Bio:
Illudere was born to a family of demonic nature over a century ago. His father and mother masquerading as several generations of the same reclusive aristocratic family to disguise their unnatural longevity. As a child of status, he was educated, brought up and cultured around the wealth and fine things that distinguished the aristocracy from the working class. This came to a head though late in his teen years when the Russian Revolution flared into full force. Rapidly the Russian aristocracy found themselves being hunted down and executed by the people they had once scorned.
Illudere and his brother were smuggled from their families home by some loyal servants who knew nothing of their family's true nature, his parents unfortunately were caught by the riotous mob who found courage in their numbers, despite the horrors visited upon them when Illudere's parents unleashed the full force of their demonic powers.
Once safely out of the country Illudere and his brother traveled together for a time, but eventually the two parted ways. For a time Illudere did not fully comprehend his demonic nature, he lived a rather unfulfilled life, aging and mortal until he discovered that the source of his powers and strength came directly from acting upon his hedonistic urges. With this realization be began to explore the underworld of Europe. He found himself reveling in the seediest of brothels on cocktails of illicit mind altering drugs that would kill a normal man. With each act of depravity that he committed his humanity was stripped away, his morality and scruples evaporated and vanished, being replaced by a great thirst for experience.
Illudere continues to wander the world seeking out the most extreme of sensations, immersing himself in acts of violence, sex, and depravity. Despite the trail of grisly scenes he often leaves behind him, his identity has (to his knowledge) not been linked to these acts, or come to the attention of either academy, though he has realized that it has become only a matter of time, as he has begun to develop a taste for the souls of his victims.
Abilities/Powers:
+ Sensory Alteration - Should Illudere make physical contact with you, he can alter your reality, causing visual and auditory hallucinations of things that do not or could not exist, conversely it can be used to hide things in plain sight.
+ Demonic Physique - Illudere's demonic nature allows him to move with inhuman speed and strength, as well as granting him a much greater level of durability than the average person.
+ Nervous Feedback - Upon contact with you, Illudere can force your nervous system into a sensory overdrive or largely repress it, all of the victims senses can be enhanced to the point where a dull candle flame would seem like staring into the sun, or a pinprick would feel as though your finger was chopped off. The opposite is also true, your senses could be dulled to the point where pain barely registers and you're nearly blind. The effects are temporary, lasting only a matter of minutes.
+ Paralyzing Gaze - Upon making extended eye contact with someone he can momentarily freeze them for a second. To them it seems like no time has passed, but it allows Illudere a moment's reprieve to escape or exploit a weakness.
+ Aura of Depravity - In order to maintain his strength Illudere must act upon his hedonistic urges, immediately after fulfilling himself he is whipped into a frenzy of madness where his strength is at it's peak, but his sanity is at it's lowest. As time passes he becomes more collected and rational, but his powers begin to wane.
+ Concealment - In a manner similar to that of a witch, Illudere can suppress his Aura of madness and Demonic nature to pass as himself off as a regular human being
Personality:
Calm an collected most of the time. He carries an air of confidence and strength. He has an intoxicating, predatory charm which often conceals his true nature, at times he seems rather playful, with an almost childlike innocence masking his depravity. As he descends into madness he becomes much more animalistic, almost bestial in nature, fulfilling his most base desires, bloodlust, and sadism.
