It had been another excruciatingly long day for Wander and her, and it was finally about time that she headed in the direction of home. Not only was the day long and strenuous, but it had also ended up being really unsuccessful. Her goal today was to both buy and swipe cheap fruits and perhaps cloths or clothes, but it appeared that there was a bit of an inflation today with her usual area's prices, and it was much too either overcrowded or "under-crowded" to swipe anything. She had practically perfected her nimble fingers' skills, and she knew it was just too risky to do anything today. So, she was leaving the area for the day, tired and frustrated. Her satchel was empty other than for a final apple that she brought along with her, which felt so empty compared to usual that she practically couldn't remember that it was attached around her shoulder.
She was walking by just still on her way while...what was this? A building caught her attention out of the corner of her eye. But it wasn't just any type of building; it was a botanical building! Her eyes grew slightly wider and her breath got caught in her throat for a brief moment, for this one looked like a really serious one! If there was one way she could relax and unwind, talking to and admiring nature would be an immense help to her. She could sense Wander in her mind picking up her excited vibes, poking into her chosen's vision to share the sight that she had found. Fauve could feel even Wander's thought of will to go inside, and with a smile, she didn't hesitate to swivel towards the door and find her way inside.
Walking inside, however, it was incredibly silent and felt eerily empty. Although she excitedly pushed the door open with such swiftness, she practically stood frozen in the doorway with the door still being held open with her hand before slowly closing it behind her. Although strangely empty and silent, the interior was like a dream come true; beautiful, healthy plants were everywhere, growing strongly in their pots on the many tables. Far to her left, on a table up against a wall, was a pot with a couple of what she recognized as baby lily plants. With a childlike joy, she hurried over to the pot to admire the growing plant, smiling down upon it with a slight blush of happiness.
And what was next to it? It looked like a small cluster of seeds, just splayed on the table. As she looked further along it, she noticed that there were a couple of empty pots filled up with some rich soil, still awaiting to be filled with seeds to grow. Fauve still had to learn about the different types of seeds and which ones were which for the most part, but she thought they might be some sort of flower seeds. She shyly darted her eyes from side to side, trying to sense if there was anyone nearby. It truly felt as if she were the only one inside at the moment, and seeds were getting more and more expensive right now, especially with the snow and storms and wolf rumors going around the lands. She loved growing plants with all of her heart, and surely whoever owned this place wouldn't really notice a couple of these seeds missing, right?
Her hand slowly slid along the surface of the table, smoothly moving closer and closer to her small target, until her fingers brushed along their smooth surfaces....
