Dojo The Uzushio Dojo is a training dojo where Uzushiogakue shinobi hone their skills or spar. Shinobi frequently study to improve or master their powers in this large Dojo. This Dojo was built because of Uzushiogakure's trying need for a place where academy students and shinobi alive can go to train inside the village. Uzushiogakure shinobi the dojo has a three floors and a large underground elemental training ground, the first is made up of the One on one sparing area, where shinobi train their Taijutsu by going head to head with one another. On the second floor lies a weight and workout room, where is where shinobi train their cardio and muscular strength. On the third floor lies the Taijutsu practice area, where wound shinobi come to train their speed and taijutsu attacks. On the underground floor lives a room with an elemental representation of all the elements, a waterway, a fire pit, wind, Tesla coil, and small forest with mud. The area has a good ventilation system to prevent suffocation. This floor is where shinobi come to train and master their elemental attacks. (To learn a new Jutsu you must generate random numbers 1-10, evens success and odds fail. You must success five times and add detail of your practicing.)

Remy JokirAfter making a game of finding the place without being detected she found a perfect place to train. She slipped in just as her transformation unlocked and she was back to the 5' 9" young woman. The scrolls were now in her jacket pocket as the hip pouch was gone with the rat armor. Quite a trick to get clothes to transform for your taller self. Looking around the dojo she studied each level and decided she approved. She could work out here AND train her fledgling ninjutsu. Settling on the basement for now, she took the stairs down to the 'nature' room. It had a bit of each element and she figured she'd be at the wind area and the Tesla coil in the future. Shruggin off her jacket she plopped by the water way. Reading the scroll on basic chakra control perplexed her at first. It explained it well enough but she had no idea how to exude chakra to match a surface. Wait, it might be like her gun, she sent chakra into it, so she should be able to do the same with water and trees. Rolling up her pants and stripping off her boots and socks, she stepped out on the shallow water. She sank of course, so she tried again and managed to hold herself afloat with her chakra for a full minute. Gaining confidence she tried again and wobbled across the water and up a tree trunk. Grinning broadly she pumped her fist, nearly falling off the tree. "not bad for twenty minutes," she said and dropped off the tree. Confident on practicing that later, she opened he air scroll. This was even harder to grasp than the basics, it involved hand signs too. Studying he patterns she mimicked the gestures with her own hands. "So the idea is to flow chakra out your hand, and shape it with the signs..." she guessed. She didn't have a trainer to help, but this was part of the puzzle. picking one at random she decided to try the "gale palm" one, would be cool to literally throw a punch across the room. Stepping over to the wind area she set up target, a inflated ball, and concentrated. "remember, charging the hand then the signs, the thrust." It took a moment to get the chakra flowing, and she mimicked the drawing in the scroll. With a grunt she thrust out her palm at the rubber ball. ---

Remy JokirRemy pouted as the ball just sat there. She wasn't surprised really. She hasn't expected to get it on her first try. Checking the scroll she re studied the hand signs. She was getting the chakra part right, but the forms were un familiar. dropping the scroll on her jacket she tried again. Calming herself she concentrated. Carefully making the motions with her hands she thrust out her hand in a palm struck move at the ball. She tried to think of it like pushing the air, like ramming a box into someone. The idea of pushing over stricking changed her posture a bit, and she wondered if she was doing this right. She was glad no one was here watching her.

GDan Remy JokirAgain nothing happened. Disappointed, she tried again. She was a novice at this, so she did not really know if she was doing it right. This was her first use of chakra aside form her gun, which might be fundamentally different anyway. She wondered how she had gotten the water walking and tree climbing so fast and yet had trouble with this. She must have gotten lucky with that first try, she would have to try it again outside and while on the move, it would take practice to master, even if it was the starting block for it. she knew the benefit of training and threw herself back into it. re reading the first scroll, and then the air scroll's description she calmed herself and formed the hand signs, with a gentle thrust, and her eyes closed, she tried again.

