Sally looked up, hunting for the color until she settled the shock of black clothing tipped with the brown glow of an Azrein of silvered mane. She'd been wandering aimlessly, lost in thought by a more decent count than usual. An encounter with other Azrein had left her a little confused, and she'd been pondered the thoughts roiling in her head. ~Oh?~ She murmured, accross a telepathic link more practiced than most. Her mouth remained stationary, a few strands of hay dribbling from her thigh as she came to a stop. ~No, I think I'm alright.~ her ears swiveled when he spoke, to assure herself she was picking the right direction to point her blank black buttons. ~Why do you ask?~

She twisted her head to look back at her thigh: Obviously the one most often a problem. ~yes... They're always like that. My... Well, my 'maker' was even less skilled in sewing than sorcery... She should probably have stuck to managing cookware... But... Here I am... And there...~ She tossed her muzzle towards a bit of hay that had fallen behind her, laying no different than any other hay accross the ground except that it was hers, and like Azrein, she could tell it apaart even after it left her canvas hide, though only for a few moments. ~I'll leave, if it troubles you.~

Sally smiled and gave a soft bow, careful of her hooves. ~All is well. I've already gotten more conversation of you than most have given me to date. The universe is spoiling me.~ She hummed, looking over the flat black and crimson grays coating his frame that failed to glow with the nature of an Azrein, let alone his head. ~You... Are a tailor, then?~ She murmured. ~I can't say I've ever heard of an Azrein tailoring...~

Something clicked in her strawbound mind, and she remembered the conversation with Runa earlier. Half of the conversation that had left her so lost in thought as to carelessly interrupt another's day. ~If... If you've the inkling for it, I would very much appreciate it.~ She didn't LIKE scaring others... Or... Whatever it was Runa had displayed. ~Is it... Fun... Being a butler?~

Sally murred softly, nodding. ~Well, that's what counts, I suppose.~ She nodded and did her best to follow the stallion. Although she recognized some of the shapes, the colors in the garden were lost on her, black buttonholes picking up no true color, just variations of gray.

Sally had lain still for him, used to the process, albeit not used to the attention being paid to it or a steady hand-er... Hoof... Holding the needle. How was he even holding the needle? She shook her head and gave the room another look about. The colors were still mottled and monotone, but the shapes were a little clearer, and the skintone on the stallion had a shape, now. ~Has the world always had so much... Definition?~ She smiled, joking lightly.

~It is, it's much better. Thank you, Alfred.~ She pushed to her feet and stretched her leg, watching for the seam to pop or stuffing to drip out of it like a broken sink. She smiled, when it didn't, her sewn lips pulling back to display the expression. ~Guess I'll find out how well that holds the next time I'm chasing Zuru around the field.~ She hummed, offering a quiet mental threat to the next time he ripped open her waistline with one of his awkward wingless jumps.

Sally chuckled through her sewn-shut mouth, letting the thought pass as to how that worked without vocal chords. Nothing else about her made sense, why bother questioning it? ~So shall I... That silly stallion hasn't changed even with growing up.~ She rolled her button eyes and, as her muzzle moved, they actually rotated their angles in the lighting. She paused when her vision centered on him again. ~I... Can't believe how utterly rude I've been.~ She thought quietly. ~I apologize, Alfred. It's usually so rare I get a chance to speak with any but Zuru, I forget my manners. My name is Sally Ipein, and it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance.~ She dipped her head low, feeling silly for having forgotten something so... So vital!
