others.
○ Through great study, ninja kind has refined the practice of Illusion (Genjutsu system update)
○ Villages begin to take count of ninja with special skills (make sure to post in bloodline check)
○ UHV is not happy with Konoha
