This is where you submit your custom bloodlines and clans to be judged. They will be judged by a minimum of two crew to keep things as nonbiased as possible. Rules for this thread: 1: Each bloodline may have no more than 15 techniques and no less than 5. 2: Bloodlines cannot increase any stat by more than one total point and for no more than a single stat. 3: Admin have final say on any judgement on these bloodlines, and are not to be argued. A fair appeal can be made if the person is logical about why something would do said effect, however remember that balance calls for even science to take a back seat. Unnecessary rudeness can be grounds for an instant denial. 4: Each technique must have a spot in the roleplay sample made, showing exactly what they do. These will be judged individually and accepted or denied on a case by case basis for each and every technique. 5. I appreciate all the hard work you put into this, I just feel like maybe it's a little too over-powered. I don't know if it was paying homage to Minato, but Minato wasn't actually fast. he sort of teleported because of seals... Anyways if it's not I'll give you my basic reasoning. For starters, in this guild there would be no exceptions to learning higher than a B-Rank if you're a genin. The speed limit is ten and can't be broke beyond that and since this seems to focus on speed, this clan would be pointless to a point. I'll explain why it's ten. Human legs create something called lactic acid while they're running. It prevents the body from shutting down from running too hard because the acid sort of puts a cap on how hard and fast one can run. Thus, we decided 10 was the cap for the guild.

Say for instance you get a ten in speed and agility. (Which isn't hard.) You use the B rank to double your speed to 20 for 8 posts (Which is near enough OP on its own.) and then the A rank legendary speed on top of it and you're now moving at 27 speed and agility. Which is more then fast enough to snap a persons neck before they can even realize you've moved. And then you can create 7 clones which are all as fast as your -current state- are with no listed limit on how long they live without being destroyed. The molecular vibrations jutsu also strikes me as a slightly watered down version of Izanagi with no down side. This is all from a quick run through of it. If you still wish to use the bloodline I can take a longer and more detailed look through it but from what I can see so far almost everything needs changing and toned down for it to be accepted.

Anyways, do you guys have a Custom Class/Custom Taijutsu Style application?

Yes but custom Taijutsu and such can't get stat boosts because they don't count towards your cap and you can only make one. Also, if you want it to have stats it'd need to count as rigorous and only increase 1 stat. I don't believe we have a custom class thread.

Uzumaki Clan Powerful, Loyal, Legendary
The Legacy of the Uzumaki Clan: The Uzumaki Clan (うずまき一族, Uzumaki Ichizoku) was a prominent clan in Uzushiogakure. They were distant blood relatives of the Senju clan and as such, both were on good terms; an alliance that extended onto their hidden villages — Konohagakure and Uzushiogakure. The shinobi of Konoha integrated Uzushiogakure's symbol onto their uniforms and flak jackets as well as on the shoulders of their uniforms as a sign of friendship and goodwill between the two villages, and continue to do so to this day, in memory of their friendship even years after Uzushiogakure's destruction.
Members of this clan were very knowledgeable in the art of fūinjutsu, and were both respected, and feared worldwide because of their prodigious skill. Though noted to be crude in their methods, this however, eventually led to the destruction of Uzushiogakure and the rest of the Land of Whirlpools during the era of Shinobi World Wars, as other nations had begun to see the village as too great a threat to go unchecked. With the destruction of their homeland, the remaining survivors of Uzushiogakure fled their homeland and went into hiding, scattered all around the world. With some of them having settled in Konoha, structures were built both in, and around the village such as the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple
The Senju and Uzumaki clans are distant blood relatives whom they retained strong connections with. For this reason Konoha-nin uniforms have the symbol of Uzushiogakure emblazoned on its shoulders. Hashirama's wife would also come from this clan, further strengthening their ties. The members of the Uzumaki clan possessed both incredible longevity and life force. Their longevity can be seen in part through Mito, who lived from long before the founding of Konoha, to well into the term of the Third Hokage's reign. The clan's life force was the reason Kushina survived the extraction of her tailed beast, despite additionally just giving birth only moments before, though she was left severely weakened.
___Traits: • The Uzumaki Clan members are able to learn Fūinjutsu two [2] posts faster. • All Uzumaki have Red Hair. (No exceptions.) • All Uzumaki have a special saying that they were born with -- this saying is literally their first word, and although these sayings rarely have meanings, the Uzumaki tend to repeat them almost every other sentence (example: Naruto's Dattebayo or Kushina's Dattebane). This "catchphrase" must start with either a "t" or a "d" and the second letter must be an "a", with the third and fourth being "t"s (Optional, but highly encouraged. Show us your creativity!)
