Personality/Mannerism: When out of combat Saito is a very calm, kind man that goes out of his way to help in anyway he can, be that carrying things or just playing with children. He's seen walking around town a good amount, making sure everything is alright with those in his village, and that none of his civilians need assistance with anything. He loves to play with children and animals, especially when he's on his break. When asked to play Ninja he happily accepts, knowing that the children he'd be playing with might be the future of his village.
In combat Saito is a calm, collected man who does nothing to betray his emotions. He's brutally efficient, able to end fights in an instant if given an opening. His gaze is like frozen steel, freaking even the most collected people out when they look into his eyes. He's oftentimes considered heartless when he's in this mindset, since he's willing to kill anyone or anything that would attempt to harm him, his village, or anything inside of his village.

Due to his intense affinity for Hyoton Saito gains a boost in speed and maneuverability when in the snow. Naturally, his Hyōton techniques also cost 1/2 chakra because he does not have to create the snow himself.
• Higu no Jutsu [ Ice Tool Technique ] D-rank
The user performs a single hand sign, holds a piece of ice with the opposite, and melds it thus. Anywhere from three [3] to five [5] basic ninja tools can be created per usage. ( Basic ninja tools are simple, small projectiles like shuriken, kunai, senbon, etc. )

Hyouton • Tsubame Fubuki is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Ice Element. Fubuki will create ice swallows which she can launch at her opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. A sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows.
Note that the manga establishes Hyouton as a bloodline limit ability unique to Haku's family. This means this technique conflicts with established canon concerning who can do Ice Element techniques.
• Atmosphere - B-rank
Due to Saito's intensely powerful Hyoton chakra it begins to lightly snow/hail whenever he is in an area. Furthermore, when he first enters an area, the ground is coated with a thin layer of ice and snow. This ability is passive. By standing still and holding a handseal, Saito can decrease or increase the amount of snow that is falling; it is done like a knob, turn it up and it stays up for example.
• Hyourou no Jutsu [ Ice Prison Technique ] B-rank
Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu used by the Snow ninja Kakuyoku Fubuki. After forming the needed handseals, Fubuki will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at her foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. She can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.
• Hi Kasui no Jutsu [ Ice Spike Technique ] B-rank
After performing the needed handsigns, the user causes thirty [30] foot tall spikes of ice to emerge from the ground in a five [5] yard radius of their choosing. The spikes raise at a good speed, but are not reliable in an open area, or on unhindered targets.

Technique ] B-rank
After performing the needed handsigns, the user will cause nearby ice to take on the form of a hunting pack [3] of white wolves. These wolves are completely controlled by the whim of the creator, and are capable of causing severe physical injury on their target, thanks to their speed and raw cold strength. This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form.
• Hijutsu: Makyō Hyōshō [ Secret Technique: Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals ] A-rank
The abominable and tremendous ability, passed down only within the Yuki clan. It is a technique wrapped up in many mysteries. It was said that no method in existence can defeat this technique. In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Haku. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight float above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once Haku has entered the mirrors, it's possible for him to move between the mirrors at the speed of light. It's near impossible to follow attacks sent out from this incredible movement. As every mirror shows his reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of Haku's attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Haku will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of him.
If the mirror Haku is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Haku's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors.
Haku can also form individual mirrors, not restricted to the twenty-one-mirror formation. He can create them high in the sky allowing him to take out airborne targets. The cold which emanates from the mirrors is also enough to cause snow to fall. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to Fire Release techniques.
• Hyouton: Haryou Mouko [ Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger] A-rank
After performing the needed handsigns, a large tiger composed of frozen yet fluid water will upraise, and attempt to crash down on its target. Because of its cold composition, it is capable of freezing most any nearby water. This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form.
• Hyouton: Ikkaku Hakugei [ Ice Release: One Horned White Whale ] A-rank
After performing the needed handsigns, the user forces a massive single horned whale to rise up from a nearby supply of water or ice. Because of its massive size, the whale is only effective as a distraction, on restrained or immobile targets, or as a creature to absorb an incoming blow. This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form.
• Hyouton: Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu [ Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard ] A-rank
After performing the needed handsigns, the user will thrust forward their arm, gathering ice and water to their fist. In the same motion, the user will send a coiling torrent of liquid black ice, whose rotation results in the front of the blizzard to take on the appearance of a dragon's head, at their target. Aside being extremely cold, able to freeze nearby bodies of water, the blizzard sustains incredible ramming force. This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form.
• Kanki Kyouka no Michi [ Frost Reinforce Method ] A-rank
The user will surge additional chakra into one of their techniques- during or after formation-creating an interlaced coating on its frame, and throughout key structure points. By applying this coat, most techniques that would typically melt, shatter, or pierce the user's ice, are found worthless.
• Hyouton: Souryou Boufuusetsu [ Ice Release: Twin Dragon Blizzard ] A-rank
After performing the needed handsigns, the user will thrust their arms outward, gathering ice and water to their palms. In the same motion, the user will send out a twisting torrent of liquid black ice, whose rotation results in the front of the blizzard to take on the appearance of a dragon's head, from both hands. Rather than simply attempting to ram their target, these dragons will converge on a single point, using one anther's momentum to combine and form a large black ice tornado. Aside obvious impact and wind damage, the sheer cold force is enough to freeze bodies of water, and coat enemies in frost. This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form.

