Having been turned into a minipet was nothing new to Frost, but a foxfire- well that was a new type? Normally the ghost turned into a BB wolf. Foxfire lacked butt wings, were far too poofy for him, and too small. Frost liked being a large canine thank you.

Shaking his head free from some snow and ice, the ghost boil floated around, a rare thing but today he just wanted to lazy in the air. Red eyes roaming the halls, they paused briefly over a ghoul that looked somewhat familiar. Had she been in the class as well? "Pardon." He said, approaching her, ear flat. "Have we met before?"

A sigh Frost nodded, ear no longer folded back. "Sadly, yes. Not the first time as a minipet, but my first as a foxfire. far too puffy for my personal taste." His tail curled around his leg, bits of snow and ice falling off on occasion.

To Frost the trauma was over, but the fact they had been foxfire was still annoying. Ever if Jove was much the same. It was good for Joves, not for Frosts. Frost was supposed to be one day the alpha of his clan. Small and fluffy was hardly alpha material.

"I thought you looked a bit familiar. Was that your first time being a minipet, or like me, has this happened to you before?"

"Unique, a good way to put it. " He said with a small smile. Taking her hand it was given a quick shake. It was nice to meet someone who was polite enough to offer their hand, as just a few students did. Then, was had been told he was too formal, (to him, it was just manners). "Frost in The Storm. Though I have been called King as well." He waved it off. "Not so much here anymore. And Welcome to Amity."

Tail giving a small wag before it fell back down, Frost looked in the direction of the classrooms. "Yes and No. Usually they are fine... sometimes... they're not. And twice." two fingers held up. "Once was due to horsemen, another was due to my own ignorance. My advice is don't drink things offered to ou by people you don't know." He paused. "Or Ren."

Frost's ear flicked as she chuckled. He wasn't sure what he said that was amusing but he'd take it. At the least he wasn't causing offense. "Frost or King. I have no preference. I respond to both so I it is not much an issue." He gave a small shrug at that. His name was simple and - "Er- but perhaps not 'Frosty'. I am not fond of that one." Very few got away with calling him that.

"As for unique things-" he looked down the hall, then at the ceiling, "- nothing at the moment, but things do happen all the time. And no event is ever the same. Granted it might feel that way, but each event is it's own. At least that is what I believe in." He motioned for her to walk and talk with him. "Can I ask, am I the only one who got slightly hungry as a Foxfire? That mnight just be me wanting food but.. I felt like a steak would suit."

A happy growl from Frost, his eyes briefly closed, imagining the slab of meat that could be his dream dinner. "Fresh deer would be good to, though Uller might not think kindly of me for it..." What Uller didn't know wouldn't hurt him.

"How long? A year in residence, though, I am third year academically. Apparently I am not the only one who has advanced so quickly." Tail flicking behind him, a few fleck of snow fell harmlessly on the floor. "You move quickly enough depending how much you study. I might graduate later this year but, hard to say. I came mostly to better myself and-" He shrugged, "-we are out own worst critics as they say. What of you? Think you will fair well enough despite the... odd classes?"

"Oh very good!" Was Frost's enthusiastic answer. "Gamey, but, I've grown up on it. and well-" He laughed, rubbing the back of his head, ears folding back. "I'm flattered you already have such a high opinion of me. But really, I am not so special in the sense of academia. Manners... well I've been told by many that it's not needed, yet others say they enjoy it. Rather conflicting so, I simply maintain as I have."

Reaching the cafeteria, Frost motioned to the line, offering Rosy a place in front of him. "Really? Coming of my own will... it was good for me, though my friends worried for me." They had a right to, he'd gone farther south than the elders even.

"But pranks? Should I take up watching my tail then?"

Frost bit back a laugh. "I'm the first to come this far south. They know as much as I did, so, they have no idea how things are here." He gave a smile. "People don't leave the clan often, so I've done a rather bold move. I have not changed who I am, just gained knowledge."

Sniffing at the various meals in the leaking bags, he went or the one that smelled most like raw meat. Meat could never go wrong.

"They worry out of affection. Unlike myself who worries for his tail from a new stranger." Said tail curled away from her before fluffing out. "But to hear that you think me too nice to plank... I think I can trust you." His tail brushed against her gentle as Frost reached over for a small brownie. "But if I do end up deserving it, I suppose I can't hold a prank against you." A small wink he was grinning. Rosy was a rather sweet girl really, her light jesting was refreshing to his usual literal 'threats'.

A soft spot? He smiled a bit, she was..nice. Very nice. The touch to his tail had the tail puffing up, wagging just a tiny bit. "Glad to hear it. Both that I'm safe, more so, that you think me a friend." Following her from the line, he had to admit, he didn't think anything so good would come from the whole foxfire incident. One doesn't usually benefit from turning into a minipet.

"How long?" Sitting down Frost counted mentally how long. "Around a day. I slept it off really. Went to sleep, woke up fine. And nooo." He held up his hands. "Haven't touched it. No. I don't want to know what it'll do." His ears were flat to his head. "Sometimes, it is better to leave things alone."
