Personality: He is a remarkably calm individual, often understanding and respecting all, even those he disagrees with. Often acts with kindness and compassion, though is merciless in battle.
Biography: Oroles grew up in a community outside the near the Imperial State where he had a normal youth. As he grew he began small ventures into Imperial Territory to watch their military and its various branches and operations. He was intrigued by such concepts and studied them closely, his interest growing immensely. With time the imperial forces noticed Oroles several times observing critical operations and the training of their soldiers. Believing that the Garuda had been sending multiple scouts for resonance purposes in preparation to attack, the Imperial Military made a preemptive strike, attacking several communities and slaughtering their inhabitants, including Oroles'.
Upon returning from one of his trips he found his home under attack by imperial forces. His years of observation awoken within him and he attacked the forces, killing them all with his bare hands. During the fighting Oroles received several injuries, including the mangling of his wings and several wounds. With the loss of his family and ability to fly he took up the weapons used to kill his people and waited on the island for another force which never came. For nearly the last hundred years he has lived on the island. His anger and rage eventually dying, he returned to an even more naturalistic, though hermitic lifestyle in which he unknowingly found harmony with the planet itself. Now he feels a calling to leave his island and take up his blades once more.

Magic:
Passive Manipulation - Though his harmony with the world, he passively affects everything around him, often leading to favorable outcomes. He has no direct control over it and as such it will not always be great enough to make any difference.
In Tune - He is remarkably aware of his surroundings and is remarkably difficult to sneak up upon or fool, as well occasionally sensing what others cannot.
Avian Anatomy - Due to his species he is remarkably tall (7'2, keep in mind his neck is always hunched somewhat), has sizeable strength and stamina while retaining a remarkably low weight allowing for grace and agility. And though unable to properly fly, he can flutter and glide.
Twin Falx - His size allows him to use thus normally two handed weapon dually without sacrificing its effectiveness, allowing for a unique combat approach
Strengths: Very strong and agile, can flutter and glide, dual use of devastating weapon, remarkably wise, in tune with the world and magic around him, and what could be seen as remarkable "luck"
Weakness: No proper armor, body is more fragile than that of a humans, size makes him especially venerable to ranged attacks

Character Notes: Species Notes - One of the most reclusive species of Aetes, the Garuda once lived just past the borders of civilization, often in groups of no more than 8. Often regarded as tribals due to their naturalistic views and lifestyles as well as planet suited biology, they often make other species uneasy and are regarded with fear, despite their peaceful nature. They are capable of flight and share most biological traits of predatory birds, though with other traits such as limited night vision, sizeable lifespan (240), humanoid hands and legs, lack of talons,quill like feathers atop their head. Prior to the peace the Imperial State began a campaign against them, bringing them to the brink of extinction. No one has seen any trace of them since, living only as stories to scary bad children.
Falx - Pole-Arm type weapon of Dacian origin, approximately 6 feet in length comprised of a 3ft shaft and 3ft long curved blade with the inside sharpened. Though capable of slashing its main purpose is to stab using the curved tip allowing penetration of armor and splitting of shields.