As long as it is snowing Saito can become one with the snow and ice at will. Saito's body turns into snowflakes/hail/etc and he can phase from one point to another. Saito cannot use this when it is not snowing, hailing, etc. Saito can disappear and emerge at any point as long as long as the weather exists at that point.

Suiton • Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.
• Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [ Water Dragon Technique ] -B-ranked-
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.

Fuuton • Renkuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. The demon Shukaku inhales a large amount of air into his chest and then slams his fist into his chest to expel it. To strengthen the attack Shukaku will imbue chakra into the air. When expelled it forms concussive spherical projectiles capable of inflicting large damage.

This jutsu allows the user to make a spiraling vortex of water. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes.
• Daibaku Suishouha [ Great Exploding Water Collision Waves ] -S-ranked-
Suiton • Daibaku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel a great amount of water from his gullet. This water will then form into a massive dome, encasing Kisame and his targets inside. When Kisame merges with Samehada, his aquatic mobility greatly increases, thus allowing him to make full use of the aquatic battlefield set up by this Jutsu. For larger battlefields.

This technique can only be mastered by a true swordsman; one who is adept in both speed and power. The masters sword will leave after images behind which will stay for four seconds before fading. These after images have the same capabilities of the sword itself, and can be blocked; they are created by the swordsmen at will.

Using their ability to flow their chakra into their swords, a samurai can then swing the sword to unleash a cutting arc of chakra towards their opponent. The cutting arcs made by this technique made by this technique must be blocked, as they can go through steel.
• Ranritsu no Narabi [ Disorderly Line ] -C-Ranked-
Disorderly Line (乱立の並, Ranritsu no Narabi) is a supplementary technique, used by Saito as part of his Infinite One-Sword Style.
Revolving his body around a single point, Saito swings his currently held sword in a circular motion, causing all of the blades in the immediate vicinity to be propelled upwards. By then utilizing the collisions between the swords to keep them aloft, he is able to ensure that he is continually surrounded by a large quantity of blades regardless of his subsequent movements, whilst integrating even more into the technique as and when necessary. Due to the close proximity and number of the involved swords, Saito can unleash the full potential of his expert swordsmanship to then bombard the enemy with an unrelenting stream of attacks from all directions.
The versatility of this technique is unsurpassed, as it combines both a powerful defense and a comprehensive offense, yet still retains the capability to effortlessly switch between the two. This occurs due to Saito being able to execute his other attacks more easily, without the prior need to gather and/or position the swords, whilst making it increasingly difficult for an opponent to engage him directly because of the presence of the adjacent blades.

