I'm in need of help in improving my roleplay skills. Specially, grammar big time. I want to get better with my roleplay skills and would be grateful if someone could help me. In the past, I have tired finding help but they just end up never to be heard or seen again. Which has happen lots of times.
I need someone who can be calm and patience with me. I want to start my own roleplay, but I have to get better before I even start one.

I could help you with spelling and grammar, but not much else. xD
There's actually an RP class kind of thing starting up soon. I'm in it because I'm looking to improve as well. Maybe sign up?

You should do it, because it's going to be the focus of this guild to live up to it's rather under-achieved title.
the academy focuses on many many things, but the first and foremost will be Roleplay Experience. By immersing our students (in character) in the campus and activities thereof, they get roleplay experience while learning more advanced techniques and shenanigans. It's going to be fun.
Many of our teachers will likely act as tutors as well.