Remy JokirHP: 99 CP: 46 Once again, nothing happened. Plopping on the floor she groaned in frustration. She berated herself, of course you cant do it just yet, you only learned the basics today. Taking a deep breath she went back to the water and tried the first part again. This time she stayed on the water until she sank, gout out and tried again and again until she could stay on the surface for a full hour. Then she tried the tree, and this time she bounced back off the tree, leaving a nice foot print in it. Studying this she figured she was putting too much into it. trying to match the surface was harder on the go, so she tried placing her bare foot against the tree and waited to get a feel for it before walking step by step half way up the tree and stayed there. Falling only twice, she managed to stay aloft for an hour, after which she needed a break. Sitting on the grassy floor, she napped and let her body teach her how. She had been working for a few hours, she wanted to get kept at it until she mastered this but it could take more than a day, especially without a trainer. Her chakra reserves were not strong enough to pull this off constantly yet. Rolling her head to the side she saw the ball sitting across the room. She was going to blast that ball. Getting up she moved over to the ball and took a stance, one that gave her balance. With a graceful set of hand signs she tried again. --- she whooped with joy when a blast of air launched from her palm and struck the ball dead center and flung it away. The ball unfortunately, hit the wall and came straight back, walloping her in the face and she fell on her butt. Laughing at herself while holding her bruised nose, she was proud to have done it. If she had been less tired from training she could have dodged that, but she would work on her endurance later. Constant training and meditation brought those up, or so the scroll had suggested. Setting the ball back up, she let her joy fade away. Focusing again she tried to do just what she had done before. It was not an easy feat, it was like punching the air and making it move for you, and yet it was like asking at the same time. It was a hard balance. She formed the hand signs again and used graceful movements to try again.

Remy JokirHP: 99 CP: 46 Training: Gale Palm (1/5) Setting the ball back up, she let her joy fade away. Focusing again she tried to do just what she had done before. It was not an easy feat, it was like punching the air and making it move for you, and yet it was like asking at the same time. It was a hard balance. She formed the hand signs again and used graceful movements to try again. Beginners luck was not something she thought reliable. The time it failed in a real situation is the time it got you or your team killed. She owed her boss to not to slack off. With a gentle push she aimed for the ball trying to keep herself calm. --- Like before the ball was struck dead center and flew to the wall, Remy was ready for the rebound this time and caught the thing as it sped back at her. In a real situation she should dodge whatever she hit, she thought looking at the ball, it this ball had tags on it, she could be blown up or something. Smiling at her progress she reset the ball on its spot and loosened up.

Remy JokirHP: 99 CP: 42 Training: Gale Palm (2/5 mastery) She seemed to be getting the hang of this, it wasn't a strike that was needed after the hand signs, but rather a push, less liker her usual style of combat, and more like her Animus style. She could handle that though, a martial artist did not rely on a single style out on the road. She like her style she created that took elements from other styles. It was not a true style but it worked well. Remy studied for a moment, taking the time to memorize the signs, she had done them but only repetition would make her hands remember. for several minutes she just formed the signs till she had them down. She guess there were others but it didnt matter to her just yet, she'd learn them as they came up. if she found a chart somewhere of them all she might even experiment, but that was for later. No idea what would happen if she tried, might turn herself into a scarecrow or something. standing up again, she centered herself and a preformed the hand signs, faster this time, and pushed at the ball. --- She frowned when the air around her hands rippled but otherwise did nothing, her timing was too rushed still apparently. snorting in disdain, she set herself up again, a slow move was not going to help her in a fight, but she needed to learn it slower than she wanted. It wasn't like her physical skills, this was just as much mental and what ever the heck you called chakra control.

Remy JokirHP: 149 CP: 142 Training: Gale Palm (2/5 mastery) Remy paused for a stretch rest. It was odd, she thought, that she felt better rather than worn out after doing that chakra training on the water and on the tree. She wondered if that exercise had streached out her reserves, pushed into some untapped area. It still felt weird that she had an energy onside her, was she using her soul? She shrugged, the ninjas loved a long time if they were lucky so it didn't bother her too much. Would be bad to run out though. She could feel the power ebb and tire ber when she managed to fire off a gale palm. Taking a deep breath, and letting it out slowly, she prepared herself to try again. Weaving the signs, she aimed for the ball and let fly. --- A grin borke out on her face as the ball was blasted away and off the wall. In a fit of fun, she batted he ball back at the wall, and kept hitting the ball off the wall with hand and foot strikes. After this impromptu game of pong, she caught the ball and put it back. She was well on the way to mastering this one.