Sword Fang (刀牙, Tōga) is a close-range offensive technique, used by Saito as part of his Infinite One-Sword Style.
After previously positioning three swords so that they stand parallel to one other in the ground, Saito strikes all of their blades simultaneously with a powerful swing directed near their sunken tips, causing the entirety to slash upwards in a single violent movement that is reminiscent of a fang. As a result of Saito's considerable skill and precise accuracy, despite appearing to indiscriminately fling multiple swords into the air, he can ensure that the blades not only land positioned in preparation for this technique, but so that they also drop inside the opponent's guard. This then makes it almost impossible for the enemy to avoid the attack, without firstly releasing their weapon.
• Kahō [ Addition ] -B-Ranked-
Addition (加法, Kahō) is a close-range offensive technique, used by Saito as part of his Infinite One-Sword Style.
Immediately following the connection of a robust swing with the intended opponent, Saito releases the used blade and then he attacks once again utilizing one of the swords in the immediate vicinity. This process is then repeated a further eleven times in quick succession, from various angles and positions around the victim, ultimately leaving a total of twelve swords attached to their body. The extent of the injuries caused as a result of this technique, vary from minor to fatal, dependent entirely on how much Saito desires to exact upon the target. However, regardless of the amount of damage inflicted, it can be doubled through the subsequent use of the Multiplication technique.
As Saito's held sword makes contact with the enemy, he announces aloud the number of the strike, as follows: "One Sword" (一本, ippon), "Two Swords" (二本, Nihon)..."Twelve Swords" (十二本, Jūnihon).
• Yure [ Vibration ] -B-Ranked-
This technique can only be used by focusing ones energy directly through their muscles. By doing this the users sword can cut through flesh, bone and muscle with ease; even a nick will cause a cut clean through target.
• Sandōuchi [ Three Paths Shot ] -B-Ranked-
Three Paths Shot (三道射, Sandōuchi) is a long-range supplemental offensive technique, used by Saito as part of his Infinite One-Sword Style.
After taking hold of three swords and leaping into the air, Saito throws them simultaneously with tremendous force, using both of his hands. Even if the blades miss their intended target, as each stands perpendicular to the ground along a single line, they can then be used as an improvised path that he can traverse to approach the enemy, whilst retrieving another sword in the process. However, as a result of Saito's considerable skill and precise accuracy, he can hit even the smallest of targets with uncanny aim.
• Suichoku no Narabi [ Vertical Line ] -B-Ranked-
Vertical Line (垂直の並, Suichoku no Narabi) is a long-range offensive technique, used by Saito as part of his Infinite One-Sword Style.
Immediately following the use of Sword Fang, whilst all three swords remain momentarily suspended in the air, Saito proceeds to hit the entirety in quick succession with the blade of the sword he is currently holding. Each sword is struck separately and in such a manner that they are launched directly towards the target along a linear trajectory, with a tremendous amount of force, meaning they act instead like long projectiles. As a result of Saito's considerable skill and precise accuracy, the attack itself is extremely difficult to avoid without incurring some damage, due to the tightly grouped blades leaving hardly any room for the opponent to conduct a successful parry.
As Saito's held sword makes contact with each individual blade, he announces aloud the number of the strike, as follows: "One Sword" (一本, ippon), "Two Swords" (二本, Nihon), "Three Swords" (三本, Sanhon).
• Jōhō [ Multiplication ] -B-Ranked-
Multiplication (乗法, Jōhō) is a close-range offensive technique, used by Saito as part of his Infinite One-Sword Style.
Immediately following the use of Addition, whilst all twelve swords still remain momentarily attached to the opponent, Saito proceeds to strike the entirety of the surrounding blades again in quick succession, with the final devastating blow dislodging the weapons so that they land in a circular formation around the target. This results in doubling the damage that was already previously inflicted on the victim, as each of the twelve swords slices into their flesh once again. As the total twenty-four strikes are received within such an incredibly short period, little to no opportunity exists for the enemy to mount a counter attack.
At the conclusion of the technique, Saito announces aloud the number of the accumulated strikes, as follows: "Twenty-Four Swords" (二十四本, Nijūyonhon).
• Hanshoku [ Multiply ] -A-Ranked-
This technique is a more extreme form of Yure and again involves muscle vibration. Once the user has mastered Yure they can multiply the amount of attacks they put out. When this is in use, one slash of a sword will put out three to four cuts. These attacks can be focused around the same area or towards different areas if the user so wishes. This is done to make the opponent pick which to block. If this is combined with Iaidou and Hien then the result is destructive.
• Iaidou [ Way of the Quick Draw ] -A-ranked-
Iaidou is a Kenjutsu used by only the strongest swordsmen. A trained samurai is able to quickly draw his sword from his scabbard, strike and then re-sheathe it. The ultra fast movement is especially affective against ninja, as he can strike before hand seals can be completed, preventing Ninjutsu. His skill and belief in himself were such that he always had faith in his goal, so his sword never lost its edge.
• Mugen Ittoryu [ Infinite One Sword Style ] -A-ranked-
Saito's Infinite One-Sword Style is a fairly unique style of sword fighting. Rather than relying on a single good quality blade Saito makes use of hundreds of katana's scattered around the battlefield. Saito does not care about the quality of the blades he uses, and uses a variety of moves making use of a single blade, or even multiple blades at the same time.
Because of his reliance on hundreds of blades scattered around the battlefield Saito almost always has a blade, or multiple blades handy for use. He uses his swords for various purposes beyond normal melee attacking, including use as projectiles, paths to walk on, pins to hinder his opponent's movements, and also use for making multiple simultaneous attacks on an enemy.
Fuuinjutsu:
• Fuuinton: Heki Fuuin [ Seal Release: False Seal ] -E-Ranked-
A seal that does literally nothing but looks complex. It has virtually no chakra cost and is used to fool people. This seal cannot be dispelled as it does nothing.
• Fuuinton: Chouyaku [ Seal Release: Leap ] -D-Ranked-
While in the air a seal will form below Saito's feat which will allow him to jump again. This can be done once per time in the air. Once he lands on a
solid surface this refreshes.
• Fuuinton: Hensen [ Seal Release: Change ] -C-Ranked-
This technique allows the user to change one of their seals into another by using chakra.

