Lily had texted Trevor earlier in the day, wanting to meet up after classes. The days had been nicer and warmer as of late, so she'd asked if maybe he'd like to jog around campus with her. So now she waited in workout capris, tank, and jacket on the edge of the campus for Trevor to show up.
She was determined to keep in the best shape possible and jogging was a good way to do it. She learned being a senshi was very physically demanding and training others at all hours of the night was even more demanding. She also danced ballet regularly and simply needed to function at a higher level physically.
She had to admit that she was also little inspired by all the other's out and about with the arrival of spring.

As he got closer Trevor looked at his watch making sure he wouldn't arrive late with spring fast approaching the days were getting warmer and longer. It gave him all the more reason to get out and jog to keep up with being fit with a knight life now it was important to maintain a good physique. He had decided to go with a breathable short sleeve shirt and shorts. He had also decided to bring a light wind breaker just in case it got chilly later.
He double checked to make sure he had everything that was needed for a good long jog, water check, running shoes, check, he nodded his head as he ran through his checklist. After a few mintues he saw Lily waiting for him before he spoke up "Hey..did you wait long?" he asked her.

Lily looked up and smiled seeing Trevor, "not long, just a few minutes. I had to go get a water bottle, so I went to the store and I only just got back." She held up the water bottle that sat inside a little container with a cord on it, so she could carry it easily.
She gave a grin, "its such a nice day. I thought you might like a jog." She giggled, "you think you can keep up with little old me."
She was smiling clearly joking knowing Trevor probably jogged more often than her though she certainly got more than a fair share of exercise. She stretched, her tank rising up sightly, though she hardly noticed. "Ready to get going?"

Trevor smiles "that's good..wouldn't want to make you wait so long for me" he said with a light chuckle and then looking at the water bottle she just got "looks like your ready for a full day of jogging" he put in.
He grinned at her "I'm pretty sure, I can keep up with you" he told her before taking off his jacket and tying it around his waist, just so he didn't get too hot. He started to stretch and looked at her "always stretch before you start running" he told her.
He nodded his head "yup..I'm all set to go" he said and tilted his head to the side "are you?" he asked her. It was the first actual time he went for a jog with Lily. He had nothing against having company for a jog there were some day he liked having company; on others he liked jogging on his own, but today was a day where he didn't mind the company.

"It's okay. I really don't mind waiting. Trust me, it's far better than some other things," she said mostly referring to her night life. She spent far to much time, fight one thing or another, so just waiting around was rather relaxing and she was never one to rush anyone really.
She gave a laugh and smiled, "glad to hear it," she said referring to his being able to keep up before but her water bottle in jacket pocket, "it's good to stretch before any exercise I know. I'm a ballerina, remember, I definitely don't want a cramp."
She nodded when he asked if she was ready to go, stretching once more, before waving Trevor forward and starting off. She gave her friend a soft smile, "So how has life been for you lately. I mean with what happened and having to adjust to you know a whole new perception."

"that is so very true" he said agreeing with her, since his night life started he knew exactly how she felt about it. Now whenever he went to early morning practices he was awake enough to focus on the practice and once practice had actually fully started his energy got boosted, it felt good.
"That's right you are, totally forgot for a moment there" he told her before he checked to make sure he had his water bottle and once he mentally informed himself that he had. So he was all good, if he got hot from the running he could simply continue shirtless.
Trevor started up with a steady jog and glanced over at Lily "well..its been interesting in a good way, a lot faster then I was before and I'm still adjusting to my night life and still trying to balance out my day life and night life. It's definitely not easy doing so, but its a work in progress" he told her nodding his head.

Lily met Trevor's staying pace, jogging beside him and listening as he talked. Currently they were just jogging around the perimeter of the campus and since DCU was a fairly large campus, she figured it would take a while, but she didn't mind at all. It was nice to be able to get out with a friend. Lily really didn't do it often enough. She tended to stick with Alex, Xander and now even Johnny.
"It's like that at first, but you get adjust quicker than you would think. At least you have the added bonus of already being in shape. Not everyone has that, but still learning to fight is a process and killing youma is always messy," she said her voice somewhat low despite their being alone. She didn't want someone to accidentally overhear them.
"Have you met anyone else, another knight perhaps, who could answer more of your questions. Oh and with that in mind I wanted to invite you to my house at some point. I've got a laptop with a lot of information on it that I've gather over the years. I thought you might like to see it, it might help some."

Trevor thought about it for a second " i suppose so, " he put lightly not that he had anything against having a double life but so far its been alright, so he was okay even though he still needed to get use to it.
"As for meeting another knight..no i haven't" he said, he would need to get on that if he wanted all his questions answered. "I would like that, it will help me answer some not all but some".