Remy JokirHP: 149 CP: 138 Training: Gale Palm (3/5 mastery) she had certainly felt her strength drop with that last shot. It was like when she'd been running for a while. It was like exhaustion in a way, but it wasn't her muscles that hurt, it was a little deeper than that. She wondered if she could find someone to explain things, she knew there was a school for this, and they taught their kids ninja stuff as soon as they could walk. Remy was a bit behind the curve. She went to try again, and was surprised to see the ball had deflated. " looks like I played too rough with you" she muttered picking up the flat ball. Looking around she decided to replace her target with a training dummy. The ball was so light she couldn't gauge how strong the strike really was. moving the dummy to the same spot she readied herself again, she watched the jointed wooden man. She wove the signs again and aimed her thrust toward the dummy's torso. --- The dummy skidded on its heavy base and struck the wall, the gale palm had struck with serious force. It gave her a little insight of what would happen if it hit a person. "Ouch" was all she could say. But it had been easier that time. She figured one more shot ought to have this skill down. She might even try one of the lightning ones if she had the time, but the day was wearing on, not that she had somewhere to be. (4/5 mastery)

GDan Remy JokirHP: 149 CP: 134 Training: Gale Palm (4/5 mastery) Remy tried to reign in her excitement, this morning she had been a wanderer, traveling the land on her own. Now, here she was, part of the local ninja force, learning how to do ninjutsu. Been a productive day! Dragging the dummy back, grunting at how heavy it was. It weighed as much as a sumo, yet it had been knocked several feet by her gale palm. She was surprised to find no other damage. Stepping back a few feet she wove the signs faster this time and released her chakra at her target. --- With a crack, the dummy was blasted flat on its back with a slam. Remy whooped with triumph at her downed for, she knew it by now, and it was a doosie of a trick. Setting up the dummy again she packed up the scrolls and hit the convenient baths attached to the main level. Cleaning herself up she relaxed in the bath tub. After a bit she towled off, dressed and left the dojo. It had wiped her out a bit to learn that move, but she was happy. She would master the rest soon enough. [exit] (5/5 mastery, skill learned)

Remy Jokir HP: 150 CP: 170
Training: Electric Overdose (0/5)
Remy stepped into the Dojo, ready to get to work but a nagging sense of dread sat in her gut. She knew this would make her strong, but it was going to involve a lot of pain. Heading downstairs to the Elements Room, she laid her things in a cubby and went over to the metal contraption.
The item in question was a metal torus on a post, the donut shape was made of many metal rings, or a coil of metal wrapped around the big ring. She didn't know or really care how it worked but she knew it could generate electricity. So could she apparently, if what the scroll was telling her. The vague warning that she should get used to electricity flowing on and through her had her worried. setting the coil to its lowest setting she switched it on and watched it hum. Tiny bolts of electricity cracked on the coil, she had made sure not to wear any metals, and to wear clothes she didn't mind losing. it occurred to her that she ought to have someone present with her, but she knew next to nobody in town. She wasn't going to depend on the boss, at least not right away. She should be able to handle it if she was a lightning ninja.
Gritting her teeth, she reached out and tapped the coil with her hand. With a grunt she managed to hold her hand on the coil for a few seconds before whipping it back, that had rather hurt, but less than she had expected. It was a weird pain, it had her nerves tingling. She did have it on the lowest setting after all, so it was a safe (ha!) bet to start there. she concentrated on her arm as it tingled, she tried to mimic her chakra flow to match the little tingles, but it was tough to sense. But it was familiar some how. Looking around she found a metal training dummy with little lights on it. It was a different model than ge regular one she had used the other day, it appeared to light up of hit with electricity, which she four by touching it after touching the coil. Channeling her chakra in the same manner as her gun confirmed this when they lit up. Grabbing her scroll she studied the first one, the weight gain jutsu. It described the technique as able to increase the opponents weight with an electromagnetic charge. Setting up in front of it she noticed a small weight readout on the base of the dummy. Someone spent a pot of time setting this place up!
Weaving the signs, she struck to body of the dummy. --- Remy smiled as the weight changed on he display. It had almost doubled in weight. After a few minutes the weight returned to normal

Remy Jokir HP: 150 CP: 165
Training: Electric Overdose (1/5)
Remy began thinking of ways to combine this move into her arsenal. It would be very handy to throw off an opponent, changing their weight threw off all sorts is things, balance, reaction time, movement... Um, self esteem?
Weaving the signs again, she slapped the dummy, causing the little lights to trigger. --- Remy muttered several choice curses as the dummy just sat there. Centering herself again she laid aside her pride and frustration. Her success the other day had boosted her confidence, but it was practice that proved mastery not skill. A master fighter was useless i he never practiced his art.
