How active are you in the guild? Having joined today, I've been active since I've joined

Why do you want to hold the rank of Lieutenant? I'm sure you know the main reason why everyone wishes to be Lieutenant. Because it's a nice rank and you're more powerful. And to say the least, it's what I enjoy. But I also wish to be Lieutenant because it means I may interact with others on a higher level, letting my mind explore, and for the challenge.

Why do you think you will do well as a Lieutenant? Well, in any other given guild I am usually Captain, so I'm use to being active and having to write responses that are more in detail. But I think I'll do well because of my background.

Your Sample: [Sorry its so long]

It was such a nice day. It was quite unthinkable that something would happen on such a nice day. This day happened to be a day where the Captain had been out on business that didn't involve the rest of the squad. Of course Ailee was curious of what it was, but knew it was not allowed to ask such private things to her Captain. But this day something had to happen. Guess it was bad luck.

Ailee was enjoying a book of a different language. She was studying a new language on her spare time in order to keep her mind strong and fresh. Plus, Ailee had already trained for 3 hours, so she found no need to train further. Everyone was enjoying the day to relax, but relaxation was cut short.

A loud bang had traveled throughout the barracks. Ailee lazily looked up from her book, the loudness catching her attention. Then a few screams caught her attention. It was time to figure out what it was. Placing the book down, Ailee grabbed her zanpakuto and strapped it to her side and slid out of her barracks quietly. She slithered her way down to the commotion to find men in all black, much like the uniforms that where given to her squad. These men where setting fire to the barracks along with murdering any squad members that happen to attack them. Ailee's eyes narrowed at them, taking in there actions. After a few seconds it made since, these where former squad members that where kicked out for breaking the Captains rules. She figured they where back for revenge.

Ailee then slithered behind a wall where the attackers couldn't see her. She placed two fingers between her eyes, rubbing the top of her nose with them. This was frustrating. She then whistled once, which was a new code her squad had created for things like this. Quickly all the members that were not injured made there way to Ailee. She looked at who she had left and nodded slowly, it was possible. There was only 10 of the attackers and at least 50 members of her squad. It was possible, that's for sure.

Ailee placed one hand in the air, motioning for her squad members to pay attention "Our Captain isn't here, and by the makes of this, it seems like other squads aren't aware of what is happening. This is our fight, and we will win." Ailee told them simply with her powerful voice. She kept it quite though, in fear they'd be caught off guard. She then separated everyone into categories. Group one will be the first attackers, they'll face the opponents head on. Group two, Will stay hidden above, and send arrows downwards aiming to kill. And group three, attacking from behind. These were simple tactics, which she hoped would work easily.

After the fight, every opponent was killed, except for one that had been fighting easily. Only some of her own members laid injured, but not dead. Ailee had been fighting with group one. She noticed the only survivor and sheathed her bloody zanpakuto. Walking to the only survivor she motioned for them to catch the man. Three of her men swept up the attacker that was tired, and bloody. He feel to his knees in front of Ailee. She narrowed her eyes and looked down at the man. He seemed like the leader. Ailee motioned for them to raise his head which they did by jerking onto the mask he was wearing, forcing him to look upon Ailee. She stared him down with her blue eyes and asked one simple question "Why."
And his answer "Why not."