___Attributes: • Fūinjutsu Specialist: All Fūinjutsu B-Rank and higher cost twenty [20] less chakra to perform.
• Keen Eye: Due to the natural training of paying high attention to detail, Uzumaki clan users can notice sudden (physical) changes within their sight much faster than most shinobi. This also makes sealing nearly flawless and highly accurate.

___Weaknesses: • Taijutsu and Bukijutsu - Their bodies are physically weaker, and they are not skilled in the close ranged aspects of these styles. • Close Ranged Combat • No Elemental Chakra • Heavy reliance on seals • Vulnerable most often, especially the use of powerful seals the require you to remain stationary. • Taijutsu/Bukijutsu Styles take three [3] more post to learn.
___Rules and Requirements: • You have the choice of keeping one large scroll, or several separate ones to use for your Fūinjutsu. • Absolutely no elements are allowed with this bloodline. Only Maruton. • Your main class or subclass must be Sealer (both is optional). • Space-Time Fūinjutsu can only be used at Jounin Rank. • The Uzumaki clan are not capable of controlling Bijuu, but can suppress their power and seal them. • No techniques are allowed that allow the ability to control Bijuu with this bloodline. • Other Space-Time Fūinjutsu created outside of bloodline list (customs), require an additional five [5] post to learn. • No Cursed Marks or Implants are allowed in this clan. • This clan will have limited members, and no such thing as half-breeds, all members have full heritage of this clan, and this one alone.

Jutsu Name: Sealing Key Release Rank: Passive Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: The Uzumaki may use this technique to remove their own seal, and theirs only. By placing their hand upon that seal, they burn it off (doesn't leave scars/burns) and seal a kanji symbol back into their scroll, occupying some of the scroll's body. Range: Self
Jutsu Name: Scouting Eye Technique Rank: C Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: A low-ranked and simple technique, the Scouting Eye allows the user to implant vision into a single one of their scrolls that will send them brain messages if something is amiss or they see anything peculiar. The most useful part about this technique is how there is no actual "eye" appearing, and the seal looks completely like normal so enemies are less likely to know that the seal can see them. The eye has three levels of brain messages; level one is a low level awareness and it will say "Think", level two is an alert awareness and it will say "Feel", level three is a fearful awareness and it will say "Know". If the seal says "Know", the Uzumaki will most definitely come to protect the seal from falling into the enemy's hands. Range: Close - Long Range
Jutsu Name: Mental Connection Technique Rank: C Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: A technique that can only be used on one person at any given time and must be re-applied if it is to be used later, the Mental Connection technique is an ability where the Uzumaki may link their speech into someone's mind. It's a seal that takes the form of a kanji tattoo on the target's neck (kanji for "wind"), and this allows the two to inter-communicate through thought. The seal never runs out unless manually removed by the Uzumaki, and is generally placed onto an ally before battle. Range: Close - Long Range
Jutsu Name: The Captive's Key Rank: Variable Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: An esteemed Uzumaki technique to assert their dominance over other sealing specialists, the Uzumaki may destroy barriers made by opponents using the same amount of chakra they put into it. However, this does not work on all barriers -- Uzumaki barriers cannot be broken by this technique and neither can S+ barriers. It also requires one post of complete focus and thus is extremely dangerous to use in most combat unless aided by allies. Range: Mid - Close Range
Jutsu Name: Advanced Arsenal Sealing Rank: B-S+ Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: This technique is capable of doing more than just sealing objects like weapons; but sealing chakra-implanted objects and even techniques. This technique, at its best, is capable of sealing even bijuu into items (such as the pot Shukaku was sealed into) rather than hosts. Simple sealing like sealing jutsu or chakra weapons for later use is fine and easy. However, on the level of sealing even bijuu or large chakra masses will require [3] posts of prep time. Let it be noted that the object the bijuu would be sealed into would need to be treated extremely delicately -- thus it cannot be sealed into a weapon or something you could use like that. This can be used to transport bijuu to residential areas safely so that a jinchuuriki may be found in peace. Range: Variable
Jutsu Name: The Prisoner's Binds Rank: B Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: A technique used for a long time to restrain targets and even bijuu, these chains are incredibly powerful and specifically meant to lock around the demon's massive frame. The chains come from the user's body and can be used freely generally to wrap around targets at fair speeds, but to completely suppress an opponent's movement you must cease your own movement as well. This technique costs B ranked chakra per post to uphold, and chances of the target breaking free are incredibly slim, unless the user runs out of chakra or cancels the technique. Range: Variable
Jutsu Name: Hidden Shell of Protection Rank: B - S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: An invisible technique, this creates an orb barrier around an object by forming a few simple handseals. The orb is completely invisible until hit, where it will reveal itself to be a glowing yellow ball before returning into its see-through state once more. Despite its low rank, the size of this barrier contrary to chakra consumption means it is actually quite powerful, possessing a powerful defensive barrier that protects what's inside. Depending on the amount of chakra used, the barrier can become stong enough to withstand one S-ranked technique After being hit, the barrier will weaken slightly, allowing it be be completely destroyed on the third post, unless the barrier is repaired fully by using A-rank chakra in cost. The barrier is large enough to protect a Four-man squad, along with anything smaller that you can possibly think of.
