The second Veer powered up into Al-Janah, Leto grabbed him roughly by the hand and practically dragged him through the full-length mirror in her living room. When she pulled him out of the other side, they were in the park- the one place that Leto knew that there would be someone from Order patrolling. There always was. She immediately dropped his hand and shot him a glare (for pretty much no reason at all beyond just being generally grumpy now). Leto was ready to hit someone. If she was lucky, a poor unsuspecting Knight would cross their paths and she could continue her slow revenge on Camelot. A Senshi, however, would do as well... As long as she didn't kill them. Because killing potential was bad, apparently- even if Leto was a firm believer in corrupt or kill. "Better hope there's someone out here tonight or it's you I'm gonna be doing violence on," she said with a grin, her voice dripping with snark. The familiar tingle at the nape of her neck proved to her that Al-Janah would be spared tonight.

Her comment got a smile; a slow smile, with his shoulders relaxed and not even a flash of fear across his face. It was, in its way, reassuring, and it put Al-Janah strangely at ease. Let her come at him, then; let them fall back into things exactly as they'd been before. A bit of stability served him just fine. And, probably, her too. "I don't think it'll come to that." It was joking, came with a shake of his head, Al-Janah halfway turning in place to search for the source of that feeling. His new uniform, he thought, was a bit more of a pain in the a** than the old: the pants too huge, the see-through overlays prone to catching on the metal detailing of his bracers. He puffed out a breath as he spread and curled his hand again. "Where's that coming from?" Some things hadn't changed, no, and that was reassuring. The idea of an approaching senshi brought up memories of getting his a** kicked, and got Al-Janah's blood going.

Some people never learned, and Persephone was definitely one of those people. It seemed like every time she decided to take a powered-up walk in the park she ran into something or someone, though she had been lucky in that she had not had any serious damage done to her, yet.
She sensed two Chaotic auras, both stronger than hers (one by quite a bit) and she froze. "s**t," she swore under her breath. If she could feel them, they could feel her, but maybe...
The Senshi ducked into the shadows under a tree and started praying to herself that they were too busy to be hostile. Fighting was never going to be forefront on her mind, and there was no way everyone on the side of Chaos was like Virtus or there would be no war.

She chose to ignore the smile and turn her attention away from him for the time being; it was the first-stage White Mooner she really wanted to get her hands on-- for now. "We'll see," was all she said in reply to him, while trying to figure out which direction the power signature was coming from.
"Your pants are really poofy," she added as she began to make her way towards her prey.
When she approached the general area of the Senshi, she called out in a sing-song voice, "Come out, come out wherever you areeeee~"
She spoke to Al-Janah now, while searching for their play-thing. "First stage White Mooner... How guilty would you feel about tag-teaming 'em? Also, you're clearly out of practice if you couldn't figure out the general direction of where it's coming from. Apparently there were no White Mooners wherever you've been for the last 6 months?" She smirked.
Leto was never too busy to be hostile.

"Why should I feel guilty?" It might not have been the answer she expected, but hopefully it would be a good one. He tugged on the puff of his pants, straightening them -- and then grimacing just a bit. They were poofy. Too poofy. he followed her, trying to bring unused senses back in line and pinpoint the source of that energy -- "Do you feel guilty?" Mocking, this, as his eyes settled in the right direction, finally comfortable with his powers. He drew in a breath, and then blew it out, pleased with himself. Out of sight of the poor senshi, he gestured with both hands: implications of splitting up and approaching from different directions. Of course, she'd be able to sense it, but perhaps not with enough accuracy... Or maybe the Eternal signature would partly hide the Super.

The sing-song voice sent chills up her spine. Singsongs from anyone older than about ten pretty much meant danger. So Persephone stayed as hidden as she could manage, shaking. This was not going to end well, not like her last encounter with someone on the side of Chaos.
Crap, maybe she could try running - but could she outrun two Senshi stronger then her?
Nothing to do but try. Persephone pushed away from her hiding spot, bolting between the trees without ever stepping onto the path and continuing to pray really hard. Maybe they'd get bored and leave her alone.

"I never feel guilty, darlin," she said with a broad grin, nodding at his signal. As they split up to approach from opposite sides, suddenly Persephone darted out of the shadows to try and out-run them.
Unfortunately for her, the park was Leto's hunting ground. Leaving Al-Janah to chase her down if he so wished, Leto quickly moved to one of the many mirrors that she meticulously planted throughout the park, slipped through it's surface as if it were second nature, and came out the other side ahead of the direction that Persephone was running.
Pushing herself to a sprint, and using the fact that she was two ranks above the White Moon Senshi and therefore faster to her advantage, Leto ran directly at Persephone- almost as if they were two cars playing chicken about to be involved in a head on collision. Leto called her first stage attack and instantly disappeared before Persephone's eyes, slamming into her with full force before she could even see what hit her. The two dropped to the ground, Leto gasping for air after knocking the breath out of herself with the hit.
Not her most brilliant idea, but totally worth it.

Leto was crazy, and that made Al-Janah really grin for the first time. Energy bubbling through him, he lagged a few steps behind her, which meant he at least avoided the two car pile up as they slammed into each other. Instead he screeched to a halt about five steps away, drawing in a breath and watching them struggle to recover. At least he was better at one thing, now, and that was running in these damned shoes. Heels. Who came up with this s**t. "...tactical genius." It was a mumble, at least, which meant maybe Leto wouldn't hear it and beat the crap out of him later. He eased back into motion, stepping in to swing a kick at the girl, to drive her back away from his captain while she recovered.

