Personality: Confident, a bit full of herself, loyal to technology, she does tend to get very destructive when overwhelmed, just smashing everything and whatnot.

Biography: Born on the Moving City, Rusty has always been in touch with what seemed crazy. Her parents were from the Imperial State, but the State's lag in Super Science and the fact that they were of the lower class that seemed to suffer more made them move to Paragon Valley, somehow finding their way into the Moving City with help from a smuggler.
She worked on small projects since she was a toddler, but never left the Moving City until she was 10, when she had already been learning Super Science from her parents and decided to try her hand at it. She made a board that would supposedly allow her to jump off the City and fly along the No Man's Land using the magnetic fields of the ores underground. A few miscalculations ended up with her smashing against the train and losing her sight in one eye, but being the child prodigy that she was, she made a robot eye when she was 12, and it did much more than just help her see. She decided she didn't want everyone to know about her new invention, so she kept wearing the eye patch that she had worn since the accident.
Later in her life, she continued making cool and useful stuff, eventually resorting to testing her nanotechnology and radiation experiments on herself, which ended up with her getting noticed by the Royal Family, but not the way she wanted to: she is now considered a threat to the city because of her experiments and inventions and is constantly having to run away from the authorities, who have been ordered to seize her and bring her back to the Royal Family. Because of this lots of her projects were left unfinished and she hasn't been able to continue her studies on what her experiments did to her.

-Fighting Style-

Magic/Super Science:
Rapid regeneration

Robot eye- enhanced sight, x-ray vision, shoots concentrated laser beams that burn stuff

Body suit- super strength and is ultra-resistant; she hasn't been able to complete it yet since she was still working on it when she started being chased

Strengths: She is abnormally smart and reasonably fast, as well as having her technology to help her out when she's in a bad situation.

Weakness: She still doesn't have full control of her inventions and is constantly distracted since she has to be on the run all the time, so she can't reach her full potential.
She also has ADHD so she can't concentrate on one thing at a time, which is why she could make so many things as a child, but doesn't help in a situation where she needs to think clearly about one specific issue.
On top of this, she tested things on herself for various years, but wasn't able to keep track of everything, so there's cell damage that she isn't aware of.

Personality: She thinks she's superior to everyone else and is convinced that she is doing everyone a favor by being in their presence. Somehow, she still manages to be charismatic even with her arrogance, and is extremely perverted. She's very ambitious and will betray anyone that needs to be betrayed to get what she wants, but people never seem to mind getting used by her.

Biography: Leumas was the daughter of a very rich man in the Avalonian Sky Kingdom, she lived her whole life without a care in the world, living off of her dad's money. She gambled and partied basically every night until she was 33, never settling down and becoming exactly the opposite of what her parents wanted her to be.
On her 33rd birthday, however, she was walking around in the middle of the night, completely drunk, when she was run over by some vehicle that she doesn't remember anymore, and died. For some reason, she still continued to live after this, and that's how she turned into a Paradox. Being a Paradox is very new to her, since she believed she just hadn't died for the first 2 years of being a Paradox, but now she's beginning to understand what she is, and she's loving the new powers. God knows what mischief she'll cause now...

Magic/Super Science:
Illusions that will ******** her opponents

Supersonic speed

Mega-loud voice- she can also make the pitch high enough to break glass and such...basically it hurts when she yells

Lust manipulation- she can get anyone to feel really horny all of a sudden. There are different levels of this...but yeah.

Strengths: Really good at getting what she wants, uses a combination of illusions and super speed to distract her opponents

Weakness: When it comes down to brute strength, she's hopeless.

Name: Cessatio Jude Magnus

Age: 113

Sexuality: Pansexual

Relationship Status: Too lazy to find anyone

Team/Organization:

Personality: Cessatio is very chilled out and relaxed...He'll fall asleep often, but is mostly always being annoyingly poetic and philosophical

Biography: Cessatio was born in Paragon Forest as a regular sloth. He didn't do much at all until a young Hero found him one day and thought it would be fun to charm him. Because of this he gained the ability to talk, but in some weird alien language...He was also made age-resistant, so he didn't die since he was never really attacked.
He's spent most of his life just roaming around the forest, but eventually he moved to the Moving City and learned to read. This is when the poetry and philosophy craze began. He spent about 50 years living in a library in the City, now he decided that he should go out and educate people, though it might be a bit difficult since he doesn't speak "human".

-Fighting Style-

Magic/Super Science:
Age-resistance - he can't die from old age

Jetpack- lets him fly super fast!

Claw shooting- his claw things are very sharp and can be shot out like daggers

Telepathic translation- he can speak into the minds of people to translate his sloth language

Strengths: People never suspect that a sloth will be a threat...so there's the element of surprise. He's also very wise and surprisingly vicious when need be.

Weakness: He's really slow without his jetpack