Jutsu Name: The Prisoner's Cage Rank: A - S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: his is an extremely powerful barrier jutsu that is meant to keep hostiles or even allies out of its range. It's large and can be used simply by molding several complicated handsigns, and is nearly unbreakable except for against other sealing masters (after spending 3 posts of sealing the barrier into a scroll it will dissipate) thus making this ideal in keeping yourself or your allies safe in a troubled time. This technique was used by Kushina Uzumaki to keep the Konoha ninja from the dangerous field of the Kyuubi, and exponentially increases the potency of the Prisoner's Binds technique by creating it from the walls of this barrier. It's very exhausting on the user, however, and it can only be used once, being able to be used again after 100 posts. Range: Variable
Jutsu Name: Time Destruction Escape Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: The Time Destruction Escape is a technique where the Uzumaki will place a large seal upon any object (includes clones) and this seal will be prepared for later use. This seal can be used one time and one time only (meaning if you want to use it multiple times in battle, you must set up multiple seals) to immediately transfer the sealer's organic body into the object, creating a Kanji mark for "life". During this time, the user will only have a ghost-like, "go-through" body of chakra that takes his/her features, colors and shape -- much like facing some Ghostly form of the Uzumaki. Although one may think this technique is perfect to use for a dodge -- which it is -- it has much more dangerous uses at its disposal. The seal's transfer between the Uzumaki and itself is immediate; he/she can immediately re-materialize, even inside of the enemy's body. Often used to seemingly slip through an opponent's body only to crush and burst them from within, this technique is unpredictable and deadly indeed. It can only be used three times a battle, and for two posts each time, during which the opponent is in a very vulnerable state. However, if the seal is destroyed while the body is still contained within it and the Uzumaki does somehow not know and transfer it back in time, his/her body will be destroyed forever and he/she will be stuck in this ghostly state which will dissipate five posts later. Jutsu Name: The Freedom of the Beast Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: An extremely powerful technique which is used to break the bindings of a demon and a vessel. This can be used to break a demon free of someone's control (for example, an Uchiha/Senju), by placing their hand upon the beast's chest (sealer's blood must be present on the hand used), a sealing mark will appear upon the chest of the beast, ridding the beast from the controlling vessel. This is considered dangerous, because at that moment the beast will be able to do whatever at its own will, so there must be tons of preparations and precautions when using this technique.
Jutsu Name: Space-Time Barrier Technique Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: Using this technique requires the Flying Thunder God Kunai. After performing the needed hand seals, the user can form a barrier powerful enough to stop a tailed-beast ball by the nine-tailed fox. But, after the attack has been absorbed by the barrier, the user must have a mental image of the area of which they wish to redirect it, costing an additional B rank chakra to send the barrier to that location and unseal the attack. Range: Variable.
