I would like to present to the guild the book A Brief History of Neoliberalism by David Harvey. Harvey is a British professor of Geography and Anthropology as well as an avid Marxist and proponent of Marxist Geography. In his book he critiques the global shift towards Neoliberalism and asserts a change to a more left-wing economic system. Furthermore, he claims that this Neoliberalism is motivated by the wealthy global elite. All in all it's a good read and if you're interested I've placed an audio recording of the book right here.
