So dolly enthusiasts out there you've come to that point where you want to have a creation of your own at your disposal. Here we will go over the restrictions on custom marionettes as well as the building blocks to a promising future.
Rules: • All submissions are subject to change for the approval process • Only Puppet Class can have marionettes • Must go to the Performance House in either Konohagakure, Kirigakure, or Sunagakure
Going over the mechanisms restrictions and setting. Marionettes have roughly 6 points to assign for mechanisms. Here's how it all adds up. • Large shooters and complex systems are 2 points • Shooters and launchers are 1 point • Wire reels and nets are worth 1/2 point • Hidden blades are worth 1/4 each
Type 1: The normal everyday standard. Made from normal materials. Not chakra reactive.
Type 2: Puppets forged from chakra rich materials that can have varying effects. Also can be referred to as the accursed dolls. More powerful then your common variety marionette. Not able to perform any actual jutsu. They are chakra reactive. Gaining abilities like bonus to fire mechanisms, generating flashes, hardening, and so on.
Type 3: The feared Hitokugetsu. If these are what you seek then in the submission request you must include if the Hitokugetsu has a bloodline limit as well as list what jutsu it is capable of performing. Can have up to 10 jutsu which may be altered if need to be approved (this included bloodline related techniques).

Being about about four to five inches in length, being launched out of the barrel at significant force. It has two long 'caches" of ammunition that run along the sides where the rib cage lays, in which the senbon lay side by side in pairs. Making in maximum a 100x altered senbon. ( 50 on one side, 50 on another)

Turning to a thick shield of chakra. This, makes operating the puppet cost 1CP/BP per post of activation.
The Chakra shield, is relative to the chakra control of the puppet user, and rank. So if a regular Genin puppet user with no further practice on chakra is made, the shield will merely have Genin level defense.
Custom #2 Mechanism Name: Arms of the Beast Mechanism Type: Complex Mechanism Location: Middle to lower back Mechanism Summary: From the hidden compartment in the back, is another set of arms, made out of the same metals as the rest of the puppet. Each having the ability to strike and attack with significant force.
Custom 3 Mechanism Name: Chakra shooter Mechanism Type: Large Shooter-Complex Mechanism Location: Chest Mechanism Summary: The opening of the chest, brings out a three layered cannon that will take aim at the opponent. With a preparation time of 1 post, a blast of condensed chakra is launched at the opponent with the power of a B-Rank jutsu.
This is done by the engineering mechanics of the body. From within, are two cylinders that will trap and begin to spin the chakra that goes on within the puppet; taking what is needed already in using it as a weapon. The cylinders upon getting at full speed will have this condensed and prepared chakra that must be released upon the second post. If the hole of the cannon is closed, the puppet takes explosion due to the pressure.
Custom #4 Mechanism Name: Harpoon Launcher Mechanism Type: Launcher Mechanism Location: Upper Back Mechanism Summary:The compartment of the upper back will release a shoulder to shoulder sized launcher that will then be pointed at the opponent. Utilizing Noel's affinity for the Wind, the gears within will react and begin to spin. Creating air pressure that is set to launch the 2 foot long, 2 inch with senbon at the opponent. The air pressure, the groves of the senbon in relation to the groves on the launcher, not only give the senbon a large spin (which will take even less wind resistance) but also makes for taking the senbon our all the more gruesome. For the groves, will pull out that which he pierced, making it lethal for areas that holds more surrounding organs. Only three of these senbon, can be equipped in one battle, and there must be a 2 post cool down before the next senbon is available for use.

Last question. I would eventually like to have my rings be able to be summmoned from rings on my finger. Would that make them type 2?