She continued to jog beside Trevor smiling, happy to be just enjoying the nice afternoon. Talking about the night life could be a drag, but she wanted to make sure Trevor was okay. She didn't like the idea of her friend, any of them being blindsided. There were enough of them now that it was really necessary that they go into this war without some sort debriefing. She felt it was really up to the older senshi and knights to make sure that did happen.
"If you try patrolling around Destiny City Library at night, you will probably run into Camelot. He's a good knight to talk to for information and just a really good person to know in general. And you can come over later this week, if you like and I can show the laptop to you. Also a friend made a 101 information page, it's on my senshi cellphone. I will show that to you one night."
She grinned, "that stuff aside, how is life? Classes going well? You'll be having games soon since it's getting warmer right? I want come to a few if that's okay."

Trevor continued jogging at a steady pace, who knew the Perimeter of DCU campus would be so big. Then again he had never actually ran it, so he was grateful he did lots of running, anyone who met him would probably envy the fact that he was so fit.
"I'll keep that in mind, its just that at the current moment only you know who i'am" he said " i have yet encounter someone i can trust as much as i trust you" he told her "alrighty...perhaps one night" he put in with a smile.
He nodded his head "yup, my classes are going well and yes i do have games coming up soon. Not to worry i would have invited you to come anyway." He said actually there were couple of girls other then Lily who wanted to watch him at his games. Now that he thought about it most of his friends were girls.

Lily blushed slightly thinking what Trevor said was sweet. She was glad he trusted her, but she hoped soon he would have more people who he trusted on the journey he was embarking on. 'I wouldn't worry about it. They don't need to know who you are. Most will help because you're on our side and you'll get to know them and hopefully trust them. You can tell them, if you want to, who you are later. But if you're never really comfortable enough to that, it's okay. Some people really don't like mixing the two aspects of there life.
She gave him a warm and she hoped encouraging smile, pushing her lengthening curls out of her face, and realizing she probably should have put her hair up before she started running. She was debating cutting it again, though she knew a bunch of her friends really didn't want her to.
"That good to hear. It can be a bit much trying to keep up with classes and everything else," she said pulling a hair tie off her wrist and running her finger through her hair to put it up while she ran. "Good to know. I can't wait, I bet it will be so much fun to watch. What position do you play?"

Trevor smiled as he stopped to take a drink of his water bottle his feet jogging in place as he did so "i didn't even realize DCU campus was so big" he said blowing out a few breaths, he was starting to get really hot and they weren't even half way around. He wiped his forehead and ran a hand through is damp hair.
Before untying his jacket from his waist and setting it down on a nearby bench, he fanned himself with his hands for a few seconds. He thought about how he would solve his problem. Then a thought hit him, he could continue the jog shirtless if he really wanted to.

Lily was really grateful for the small break as it made putting her hair into a ponytail much easier and quicker. She followed Trevor's lead and took a few sips from her water bottle and frowning slightly at the sweat the she felt on her torso.
"I didn't either really, usually I'm just running from ballet to the parking lot, but I guess it makes sense since that really is run to and I'm not really jogging then. I'm actually running."
She even timed herself a few times. She looked to Trevor and smiled, "you ready? I don't think we've even gone half way yet. We haven't passed the gym yet," she said not really realizing Trevor was feeling a bit hotter than her. She was however smaller and use to running about and layers. Her senshi outfit kept her mostly fully clothed even in the summer and she often put a hoodie on over her fuku in the winter, though less this winter since her jacket was a tail coat and a bit warmer.

Trevor blew out a few more breaths " i mean, i know i'm fit but running around the perimeter of DCU is challenge" he said then again he did find it as a good challenge, it would no doubt boost his stamina. He wiped the sweat from his forehead once again.
He pondered for a bit before making his final decision, and before anyone could say anything against it he took off his t-shirt and shook it out for a bit and took a another drink from his water bottle. lily had only seen him shirtless once but that was in his dorm but not out in public "so much better..." He grinned lightly before nodding his head ready to start up again.
He nodded his head "yup.." He said before picking up his jacket and tying it around his waist again. He lightly tucked a portion if his shirt into the waist band of the his shorts on the side so it didn't get in the way of his running.

Lily gave a little giggle, seeing that she may have a bit more stamina than Trevor, but definitely didn't mention it. She wasn't really tired or out of breath, but she was use to a bit heavy physical exertion.
Her eyes went a little wide and her cheeks and ears flushed as red as her hair when Trevor took off his shirt. It was the second time he'd done that in front of her and it was bit nerve wracking. She however tried to ignore this shirtless state, because really she didn't want her friend to overheat.
She nodded still blushing, eyes wondering down the toned stomach before she turned and starting running again. Her paced her picked up in her nervousness and it wasn't a light jog so much anymore as a power jog.
"So uh, um ...," she didn't really know what to say as she looked to him again and turned redder if possible. She hadn't really realized until that moment that her friend was rather handsome, not to mention well built. She frowned feeling slightly confused.
