Personality: A cold and soulless warrior, never has a feeling.
Biography: No one ever really knew who this man originally was except for the person who aided in making him who he was. But at the cost, he lost his memories from before entirely and became more machine-like than human. He has been seen however as a major weapon that people seek to use in the oncoming war. However, with his creator always near and negotiating, they made sure that it was a small hunt job and nothing more. Those who became his targets, were never seen or heard from again. The other countries have been aiming to try and copy his type of model, but almost every last one of the models were failures. He has been given the actual full name of 'Final Weapon MK. IV: Riryo'. Those who he doesn't target, tend to find him at a Jazz Club, where Jazz music is played constantly and coffee substitutes are served.

Magic/Super Science: Super Science
Strengths: Having no emotions gives the character a boost in not reacting to pain physically. It also makes the user hard to predict in their attacks. With the Cybernetic arm, his strength has increased to reach that of a dragon. It is kept on a limiter however as to keep the user from exceeding too much power.
His weapon loadout consists of: Black Scimitar, The M60 Machine Gun, a Type-V Rocket Launcher built into the Left Claw, Alpha Mk. II Black Sword(This weapon starts as a tonfa before transforming to a Dual-Handle Blade)
Weakness: He is vulnerable to electric attacks and will short circuit. This will cause character to become dead and unmovable for a little while, or unless it is hit with electricity again.
