Xephius
Name: Xephius
Nickname: Xeph, Gimpster, SideShow
Star wish: A little boy wished for a hero who never got mad or offended, who would be understanding and always help others to be happy. He never specified who the hero was for. When the star fell, Xephius was born, and his heart guides him in serving those of Star descent.
Data: Xephius is known to be a very understanding Dustling, though often times not to his own benefit. It was due to his passive yet supportive nature that he came to lose his leg. It happened one night that Xephius had come upon a male comet serpent who moaned and groaned that he was starving. He begged for Xephius to help him, which the purple dustling was eager to do.
However, when Xephius asked the serpent what it was he wished to eat, the serpent replied with, "Merely you, sir." As he was made to serve others and make them happy, what could Xephius do but offer the serpent his front paw in compliance to the serpents wish? The serpent ate Xephius's front limb, and once he was done, cackled as he flew off into the night, leaving Xephius bleeding and wounded behind him.
Now, Xephius wanders around the outskirts of the Town of StarDust, keeping himself hidden away from most humans while ever watchful, his heart leading him to seek out those of star descent similar to himself, to help and serve.
Star wish:It's hard to make one wish, when there are two of you. Twin girls were arguing one night over who's star it was to wish upon. Their wishes became jumbled, one for love and the other for power. When the star finally fell and spread its dust, someone swept the pile accidentally into a puddle of water thrown out after being used to clean some paint brushes. The resulting serpent is a creature in love with the powerful and vicious to the weak.
Data:This is not a serpent known for her patience or kindness. Though the makeup on her face paints the impression of a kind ad happy head, and a mean, malicious head, one must remember that the two are indeed one creature and that Looks can be deceiving.
Harline is the more malicious of the two, making one wonder of her angry makeup is not so ironic as it is a warning to those who'd get close enough for her teeth to meet them.
Roughe is the nicer looking head, though her mean spirit rivals her sister head quite well in the bite department. She is neither kind nor happy, and will be most likely to attack the back legs while her sister head attacks the front legs.

Nickname:Nero
Star wish: A young girl stuck home due to illness, saw a shooting star in the sky. She closed her eyes, folded her hands in her lap, and wished most fervently for a chance to get out and be able to join a life of entertainment with the circus!
She had appeared so fast that nothing could have stopped it from happening. Like a shooting star, she swooped in and was gone, and I was tucked into her mouth. It was cold, I remember. So cold, and so frightening. Who was she? Why was she taking me away from the warmth I remember? Where was my dust?
It seemed not so long until I was once again tucked into a pile of warmth. But this wasn't home. This stuff, grittier then my dust, was like a nest of a thousand little pebble bits. It was warm, it was comfortable...but it just wasn't the same. "Maah...Maah?" My voice was so small, and the cold journey had tired me, but I had to call. I was scared. Where were my siblings? Where was my familiar feeling dust, and my mother's voice? Why wasn't she comforting me like before? "Maah!"
"Hush my child, mommy is here." A strange voice, and a strange smell as the double winged female came closer. It made me scared, and I tried to hide myself deeper into the pebble bit nest. "Cold my baby, I'll protect you..." Her voice hissed, and i felt her move away, rather then saw her. I was shaking, but it was no longer from the cold. My mother wasn't here, but this odd female was. I was alone with this female. I was alone.
She brought more sand to me, and buried me under a thin layer of the hot stuff. Was she going to hurt me? Was she going to kill me? I barely raised my courage enough to peek my head out of the pebblebit nest to see her. She was not my mother, but still she leaned in and gave my head a nuzzle before curling up around the home she had made me. "Maa..." I called again, watching her. 'Answer me', I thought. 'Where is my mother?' "Thats right darling. Your real mama is here now. I'll protect you from the others. There is you and I, and there is the others. Remember that, little Rangzel. There is you and I, and there is the others."
My name. She knew my name. I was tired, so I closed my eyes and popped myself fully back into the pebblebit nest. My real mother...She wasn't it, was she? No, I remember my mothers voice. But how would she know my name? I was too confused, and too tired. This female wasn't going to hurt me. I closed my eyes and slept.
---------------Time slip-----------------
"Mamamamama." I sang, popping my head out of the pebblebit nest eagerly. The dark female was there, but she responded as mothers always did, giving my head a nuzzle and placing food outside my bed. She knew my routine, she knew my name. She fed me, warmed me, cared for me. I smelt like her. Wasn't she my mother...? "I will protect you." She said that often, but from what? What were the others she kept mentioning? There was only her and I in this world, wasn't there? I am bigger now, and she lets me out of my nest to stretch my wings. She promised to teach me to fly once I get a little older. "Mamama, uppity up up?" I jumped as I said it, flapping my wings. "Uppity up up?"
"Soon, my little one." She answered me with a smirking beak, "You'll be ready, too soon."
