Hi, It's me and the guest cat Antoni. I took care of Antoni a lot while he was a kitten and we got along really well (all three of us, me Zygmunt and Anotni), but now my family dropped him on me for a few nights, and something horrible happend. While hew was a kitten he slept like Zygmunt - near my head, but now as an adult he sleeps on human legs, and I need my legs to be free at night... I nearly wasn't able to stand up today, I got all stiff because of not moving whole night... Any ideas on how to make him return to his childlish habits?

Get a seperate bed for him? A box with a blanket in it works pretty good. :3 I have a soft house for my girly and she goes up in there most of the night and will sleep by my feet too. My mister cat sleeps out in the living room.
Just make sure to let him know that its HIS spot. Treat him for going in the bed.

Along with what Punkin said, make sleeping on your legs unpleasant. This may require you to spend some quiet time in bed reading or watching tv, but basically when he goes to lay in that spot, move/make him move - don't allow him to lay there.
Saphi likes to lay between my legs and the edge of the bed (on the side I get out), and I can't stand it, it makes me feel trapped which can lead to mini panic attacks (I also can't stand having the sheet/blankets on top of me tucked in because of that trapped feeling), so when she starts to lay down there, I move my legs so that she has to move.

Thanks for the help, I thought I should tell You how did it go... I've tried kicking him off, but he didn't care, so I also stoped to care and decided I'll sleep like usual... Apparently my tossing and turning didn't bother him at all, and I must say when I stopped beeing scared to death of crushing him It was quite nice to have an extra heater in leg area smile . Zygmunt still prefers the heads of the bed though smile

I'm glad it's going well then!
I wanted to give advice, but, sadly, I'm just a sucker. I just leave them where they are lying no matter how uncomfortable I am. xd
Minstrel slept on my ankles for a whole night a few weeks ago and I could barely walk when I woke up... but he was so comfy!
