Abilities : She is an ice elementalist, somewhat unique in that she perceives ice more as liquid than solid. Her use of it is incredibly fluid and graceful. She has a slight affinity with music as well, able to play and weave her ice magic into it to 'slow time' inducing at least drowziness, sometimes sleep. But while the ocarina can be used to manipulate her element, playing it leaves Étaín vulnerable; so once committed to participating in a fight, she generally prefers to summon her element directly, even though it uses more energy. Her ice powers are also limited by the amount of water around her from which she can draw upon to make ice. This becomes more important if she hasn't fed recently.

Battle Style/Magic/Alchemy : Honestly, Étaín would prefer to not fight at all. While she is quite capable in combat, she feels a battle is a waste of time when a quick song will get most obstacles out of her way
Favored Weapon/Item : Étaín creates her weapons from ice, preferring a whip or naginata; but she also has an ocarina her father enhanced with his alchemic abilities. Only she can use the instrument; it will not play for anyone else and because it holds onto some of her residual magic, it can freeze the hands of those who try.
Notable Skills : Aside from her ability to 'slow' other living creatures down by weaving ice magic into her ocarina's song, Étaín does not just have to make an ice weapon and fight. She can flash freeze the water in the air around her in a radius proportionate to the amount of energy that she wants to expend, making it difficult to move or even breathe because of the sudden cold. Similarly, she can flash freeze the sapwater in nearby trees, causing them to explode in potentially devastating AoE attacks.

Extra : Her ears are slightly elongated and pointed and the shape and placement of her eyes in not quite "human;" they are almond shape and a bit wide-set.
Personality :
After interaction with this Majin, one might describe her as cold, detached, or remote. Étaín would say that she is disciplined and pragmatic---she would also be quietly thrilled to hear that she is found to be intimidating. She dislikes the company of others, but is entranced by the various make-up of society. She studies them in the way she'd study one of her father's alchemy books; something utterly fascinating but out of the realm of her understanding. She has developed a coldly polite, but oddly pleasant façade for when she needs to deal with social interaction. As she is happiest wielding her strengths, she gracefully accepts that she does not know everything; but being eternally optimistic in regard to her self, she is certain she can learn it all. However, she will not suffer fools and is not afraid to inform someone if she thinks of them in that manner. Étaín is clever, but she will not match wits with anyone unless she is certain she can win. If she is not winning, the one who is quickly finds they are experiencing a slow freeze in the air around them.

» music :: Probably Étaín's favorite thing in existence. She is quite musical herself, but would never allow anyone to witness that. She sings once in a while when she knows she is alone and always carries a small ocarina in her pocket.
» colors :: Bright, bold jewel tones fascinate Étaín. She has a very secret, very passionate love affair with brilliantly colored clothes and baubles. Or she thinks it is secret anyways... hard to keep a secret like that!

» crowds :: A combination of cacophonous noise and the tight press of society is a recipe for a very UNhappy Étaín. Chaos is the antithesis of the discipline and order Étaín prefers, crowds tend to be an embodiment of chaos.

» fickle :: While Étaín does always keep her word, you have to get a promise out of her first. If no promise has been made, you can't necessarily trust her.
