Demon Application

Rules
- Can only apply for one demon. If you are denied you can only edit to keep applying for that one demon
- One person per demon.
- Must fill everything out in detail
- Demon hosts must get permission to be a Jinchuuriki of their village from the Kage.
- The village must have the demon contained from a random encounter.
- Demons are unavailable unless captured by a village via arcs or chance encounters.
