- Seth had been staring at the strange colors since they got there. He never spoke to them, just watched them, which A'vin admitted might be a little creepy for the little dragons. However A'vin had a job to do, and if he could satisfy his dragons curiosity at seeing one of the new colors while also doing his job that would be perfect. He had been asking around to see who he could talk to that hadn't already been spoken to, it seemed that the other members of the Dragonwatch were busy interviewing just about everyone. Finally he found an odd color that hadn't been bothered.
'Odd is right. She is a gold, but not a gold. And hers is a man. Yes, I wish to speak to hers at once.' Seth comment as the two of them made their way to the infirmary.
'You stay outside, I'll go get the weyrling. You could talk to his if you would like. Her name is Zenaith.' he said with a smile. This would be amusing. 'And you never know, maybe she is a secret gold and her rider is secretly a female.' A'vin said to his dragon privately before walking into the infirmary.
Sitting outside Seth considered that alternative, as always not understanding that his rider was just joking. 'Well, if they are hiding something we will find out!' he said with a shake of his head. 'Little Zenaith, mine comes to talk to yours and I would love a word with you if you have time.' Yes he would be nice, for he was sure many of his watch brothers and sisters were not being to these odd colors. However the odd colors made his mother happy, and he was very curious about them.