Persephone screamed when something she couldn't see collided with her, sending her falling tot he ground. Her first reaction was to kick and struggle and pound at the air, praying that she hit her assailant.
And then there was another boot colliding with her side, sending her rolling again. She struggled to get up and recover, her face fulled with fear. She knew that there was no way she could compete here. She and Tsui definitely hadn't practiced getting ganged up on by more powerful opponents!

Crazy was probably an understatement. At some point in the last year, something had snapped in Leto and when she was powered she was a completely different person- she was out for blood. It was probably a good thing that she had Remarque to balance her crazy as her Vice Captain. Leto winced at the shrill scream, then doubled over when Persephone managed to kick her and a flailing fist made contact with her face. She clung to herself beside Persephone on the ground while she tried to catch her breath in the free moment she had while Al-Janah distracted her opponent (and she conveniently for him didn't hear the comment under his breath). If Leto had known that Persephone was a friend of Tsui's, that probably would've just fueled her anger further. When she finally caught her breath and pushed herself to her feet, she glared down at the Senshi crumbled on the ground. "Aren't you going to fight back?" She said between clenched teeth. There's nothing that bothered Leto more than a freshly awakened Senshi with no training what-so-ever; this was why she personally made sure that every new recruit in her Court had comabt training. Like a White Moon Senshi once did to her in the park, Leto drove her booted heel down into the Senshi's ribs with a sickening crunch.

Leto's change was just fine by Al-Janah, who quite frankly had shifted veins a bit himself. Last time they'd been together, he'd been all for trouble, but beating up pretty girls would probably have been out of his comfort realm. Now, in contrast, he drew in a breath and was only too happy to step in and -- Get hit in the back of the head with a rock. A small rock, yes, smaller than fist-sized, thrown with barely enough force to catch his attention. Sisyphus, behind them, looked uncomfortable, staring at the two dark moon senshi with wide eyes. His energy signature, decisively white moon to go along with the white uniform, was a blip next to the three of them, a newbie with a newbie's terrified expression. "S-stop that!" It was a stutter, decisively, and if Al-Janah hadn't still been a bit glazed through his expression from a rock to the head, he probably would have laughed at it.

Persephone swallowed. "Don't know how," she confessed. She could dodge, and she could throw a punch - sort of. But fight two opponents at once, both of whom were stronger? There was no way she knew how to handle it.
She probably would have screamed if Leto's boot hadn't driven all the air from her lungs on top of, as she assumed, cracking her ribs. Her head immediately jerked over when she heard another voice, and her expression shifted to relieved gratitude. Sure, the newcomer didn't feel much stronger than her, but a rescue was a rescue, and at least the odds were slightly closer to even - even if they were only odds for escaping, because she wasn't going to be fighting in this state.

I don't know how.
The thought of one of her own newbies being out here, getting wailed on by two stronger White Mooners, having zero experience and not knowing how to fight.... It made her completely sick to her stomach.
The power signature followed by the stutter snapped Leto's attention away from the crumpled ball of Senshi that was at her feet and her eyes narrowed. Her head tilted to the side slightly, her angry expression quickly shifting to one of amusement. She took a few steps towards the new-comer and laughed.
"What exactly are you going to do, darlin?" Her lips split into a broad grin. "Looks like your knight in shining armor has arrived, sweetheart!" She called back at Persephone.
There was no way that one battered and broken and one terrified looking Senshi could take on both Leto and Al-Janah.

There was no chance in hell that Sisyphus could take on the pair of them, no -- not even one of them, for that matter. In fact, in his completely-uneventful time as senshi, he hadn't exactly been doing a lot of fighting, and had won exactly no battles. Even in his dubiously-dubbed 'sparring sessions' with Annwyn and Laoise, he hadn't been coming out on top. No. Their instructions had been clear enough on what to do when he was well matched, let alone outclassed: Magic them and run. Which meant he was well-trained for exactly this. Another rock in his hand, but Al-Janah still swaying a bit, eyes distant [rock to the head scattered your brains, just a bit] he pointed at Leto in a shaky way and tipped his chin up. It wasn't imperious. It looked stubborn, and a little bit childish. He always looked younger than he was. "Sisyphean Task!" It wasn't terribly effective, magic-wise. It had its uses, but those uses were mostly surprise, and were more effective on Officers than on senshi with magic. All the same. Leto would find herself taking out her henshin pen and putting it away again, whether she wanted to or no, and perhaps that would be confusing enough to buy them time. Specifically, the 20 seconds it would take him and his new ally to run away. "Now run!" He was already on the move as he shouted it to the girl, taking off toward the trees. They just had to get out of sight. Out of sight, and then powered down, and the eyes of Chaos would pass over them completely.

Persephone didn't have the energy to try and fight, or even to try and snark back at Leto. (Also, it seemed like a pretty bad idea right then." So while her enemies' attention was on her rescuer, she slowly pushed herself off the grass, getting up as quietly as she could. One arm was wrapped around her gut, holding her cracked ribs. As soon as the other Senshi told her to run, she was off as fast as she could manage, following him into the trees.
She occasionally flicked her eyes at the ground as she ran, because to trip would probably spell the end of her at this point, but for the most part, she was more concerned about what she was running from than where she was running to.
