I hate being that guy but I'm keeping my character sheet apart from others. >_>;; From what I skimmed through the ideas seem sound; however, in my personal opinion I'd suggest touch ups to a few.

As for creativity in the bios I am not sure what you mean, the ones posted relate to the garden and mainly peoples Gaia persona's... so I don't get what you mean...

You're probably talking about mine since I know for sure that what I have now isn't sufficient enough to actually call it a character (let a lone, a pretty inconsistent one). I'm not planning to flesh out the OC based off of my avatar though. She's specifically made for casual type of RPs. Once we get a better RP plot/story/etc (that isn't on a casual side) going, I'll consider making a more developed OC to meet higher expectations. I have another OC who is really fleshed out, but is tied into another guild's rp (which hasn't progressed since forever). I don't know whether I want to use him here or not since the other RP is dead (lack of activity). And it's just doesn't seem like him to be walking around without his family/friend/community.

What I usually do in those situations is make a quick end to whatever was going on if that role-play is dead; that way the character retains memory of former events and isn't frozen within that time frame. QQ First of all, I don't think you should feel like an a** at all; being particular about character profiles and descriptions is just one of those things that comes along with being experienced with RP. Second, I'm not familiar with the characters of some of the newer members of the guild, but I do know that some of us have pages of background info for our OCs that we're using in this most recent scenario (some of us used to have quite a bit of that canon posted here in the guild in its first iteration). Third, although my opinion on the matter may be different than some others' here, I'm actually content with the smaller amount of information I've been given about some of these characters. As I noted in the info thread, I prefer to build my base of knowledge and opinion about individual characters based on what my character knows. I think it keeps me from being tempted to make judgments and in-character decisions based on meta knowledge. That being said, it's completely up to each person to decide how much they want other participants to know about their own character; just giving my thoughts on the matter.

Hm. Well the DG (Death Grounds) always demands detail since its combative role-play so perhaps you can partake there when established. Hahahaha, that's pretty cool! I myself never really understood the why of doing such things but I'm not one to cast judgement.

QQ Well, I was too lazy to create my own RP character thread to house all of my OCs, so I decided to just use whatever is there without having to spam up the RP subforum with too many OC threads. xD That's what I thought, lol. I would give most people in that thread some slack though, since a lot of the OCs are based off of their current avatars. Can't really expect much for avatar based OCs, since not many people think of building a story around their avatar. Holy shizzles, your OC's profile is very intimidating. My writing isn't as great, and my poor boy OC ain't as fleshed out as that one is. Main reason is because I have yet to give him a set skill. eek