Using this ability, Tenchi can use chakra placed in his seals to move them. This also allows them transfer from surface to surface once said surfaces come into contact.

This is the same seal that is seen on explosive tags. These can be placed by hand, and detonated with a handseal.
• Shikoku Fūin [ Finger Engraving Seal ]

The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that can apply writing on whatever they want to a surface. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is on flesh, it will scar.
• Fūka Hōin [Fire Sealing Method ] -B-ranked-
Requirements: Sealing scroll
This technique allows the user to seal fire into a scroll. The user writes the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a vapor to appear from the scroll, enveloping the fire and sealing it on the scroll as the kanji for seal (封). Jiraiya used this technique to seal away the black fire from Itachi Uchiha's Amaterasu technique.

Tōketsu Ikari no ken is an almost unbreakable sword reinforced by Ice chakra, alongside that it has the ability to take in ice around the area in whatever form it was made in. The heavier the thing, the more chakra he needs to maintain it.

Background: Saito grew up in a religious orphanage, born and raised in a Christian background. For years he was raised learning all he could about Christianity and god, his keepers wanting to teach him all they needed. Being raised in that environment Saito was a major pacifist, straying away from combat or danger. That all changed when he turned sixteen, being forced to head out into the real world since the orphanage didn't let people stay after that age. The male wandered for a bit, before settling into the peaceful village of Yukigakure. While there he discovered he had a bloodline similar to their snow release, except he used Ice instead. With that discovered he began training to become a Shinobi, three years after graduating from the academy he became the Yukikage, wanting to use what he was taught in the orphanage to help those in his village and create a fear-free village.