Jutsu Name: Flying Thunder God Technique Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: Hiraishin no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Fourth Hokage. The technique gave Yondaime his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash," due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area at the cost of S rank chakra, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them. [Can only be used twice per battle. Cost rank B chakra.] Range: Variable
Jutsu Name: Uzumaki Sealing Technique Rank: Variable Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user slams their hand on the ground after which a sealing formula, that originates from the user's hand, forming underneath the target. When the seal activates, anything above the inscription is sealed within the formula itself. The amount of chakra used is depended on the size of the object you are attempting to seal. Something small, like an average sized child would take C rank chakra, rather than something the size of Gamabunta, which would require S rank chakra. Range: Close Range
Jutsu Name: Uzumaki Sealing Clone Technique Rank: Variable Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: With the superior Fuinjutsu skills of the Uzumaki, they have created an ability which allows them to use such seals in dangerous close ranged proximity, that they themselves would not be able to do. By creating a clone, the user is able to set up to one [1] seal upon the clone of their choosing (chakra costs for both clone and Fuinjutsu used). The seal becomes apart of that clone, and anything that comes in contact with the clone, via touch, will activate that seal upon the target. Whatever seal was used will provide only the effects of that seal only. Range: Clone Range
Jutsu Name: Uzumaki Rejuvenation Seal Rank: N/A Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: By taking portions of your chakra, and sealing them into scrolls, they can be released in later used to restore chakra on yourself or other targets. These seals must be prepared outside of battle in order to be used and require a certain number of post that are needed for resting. The maximum amount of chakra one can store into a seal is half. 25% of the total amount (half of your full chakra points is the total) requires three [3] post of rest (rest meaning not using any chakra or engaging in vigorous activity), 50% of the total requires six [6] posts, 75% of the total requires nine [9] posts, and 100% of the total requires twelve [12] posts of rest. Jutsu Name: Mental Connection Technique Rank: C Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: A technique that can only be used on one person at any given time and must be re-applied if it is to be used later, the Mental Connection technique is an ability where the Uzumaki may link their speech into someone's mind. It's a seal that takes the form of a kanji tattoo on the target's neck (kanji for "wind"), and this allows the two to inter-communicate through thought. The seal never runs out unless manually removed by the Uzumaki, and is generally placed onto an ally before battle. Range: Close - Long Range
Jutsu Name: The Captive's Key Rank: Variable Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: An esteemed Uzumaki technique to assert their dominance over other sealing specialists, the Uzumaki may destroy barriers made by opponents using the same amount of chakra they put into it. However, this does not work on all barriers -- Uzumaki barriers cannot be broken by this technique and neither can S+ barriers. It also requires one post of complete focus and thus is extremely dangerous to use in most combat unless aided by allies. Range: Mid - Close Range
Jutsu Name: Advanced Arsenal Sealing Rank: B-S+ Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: This technique is capable of doing more than just sealing objects like weapons; but sealing chakra-implanted objects and even techniques. This technique, at its best, is capable of sealing even bijuu into items (such as the pot Shukaku was sealed into) rather than hosts. Simple sealing like sealing jutsu or chakra weapons for later use is fine and easy. However, on the level of sealing even bijuu or large chakra masses will require [3] posts of prep time. Let it be noted that the object the bijuu would be sealed into would need to be treated extremely delicately -- thus it cannot be sealed into a weapon or something you could use like that. This can be used to transport bijuu to residential areas safely so that a jinchuuriki may be found in peace. Range: Variable
Jutsu Name: The Prisoner's Binds Rank: B Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: A technique used for a long time to restrain targets and even bijuu, these chains are incredibly powerful and specifically meant to lock around the demon's massive frame. The chains come from the user's body and can be used freely generally to wrap around targets at fair speeds, but to completely suppress an opponent's movement you must cease your own movement as well. This technique costs B ranked chakra per post to uphold, and chances of the target breaking free are incredibly slim, unless the user runs out of chakra or cancels the technique. Range: Variable
Jutsu Name: Hidden Shell of Protection Rank: B - S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: An invisible technique, this creates an orb barrier around an object by forming a few simple handseals. The orb is completely invisible until hit, where it will reveal itself to be a glowing yellow ball before returning into its see-through state once more. Despite its low rank, the size of this barrier contrary to chakra consumption means it is actually quite powerful, possessing a powerful defensive barrier that protects what's inside. Depending on the amount of chakra used, the barrier can become stong enough to withstand one S-ranked technique After being hit, the barrier will weaken slightly, allowing it be be completely destroyed on the third post, unless the barrier is repaired fully by using A-rank chakra in cost. The barrier is large enough to protect a Four-man squad, along with anything smaller that you can possibly think of.
