I approve! Though from your earlier post I'd adding slightly more detail to what you write so you don't sound like some odd poetry. A paragraph more of bio would be nice too. : )
N being his brother should be fine, bit standard sounding. There's a lot we don't know about N in the game and I haven't watched the anime since the Johto league (I'm catching up I swear! Don't mind me shamelessly writing badly.)
Oh yeah! Forgot to ask, could you pick a legendary pokemon for plot purposes? Darkrai is taken and I forget which legendary was Ninja Cookie's... Also don't pick Arceus because that would just be silly.
Just write wherever, if people don't respond then you might try responding to their stuff and so on. If people aren't writing an epic story make one for your guy.