Jutsu Name: The Prisoner's Cage Rank: A - S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: his is an extremely powerful barrier jutsu that is meant to keep hostiles or even allies out of its range. It's large and can be used simply by molding several complicated handsigns, and is nearly unbreakable except for against other sealing masters (after spending 3 posts of sealing the barrier into a scroll it will dissipate) thus making this ideal in keeping yourself or your allies safe in a troubled time. This technique was used by Kushina Uzumaki to keep the Konoha ninja from the dangerous field of the Kyuubi, and exponentially increases the potency of the Prisoner's Binds technique by creating it from the walls of this barrier. It's very exhausting on the user, however, and it can only be used once, being able to be used again after 100 posts. Range: Variable
Jutsu Name: Time Destruction Escape Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: The Time Destruction Escape is a technique where the Uzumaki will place a large seal upon any object (includes clones) and this seal will be prepared for later use. This seal can be used one time and one time only (meaning if you want to use it multiple times in battle, you must set up multiple seals) to immediately transfer the sealer's organic body into the object, creating a Kanji mark for "life". During this time, the user will only have a ghost-like, "go-through" body of chakra that takes his/her features, colors and shape -- much like facing some Ghostly form of the Uzumaki. Although one may think this technique is perfect to use for a dodge -- which it is -- it has much more dangerous uses at its disposal. The seal's transfer between the Uzumaki and itself is immediate; he/she can immediately re-materialize, even inside of the enemy's body. Often used to seemingly slip through an opponent's body only to crush and burst them from within, this technique is unpredictable and deadly indeed. It can only be used three times a battle, and for two posts each time, during which the opponent is in a very vulnerable state. However, if the seal is destroyed while the body is still contained within it and the Uzumaki does somehow not know and transfer it back in time, his/her body will be destroyed forever and he/she will be stuck in this ghostly state which will dissipate five posts later. Jutsu Name: The Freedom of the Beast Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: An extremely powerful technique which is used to break the bindings of a demon and a vessel. This can be used to break a demon free of someone's control (for example, an Uchiha/Senju), by placing their hand upon the beast's chest (sealer's blood must be present on the hand used), a sealing mark will appear upon the chest of the beast, ridding the beast from the controlling vessel. This is considered dangerous, because at that moment the beast will be able to do whatever at its own will, so there must be tons of preparations and precautions when using this technique.
Jutsu Name: Space-Time Barrier Technique Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: Using this technique requires the Flying Thunder God Kunai. After performing the needed hand seals, the user can form a barrier powerful enough to stop a tailed-beast ball by the nine-tailed fox. But, after the attack has been absorbed by the barrier, the user must have a mental image of the area of which they wish to redirect it, costing an additional B rank chakra to send the barrier to that location and unseal the attack. Jutsu Name: Flying Thunder God Technique Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: Hiraishin no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Fourth Hokage. The technique gave Yondaime his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash," due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area at the cost of S rank chakra, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them. [Can only be used twice per battle. Cost rank B chakra.] Range: Variable
Jutsu Name: Uzumaki Sealing Technique Rank: Variable Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user slams their hand on the ground after which a sealing formula, that originates from the user's hand, forming underneath the target. When the seal activates, anything above the inscription is sealed within the formula itself. The amount of chakra used is depended on the size of the object you are attempting to seal. Something small, like an average sized child would take C rank chakra, rather than something the size of Gamabunta, which would require S rank chakra. Range: Close Range
Jutsu Name: Uzumaki Sealing Clone Technique Rank: Variable Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: With the superior Fuinjutsu skills of the Uzumaki, they have created an ability which allows them to use such seals in dangerous close ranged proximity, that they themselves would not be able to do. By creating a clone, the user is able to set up to one [1] seal upon the clone of their choosing (chakra costs for both clone and Fuinjutsu used). The seal becomes apart of that clone, and anything that comes in contact with the clone, via touch, will activate that seal upon the target. Whatever seal was used will provide only the effects of that seal only. Range: Clone Range
Jutsu Name: Uzumaki Rejuvenation Seal Rank: N/A Element: N/A Classification: Fuinjutsu Description: By taking portions of your chakra, and sealing them into scrolls, they can be released in later used to restore chakra on yourself or other targets. These seals must be prepared outside of battle in order to be used and require a certain number of post that are needed for resting. The maximum amount of chakra one can store into a seal is half. 25% of the total amount (half of your full chakra points is the total) requires three [3] post of rest (rest meaning not using any chakra or engaging in vigorous activity), 50% of the total requires six [6] posts, 75% of the total requires nine [9] posts, and 100% of the total requires twelve [12] posts of rest.
